Amazing little coffee shop! Super nice service, lots of small food options (and GF as well!), coffee was great. Awesome vibe inside, would definitely recommend.

Small place with good coffee and pastries.

It has been a very long time since I bought coffee here. On this sunny but cold winter day I tried the Americano coffee and a breakfast bun. Both were very good. The bun was baked with the egg and ham inside--better than an English muffin. Friendly staff and plain ambiance.

We were on a road trip and decided to stop by this place, it was the best decision we made! The coffee (latte) was 10/10, perfect! The food is really good, our favorite was the blueberry lemon loaf! The baristas were super helpful, professional, and friendly. Service 10/10! Very calm and friendly atmosphere! We came with kids and this place is very kid friendly they even gave our kids toys! Highly, highly recommend this place!

What a charming coffee shop nestled unexpectedly in a strip mall. The barista was very friendly, pastry delicious, and tables were clean. It was charming that a local book club was meeting in the shop. I will return.

Fantastic coffee, inviting surroundings, and friendly service! Traveling around the world, this is the first coffee shop EVER where an offer to open a tab was extended to me, as a total stranger. Kudos to customer trust and customer service! Well worth the 1.5 miles from my hotel on a chilly morning to hang out in comfy warmth, while beans were being roasted in the back. Per the barista, Oregon Mountain roasts all their own coffee, including the decaf. Delicious espresso roast in both the regular and decaf - and great jazz music in the background on my early morning visit.

BEST coffee in town, even better service, and such a nice spot to spend a morning. The owners Travis and Amanda are crushing it!

We sat down fast and ordered pretty quickly. I ordered a pesto bacon and egg biscuit sandwich it was 10/10. I actually used the raspberry jam my mom got with hers and mixed it with the biscuit which made me end up buying the jam to go. Fresh homemade jam for $8 what a steal!! I fell in love with this restaurant, it's too bad I don't live in Medford or I'd be a frequent customer.

One day we hopped in the car and said, "Let's drive down to Medford for the night." We found a…read morecheap hotel and as chance would have it, this little bakery was right around the corner. It is a small, intimate space where we were greeted with a big smile by the hostess and our waiter came by soon after we were seated. It was a chilly walk around the corner so I was looking for a hot coffee to warm me up. Having never been here before I opted for the special of the day, which was something with lavender in it, and I was surprised at the delicate way the latte both supported the robust coffee flavor and the delicate lavender addition. It was better than I anticipated and I knew that we had stumbled upon a gem of a spot that emphasized quality of what they serve. Now, for breakfast, I love a good gravy but I am always disappointed by my order. The country gravy is usually too thin, to bland, too chunky with some sort of meat product, and too small of quantity to really enjoy a good biscuit with it. With this skepticism in mind, I ordered the "The Works" assuming at the very least, the addition of fried eggs and ham were good enough to eat on its own when the gravy, which I also assume will disappoint me, runs dry. I apologize for my assumptions, ButterCloud Bakery, because I was served a thick, seasoned, peppery gravy and plenty of it. This is actually the best gravy I have ever ordered from a restaurant, if I was not traveling, I might have bought a few sides of this delicious concoction and brought it home for the next several mornings! Nothing skimpy on my plate. My husband ordered the beef and blue and devoured every last bite. I managed to steal a few bites off his plate and was pleasantly surprised, I did not expect to like it as much as I did. I stole a few more bites when he was in the bathroom! We left very satisfied with our meal, our drinks, and our service. Fast forward a few months later and we are traveling with my parents to California and we insisted that we stopped by ButterCloud Bakery to share our gem of a find. My mom considers herself quite the cook and she also was skeptical of the gravy. One bite and her eyes popped...she was also impressed. This time round I had the scone and gravy and enjoyed every last bite. My mom tried a specialty hot chocolate and I, again, had the latte special of the day, both were rich with flavor. Our second round at ButterCloud Bakery did not disappoint and we have decided it will be our go-to spot when we are in the area, there is still a lot of menu items to try!

I made that assumption because it's on the grounds of the Centennial Golf Club, but learned this morning that it is open to the public, so here's the review. The restaurant is attached to the pro shop and bar in an attractive, commanding building overlooking the valley. There's an indoor dining area, but the place I like best is the covered patio overlooking the golf course w/ the mountains in the background. They serve breakfast, lunch and snacks and are probably open until about 4:00PM. The menu is varied, from oatmeal to omelets to hamburgers and hot dogs. Eggs Benedict are not on the menu but that's what we had this morning at our friends' special request and they were great, w/ a well balanced Hollandaise. I can't promise they'll make 'em for you, but it can't hurt to ask. The chef knows his way around the kitchen. He also makes what I understand is killer salsa, if that's something that interests you. This morning's (and there are different ones each day) was reported to be spicy and good. We'll be back.

I'm randomly writing this review years later because I'm planing a trip to Medford and looking up my old haunts and surprised I hadn't wrote a review already. I have no pictures only the memories. I remember having a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. And I went in the fall time they had a seasonal apple pie cheesecake. All so amazing. I went there a total of like 5 times during my tenure in Medford as cheesecake is my fave dessert. So certainly they were doing something right to keep me coming back. Delicious, crisp, yet fluffy. A perfect addition to the unexpected breakfast selection from a cheesecake shop. I had the Porky Pig biscuit and was impressed with the construction of it. Seared ham, bacon and sausage form the salty/savory core. The egg yolk on top immediately burst upon handling and ran through the meat and into the sweet syrupy sauce. The chopped scallions were a thoughtful buoy of freshness to keep you from drowning in the sea-storm of calories. What a delicious journey. We also got the hen and hog. A bit of a miss. Potatoes were undercooked in the core and the rosemary coating was burned. I can't give the place a 5 if there's a chance you could be let down. Ambience was a bit strange in an abandoned basement shopping mall, but I'm hoping there will be growth and the place will get its vibes straightened out. Heavens, I didn't even try the cheesecake. Maybe next time.
