Love Cerberus Coffee! The staff is always friendly and the drinks are amazing. I love their lattes and the fact that they use Alexandre Family Farms A2 milk. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the baked goods... their cookies and scones are divine. The vegan donuts are a hit with my kids. The coffee itself is great and strong. The flavor from their homemade syrups are mediocre at best. Made to order drinks, terrible donuts, and some quality grab items. I went once, tried two separate drinks, and was equally unimpressed. I'd give them a try and see for yourself, which I don't often suggest for my experience. At home (Venice Beach, CA), I drink Intelligensia, but Cerberus' Ethiopia - Habtamu Fekadu Aga - which the super cool and friendly staff recommended to me, is my new favorite! Good things come in small sizes. There's only a few tables so if you're the type to camp out you'd have to get there early, but the coffee is great. I only had their drip--the Christmas blend and their current Ethiopian--and both were really good. The barista was friendly and cool. One of my favorite coffee shop. The biggest issue I have here is all their drinks are amazing. My partner loves their chai tea. I appreciate how they are caffeinated as well as de-caffeinated drink options. Their golden goddess is one of my favorite de-caffeinated drinks to get. They also have seasonal drinks, I loved their pumpkin spice latte which is only in season for a few months. They also have delicious bake goods that change often. Their home made pop-tarts are amazing. They have a good variety of bake goods that are all delicious. They roast their own beans which are an amazing deal. I give their beans out as gifts and always get great reviews. When I am visiting Jacksonville I make sure to visit Cerberus at least once a day, sometimes I go twice a day.
