Good Latte @ Royal Coffee Roasting in Medford, OR. ! Snoball Mini Donuts encouraged me to stay warm in this establishment while I waited for my delicious order of their sweet treats! I happily entered, for the first time, and decided to order a hot vanilla latte. My order was taken promptly and my drink ready soon after. A handful of single party patrons were lounging around in this quiet place. The coffee shop itself was spacious with seating throughout. Nice decor including festive holiday finishes. I appreciated the comfortable setting and no pressure atmosphere to buy add-ons or converse with staff. My drink had great flavor and served at the perfect temperature. Very enjoyable. What a great little place! Out in the middle of nowhere..sort of...it's like they have their own little coffee island! What a lifesaver!!! The place I'm staying in, the host was gracious to leave me two mornings worth of coffee, but I needed more for my stay. Found them on Yelp and the ratings were solid! Great vibe and friendly greeting when I walked in. I bought a pound of the Mexican Morning and Jackpot. Both sooooooo good! Really nice flavors. Some roasters might leave the beans a little too long roasting which can make the coffee bitter. The flavors here are very smooth and balanced! Lots of love in the preparation! read more

I was stopping by at a hotel nearby and wanted to get some coffee for the long drive ahead of me. Luckily Royal Coffee Roasting was close by. I came in and found myself in an aesthetic coffee shop with plenty of seating both inside and outside. They had a standard menu and a special menu with all of the baristas favorite drinks. I ordered the s'mores cold brew and whew it was sooooo smoooooth! There was no harsh bitterness and the chocolate syrup with the cold foam paired together so well. Also, it wasn't super sweet so I was alert but not hyper jittery on my drive. Definitely recommend to anyone in the area or for anyone who's traveling :) read more

Coffee is ok, staff was incredible. Saw they had a bakery that bakes goods for them and the croissant looked beautiful (baked long waste instead of folded) so I ordered a sausage, egg, cheese,croissant. Had been looking forward to a fresh croissant, but what I got was about the size, shape and flavor of a jimmy dean breakfast sandwich. Pretty sure based on the shape of the egg and type of "croissant" that it actually was one. Loved the coffee, had s brown sugar cinnamon coffee with cream. It didn't leave a bitter aftertaste. It was super super hot! Too hot to drink if you like that, I had to wait a bit. Kids liked their hot cocoa and hubby loved his home made pop-tart. The service was ok and the shop itself is super cute. I would go again. Wish I had taken better pictures. read more

Open air building- no door, lots of windows, with plenty of sunlight coming through. There's seating both inside and outside. Not crowded on a Tuesday morning, but I'm sure weekends tell a different story. They also have drive thru. I ended up getting my usual drip coffee with a shot of espresso. It was super hot temperature wise. Still letting it cool down while posting this review. First few sips were good: full body and a tad bit on the bitter side (but to be expected with the shot of espresso included). They have a board with their barista's favorite drink if you want to try something new and/or different. Service was nice enough. Seems like they encounter a lot of first and only one timers since there are about three hotels close by. read more

Come here! NOT Starbucks!! Holy cannoli! What a find... Near the airport, and in its own private parking island/area I found this great little coffee shop. I did not go inside, so I cannot speak to that, but the drive-through experience was the best! I had never been there before, so I took my time reading the menu, and I made a great choice with the waffle sandwich. Yum! So delicious. I also got the royal coffee 20 ounce with four shots. The service was friendly and welcoming and fast. Looking in from my car, I could see that the shop was clean, well lit and inviting. There are lots of coffee shops to choose from in this area, but I will specifically come back to this one when I can come inside and enjoy, the whole thing! read more

I am sitting here now and was just served a croissant that was burnt black on the bottom. it was inedible. I told the girls at the counter and they said "We don't make them here" and "we don't check the bottoms of them." but they gave a a scone instead. However, if I had gone through the drive through and gotten to work with a burnt croissant that I had to throw in the garbage I would have been really bummed out. I really want this place to suceed, so please double check your products. read more

Coffee was very mediocre and reminiscient of Human Bean. Only the prices are higher. Requested a small amount of cream and 2 tsp sugar in my Americano. It was made with lots of cream and lots of sugar. Ultimately threw it out. Forage Coffee is the top tier in Medford for quality. A bit pricey but a cut above.
