I ordered choc macadamia nut latte oat milk extra hot med. What I got was 1/3 cup latte with reg milk not choc macadamia and a bunch of attitude. Loads of foam but even that was not to the top. Latte has no foam. The woman in front of me got multiple drinks before mine. I was at the walk up window So when offered a remake in 90 degrees weather it was not an option. I asked if they could just top it off with reg coffee but they wanted to charge me. I was trying to make it easy and fast. Twice they asked about charging me complete with rolling eyes and sound effects of their annoyance . I decided to take the incorrect drink. I asked for sugar because it was not sweetened they were not sure if they had any and eventually gave me loose sugar in a cup. I asked for a stirrer again responded with annoyance and was offered a straw. Ridiculous. Young kids no adult supervision teaching about customer care. read more

Came for coffee/drinks for the crew. Ordered a "milkshake" got a cup of vanilla flavored crushed ice ( not what I'd call a milkshake) and after handing over my debit card for 29$ for 4 drinks was asked "do you want to add a tip on this". If I wanted to add a tip, I would of said something. Does Dutch bros actually ask to get a tip now? C'mon, really? If I ask a customer for a tip at my work, I wouldn't have a job anymore. Located pretty close to the main highway, we parked in the parking lot adjacent to the drive-thru and ran over to grab some drinks. The baristas were very friendly and got our drinks out quickly despite there being a growing line in the drive-thru. The drinks were on the sweeter side than what we usually have, but they were a great pick me up for a long drive! read more

Every time I come here the line moves so slow. I will be waiting behind one person for 10 minutes. Many times I have been behind someone and they continue to talk to them for around 5 minutes after handing them their drinks. I understand wanting to get that customer interaction but that is ridiculous. It's a coffee shop, but wow the energy and enthusiasm from the gentleman working the window was awesome. We had a brief conversation about our move and they welcomed us to Oregon with open arms. The staff was friendly the efficient! The drinks were delicious! We ordered a strawberry smoothie, 3 children's hot chocolates, a non fat vanilla latte, and a chai latte. The chai was delicious and at the perfect temperature. I loved that the kids drinks were also the perfect temperature, and we did not have to worry about them burning themselves. read more

I'm from California and we were on a road trip and I kept seeing this coffee chain everywhere so I just had to try It! I told them it was my first time and let her know what I like and she suggested a couple different lattes. I chose the Irish Kicker or kicker (something like that) it has Irish cream in it and I don't normally get anything with Irish cream but thought I'd do something different and it was delicious! So I've only been to Dutch Bros one other time and loved the drink I got. But lemme tell you the customer service alone made this times visit worth it. On 02/14/21 at about 11 am. My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of being treated to the hands down best customer service I've experienced. I'm in the service industry and lemme tell you it's hard to give that personal attention to each customer. But the staff on this day were exceptional. My almond milk mocha turned out to be a sugary confection with no real taste and little coffee. Heading back to Los Angeles after our Summer Roadtrip and we kept seeing these spots everywhere we went, so we decided to finally stop off at one and check it out. Not only was every employee SUPER FRIENDLY and energetic, they gladly gave us perfect coffee recommendations just based upon some of the flavors we typically enjoy. Our coffee was SPECTACULAR and right as we were about to pay, we were told it was on-the-house because it was our first time. Long story short: We're driving from California to Vancouver, B.C. Our car just happens to break down in Center Point. Wrecker comes, loads up the car, and transports us to the shop. As we're driving, he asks, "Do you like coffee?" I tell him, "Hell yeah, we LOVE coffee!" He then says, "You MUST try coffee from this place!" Car fixed and we're on our way to Vancouver! 11 days later, driving back through Oregon to California, I did NOT forget about the coffee the wrecker told us about. We exit Center Point, and there it is...Dutch Bros! I drive up and tell the young lady it was my first time ordering and just to whip up something hot and good. I'm in the car dancing cause they have R. Kelly pumping out of the store! She hands me the deliciousness, and as I'm extending my hand to pay, she says, "Since it's your first time here, it's on the house..." WHAT?!? The drink she mixed up was so GOOD!!! Made a stop here while driving through Oregon on a roadtrip and the employees were incredibly personable and enthusiastic. I got the kicker which was a bit creamy to my liking but it was definitely good, I would order again. My boyfriend got a smoothie and it was a BOMB smoothie.
