I love that they have a few options for brewing methods. I use a chemex at home, which is great, but they also use a Siphon method here. This is the only coffee shop I've been to that does this. It creates a beautifully, smooth cup of coffee through an individual percolator cup. It was really fun to watch them make it. It's quite hot, so you do need to let it cool down before drinking it. For pastries, today I got their gluten free blueberry muffin, a blackberry scone and a chocolate croissant. The gluten free muffin was among the best I've had. The blackberry scone was an absolutely standout and lived up to the hype of other reviews. The chocolate croissant had a great texture and wasn't too sweet! I love Noble Coffee!

The chai was equally outstanding, and you can tell every ingredient is chosen with care. As parents of a wonderfully wild toddler, we especially appreciated how welcoming the staff was. The patio gave her room to explore, they happily served simple sides for her, and she absolutely loved the sourdough toast. Meeting the owner, Razia, made the experience even more special. She was so warm and welcoming, and we had a wonderful conversation that made us feel right at home.
