Was in Medford for work and decided to try this coffeehouse. I don't read reviews, but I do look at pictures on YELP! and that is why I chose this place as well as it was on the way to my work location. The seasonal flavor of the month for the summertime I wanted to try except for it only came in a iced latte, and with it be only 56° that morning. I was looking for a hot coffee. I ended up with going with a honey vanilla latte that I wasn't too particular on. The flavor profile just wasn't there and it wasn't sweet enough to cut down some of the bitter taste of the coffee. If you like bitter coffee, this is probably your place. Unfortunately I don't. I like a smoother, milder coffee, espresso. They also didn't have very many food options. A lot of it was either vegan or more healthy food like a brand muffin. Try it for yourself as everybody does have their own taste and profiles that they like. But I will just say it wasn't for me. read more

Great coffee and service. The place is always clean. They have good food and even coffee beans to take home. We enjoy the dumpster fire roast. read more

Wow!!! I don't think I've ever had a breakfast sandwich this good! Pork belly biscuit. Egg cooked to perfection. A half/caff latte was literally one of the best ever with their home roasted beans. Excellent. Excellent. And very friendly staff. The latte was so good that I bought their beans since I'm out of area. Can we get one of these in LA? read more

Loved stopping by Forage Coffee. Such a cute little coffee shop with a great atmosphere. I was able to enjoy a delicious coffee, a really tasty breakfast sandwich, and get some work done while sitting outside. The outdoor seating was super pleasant, and it's conveniently close to the Rogue River waterfront area, which makes it an even better stop if you're exploring the area. Definitely a spot I'd come back to. read more

Hands down my favorite coffee spot in Medford. I love the chill space. The coffee and food is both amazing. Note: the kitchen isn't open on Sundays. There are tables inside and out along with an indoor bar where you can sit. Friendly and helpful staff add to the overall experience. read more

Forage is a local coffee shop with the most adorable mascot. Who does not love a raccoon with an attitude on the signage and the merch? The menu ranges from the classics to unique seasonal. Spring menu is very unique. I grabbed the carrot cake latte and it was slightly sweet and had hints of cinnamon. Refreshing. The coffee is a light brew. They also have a lemon poppyseed cold brew, a toffee latte, and a Card-B. All syrups are made in house. I'm giddy when a shop makes their own syrup. I came late in the afternoon so the they only had two brown butter cookies left. Come early to partake in pastry. Casual, indoor and outdoors seating. Easy parking. Please come and create your own adventure. read more

We always always make it a point to visit forage coffee on our drives to CA from Seattle. That says a lot! The structure of the cafe just catches your eye and there is a nice park next to it for us to stretch our legs. The service is always so sweet and welcoming. I ordered matcha latte with the Cardi B syrup. So good. My husband gets an oat milk latte which is strong and good. The latte art is so cute for both of our drinks. Wow, their Raisin Bran cake is SOOOO good and one of a kind! The decor inside is so cute, minimal and calming. read more

Visited here from California and returned because my husband loved the nitro cold brew the last time we came - he loved that the berry notes were very evident. I think he said it's the best nitro he's ever had so far. This time he tried the cold brew and enjoyed it but said the flavor notes were different than the last time. We definitely will return when coming to Medford again. I also really love the plants and the entire design of the place - if I lived near it would definitely be a place I could peacefully work in. read more

Absolutely lovely cafe interior! Two decorative Christmas trees were up, and there were lots of comfy places to sit. Our cashier was very nice and friendly. The foam art on my latte was expert. My breakfast was well seasoned and the bread wasn't too hard. However, my peppermint mocha didn't taste of peppermint or chocolate. It tasted like a medium to low strength regular latte. My husband enjoyed his latte however, and he is quite picky about espresso. Also, we visited early on a Monday morning, and there were quite a few unhoused people in close proximity to this business. It appears that there is a "safe-place-cafe" across the street. It made us feel somewhat cautious as we parked at Forage. read more

Yummy coffee with friendly employees and nice ambiance. Why go to Starbucks when you can support a local company that has much better coffee and 'local' vibe? I will be back over and over again! read more

