I do not work for any "competitor" and your hostility is unwanted. Also, I have come into this coffee shop multiple times, the time that you "reviewed" was the most recent visit and my final straw. If the menu says $6.50 that means a latte is advertised as $6.50, it's standard for employees to inform customers of any up charges before starting the order. :)

My only critique is that the lid didn't fit the cup quite snugly enough which resulted in hot coffee spilling onto my hand during the walk back to the car. This was a problem because: 1: ouch, and 2: I didn't get to enjoy the entire latte.
