The outdoor seating was super pleasant, and it's conveniently close to the Rogue River waterfront area, which makes it an even better stop if you're exploring the area. Forage is a local coffee shop with the most adorable mascot. Who does not love a raccoon with an attitude on the signage and the merch? The menu ranges from the classics to unique seasonal. Spring menu is very unique. I grabbed the carrot cake latte and it was slightly sweet and had hints of cinnamon. Refreshing. The coffee is a light brew. They also have a lemon poppyseed cold brew, a toffee latte, and a Card-B. All syrups are made in house. I'm giddy when a shop makes their own syrup. I came late in the afternoon so the they only had two brown butter cookies left. Come early to partake in pastry. Casual, indoor and outdoors seating. Easy parking. We always always make it a point to visit forage coffee on our drives to CA from Seattle. That says a lot! The structure of the cafe just catches your eye and there is a nice park next to it for us to stretch our legs. The service is always so sweet and welcoming. I ordered matcha latte with the Cardi B syrup. So good. My husband gets an oat milk latte which is strong and good. The latte art is so cute for both of our drinks. Came early on a Saturday morning. It was quiet and there weren't many customers yet. We enjoyed the decor and the vibe. I ordered a latte. They roast their own coffee, and it was good enough to satisfy anyone who appreciates specialty coffees, though not quite the quality I would expect to find at a shop in Seattle. Absolutely lovely cafe interior! Two decorative Christmas trees were up, and there were lots of comfy places to sit. Our cashier was very nice and friendly. The foam art on my latte was expert. My breakfast was well seasoned and the bread wasn't too hard. However, my peppermint mocha didn't taste of peppermint or chocolate. It tasted like a medium to low strength regular latte. My husband enjoyed his latte however, and he is quite picky about espresso. Also, we visited early on a Monday morning, and there were quite a few unhoused people in close proximity to this business. Visited here from California and returned because my husband loved the nitro cold brew the last time we came - he loved that the berry notes were very evident. I think he said it's the best nitro he's ever had so far. This time he tried the cold brew and enjoyed it but said the flavor notes were different than the last time. We definitely will return when coming to Medford again. I also really love the plants and the entire design of the place - if I lived near it would definitely be a place I could peacefully work in. read more

My go to coffee place in medford. I wouldn't call myself a coffee shop snob but this place is just the cutest here in meddy. The shop also carry some plants and fashion jewelry which doubles as a quick run if you are needing a quick thoughtful gift. The coffee shop has ample indoor and outdoor seating, blooming plants which are a feast for my eyes. Friendly baristas, great coffee and ofcourse latte art. What more can i ask for? Medford appears to be the mecca of chain and fast food restaurants so it's nice I finally found the time to explore some of the smaller places in town. Forage is an old gas station with plenty of parking and a comfortable aesthetic. Indoor and outdoor seating with covered patio. For lunch, this location was packed to the brim with remote workers and their laptops and coffee cups. I had a chai with coconut milk and a breakfast sandwich with the pork. Chai was great, good amount of spice, the breakfast sandwich was extremely messy and I wish I would have asked for some aoili or hot sauce to give it a little more ~jeuje~. Still super tasty. Otherwise will definitely be back here, if only my laptop battery didn't decide to fail me while I was here or else I would have stuck around longer. read more

We have been wanting to try this place and finally made it. Unfortunately the 2 girls working were not in the mood for customers. I asked about the menu and the girl just said it's on the wall. I asked about specialty drinks that were on the website and she said our website is not up to date. I wanted to try a rose latte or raspberry cold foam. She just matter if factly stated they have vanilla chocolate or strawberry. They were not busy and I'm not sure why they were so uninterested in serving customers.
