Loud but clean, it was surprisingly busy at noon when I was here for about an hour as my second office of the day. I got a tall blonde with cream and it was fine. Literally, the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The tables were dirty. Just went in for my mobile order in time to watch the employee top up my dark roast (half a cups worth) with Pike and not tell me. Asked for a Splenda, but they don't have any. Went outside and sat at one of the dirty tables, and I'm sitting here listening to the drive up person tell every other person, "Sorry we don't have any, how about (?) instead?" I wrote a bad review one year ago about an employee named Cassidy who is a supervisor at this location. I have tried to take the review down but it won't let me . I wanted to say that I retract everything I said about her and start a new . Cassidy is so kind and every time I go to get my coffee she always has an ice water waiting for me . She gives excellent customer service and is quick and efficient and treats her fellow coworkers with kindness and respect. I am apologizing and I highly recommend this location. This was the dirtiest Starbucks I have ever been in. The previous day they were closed. In the lobby today the garbage was overflowing with one employee trying to dump them and get orders out. The floors had not been swept or mopped, the counters were wet behind the counters and a homeless man was wandering around muttering, leaving his blanket and lighter on a table when he wandered outside. Where is the manager? Why are customers supposed to just put up with this kind of environment? I will not ever return to this location again. read more

Have been on a road trip for the past few days and stopped by here for an early morning pick-me-up. I was hesitant to come to this specific Starbucks after seeing that it was only given 2 out of 5 stars; however I am so glad I trusted my gut and needed coffee badly enough to just go anyway. There were two girls working the morning I came in 11/18/17 @ 6:15am and they were so friendly and nice! Our order was taken and prepared very quickly.. I really liked this Starbucks, it is a good size in regards to inside seating, the staff is very friendly from my experience and the lattes tasted great! Stopped in early one morning while traveling through the area. I was treated by pleasant service and the shop was clean and warm. However I find this annoying and recurring theme at most Starbucks...That I order a small dry cappuccino and what I get is a latte. I wish they would train their staff better as no matter what Starbucks I visit there is never a different in the milk to espresso ratio for their lattes or cappuccinos. read more

Worst service I have EVER gotten! Not friendly or helpful at all, cashier did not want to answer simple questions and they didn't call us when food was ready, just left it on the counter to get cold.