Came early on a Saturday morning. It was quiet and there weren't many customers yet. We enjoyed the decor and the vibe. I ordered a latte. They roast their own coffee, and it was good enough to satisfy anyone who appreciates specialty coffees, though not quite the quality I would expect to find at a shop in Seattle. My teenaged daughters shared the creamy scrambled eggs on toast. It looked amazing and they loved it, which was good because it was dang expensive! read more

If you're looking for 3rd wave/specialty coffee in Medford, start your search here. They have single origin espresso, food, and really great vibes! Their baristas are super friendly and knowledgeable, I talked with Z for a bit about some coffee nerd stuff (espresso ratios, timing, etc), and I was impressed with how much they knew! I tried their smashburger as well, which was delicious! I'll definitely be coming back here regularly. read more

Love cute little coffee shop with mini stationary shop.. the girls are very friendly ... the coffee is good!

Medford appears to be the mecca of chain and fast food restaurants so it's nice I finally found the time to explore some of the smaller places in town. Forage is an old gas station with plenty of parking and a comfortable aesthetic. Indoor and outdoor seating with covered patio. For lunch, this location was packed to the brim with remote workers and their laptops and coffee cups. I had a chai with coconut milk and a breakfast sandwich with the pork. Chai was great, good amount of spice, the breakfast sandwich was extremely messy and I wish I would have asked for some aoili or hot sauce to give it a little more ~jeuje~. Still super tasty. Otherwise will definitely be back here, if only my laptop battery didn't decide to fail me while I was here or else I would have stuck around longer. read more

We have been wanting to try this place and finally made it. Unfortunately the 2 girls working were not in the mood for customers. I asked about the menu and the girl just said it's on the wall. I asked about specialty drinks that were on the website and she said our website is not up to date. I wanted to try a rose latte or raspberry cold foam. She just matter if factly stated they have vanilla chocolate or strawberry. They were not busy and I'm not sure why they were so uninterested in serving customers. Sadly we left without ordering. read more

Stopped in to Forage after reviewing Yelp reviews while driving north through Oregon. What a cute place with all the potted plants, and outdoor seating in front. We were hoping for the cardamon rose latte but found that's their summer seasonal offering. We absolutely loved their matcha yam special, it has the essence of the fall season. The iced mocha was delicious. Really like how they make their own syrups - these guys are real coffee aficionados! read more

I have had good coffee here, they just don't always have specialty drinks or have them available when I happen to come by, which definitely limits the menu. Forage Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Medford, Oregon

Forage is a coffee shop where the owners treat their employees like family, and the employees treat the customers as if we were their own children...Allow me to paint the picture: Imagine yourself arriving at a family reunion which your parents dragged you to, but instead of being met by awkward distant relatives and strangers you were greeted by celebrities and successful business people who are all eager to employ you for high paying jobs which require little work on your part, and no qualifications (for which you are incredibly grateful). Your parents who forced you to come, have each suddenly turned into a delicious caffeinated beverage. Your father is now an iced oat milk latte. You take your first sip. The espresso opens with an aroma of clove and orange zest. Then, a wave of hibiscus acidity balances the contrasting flavors of cocoa and farm grown oats. You let the tingling of your tastebuds linger while rejoicing that your taste has finally returned after losing it to COVID-19. You turn to your mother who is now a cortado. You look puzzled, unable to discern what a cortado actually is...but you embrace the mystery and flood your tastebuds with another rush of joyful flavors. This time, the flavor notes are so numerous that they swell and crescendo into a symphony upon your refined and sophisticated palette. Then you hear the applause. You suppose the cheers and shouts of approval are for the harmonious music which was effortlessly made by the barista...but then you discover the applause is for you. All of the customers and employees are giving you a standing ovation and simultaneously inviting you into their family. This is not merely a coffee shop. It is a home. Come and discover the truth of what Dorthy said as she clicked her shimmering slippers together. read more

This is a gorgeous cafe with beautiful interior design. The cafe incorporated a shop with artistic cards, accessories, mugs, and plants. They have indoor and outdoor seating. If I live in town, I would come every week for their coffee and enjoy the aesthetic of the cafe. I ordered iced americano. It was great as it tasted like quality coffee without the drink tasting like it was watered down. read more
