FOOD: Ceremony had a good supply of bagels and pastries to choose from. Their homemade bagels were tall and fluffy and the chipotle schmear was spicy and fresh. No skimping out here! My bagel was chock full of chipotle deliciousness. For pastries, we tried their beautiful Chocolate Babka which was FILLED with chocolate. The cinnamon roll was with a cream cheese frosting (my personal favorite choice for cinnamon rolls) with orange zest to finish. DRINKS: Along with your standard coffee drinks here (coffee, latte, cappuccino etc) they also had several specialties such as a Rose mocha, fennel maple latte, and Carmel cream nitro cold brew. I tried the cappuccino and the Carmel cream nitro. When it comes to espresso based drinks. I tend to be pretty picky but both the quality of coffee was excellent and the "pull" of espresso was great as well. The owners of Ceremony also own Cerberus coffee so it's roasted locally. SERVICE: Normally when there's a new business, I try to be generous in my reviews knowing they may need to work out kinks but the team functioned like a well-oiled machine. Even with consistent flow of customers coming through the door, they were efficient and quick with the drinks and there was hardly a wait. All the employees were friendly and warm and the owners were also present and take clear pride in their business. SEATING: the building is pretty generous in size so it's quite roomy. Right now there is primarily smaller tables and chairs which works perfectly- but the owners told us they're going to add a bench seating all along one of the walls which I think will help pull the area together well and I look forward to that addition

She also said that she would provide all of the garnishes for our drinks and that would be no charge so we decided to come to an agreement and we paid her up that 2700 to secure our spot and have her be their day of wedding. It was better than I anticipated and I knew that we had stumbled upon a gem of a spot that emphasized quality of what they serve. Now, for breakfast, I love a good gravy but I am always disappointed by my order. The country gravy is usually too thin, to bland, too chunky with some sort of meat product, and too small of quantity to really enjoy a good biscuit with it. With this skepticism in mind, I ordered the "The Works" assuming at the very least, the addition of fried eggs and ham were good enough to eat on its own when the gravy, which I also assume will disappoint me, runs dry. I apologize for my assumptions, ButterCloud Bakery, because I was served a thick, seasoned, peppery gravy and plenty of it. This is actually the best gravy I have ever ordered from a restaurant, if I was not traveling, I might have bought a few sides of this delicious concoction and brought it home for the next several mornings!
