The squishy bun and smashed burger was excellent. I'm not a big fan of onion rings, but these were the best I've tasted. Crunchy, thick coating that didn't slip off when you bit into it. Great flavor on the meat. For me it's all about that first bite and how does it taste. Scoops meat is excellent. The fries were good, but I wished they weren't cook as well as I got. I prefer a lighter cook on my fries. It was a big serving. The service was great and very friendly. I wished I had had room for a milkshake. I will definitely eat at Scoops again. Don't change a thing. You're giving excellent burgers and service at a good price.

The flavor of the ice cream is good, I have a vanilla based flavoring that is supposed to be salted caramel, but I'll be honest, the majority of it is vanilla. Same with my wife. Her cookies and cream is 80% vanilla and maybe 20% cookies. Positives. The vanilla does taste good, it does not taste homemade but it's a good tasting flavor. My dad had the mint flavor, he said that it is good. 8/10 Salted caramel for me gets a 7.1 out of 10. My wife said her cookies and cream gets a three out of 10 because it's majority vanilla, but the flavor is decent. Overall disappointed. Not only do they not have milkshakes but all of the flavors don't have their independent flavors. Except for flavors like mint. Then again, maybe I'm hard to please so find out for yourself .

I had the black walnut, they had the cookie dough, and Jacksonville. The young lady present was very nice and provided us with great service. The churros were freshly made and warm, and had the traditional cinnamon sugar. They were kind of on the hard chewy side, I'd give them a 3 out of 5 stars. The flan was very different than the light airy flan I am used to. It was very dense and sweet and rich. Some might like it that way, but for me, it was about a 2.5 out of 5 stars. The tres leches cake had a nice milky flavor and was well drenched and moist, but just a wee bit less than fresh tasting. I'd say another 3 out of 5 stars. The lady serving behind the counter was very sweet and nice, she gets a 5 star rating for being so helpful! But alas, the desserts left a lot to be desired. I'd come back and try something different next time.
