Laid-back, chill, ice cream parlor located in Tinseltown in Medford, Oregon. The service was quick, kind and the staff knew a lot who it the flavors. I got one scoop of the cookie dough ice cream with Reese's on top. The ice cream was indulgent, semi-sweet and delicious. It had massive globs of cookie dough and the generous portion of Reese's accentuated the sweetness nicely. My friends got cookie dough and violet, respectively. The violet was fragrant, unique and refreshing. Chill vibe, great service and fantastic ice cream read more

A lovely shop in Medford. Google told me they had my favorite black licorice ice cream, but on that day when they were out period the ambiance of the shop and service were outstanding. I reluctantly substituted a mango sorbet cone, which was delightful. Their licorice cream is especially made by a shop in Florence, Oregon. Next time, I'm going to Florence. The Duomo has nothing on licorice ice cream. read more

Decadent Ice Cream @ Violets & Cream in Medford, OR. !! Some friends and I decided to indulge in dessert after dinner and made our way here! Fantastic unique ice cream flavors available. I had the black walnut, they had the cookie dough, and Jacksonville. The young lady present was very nice and provided us with great service. The space was beautifully decorated, full of eye candy (literally, lol), clean, and inviting. We enjoyed our creamy and flavorful sweet treats! The cones were tasty as well. We'll definitely be back to try the many other flavors! Thank you. read more

Loved the local flavours of ice cream - pear and huckleberry . Not super sugary and so fresh . The service was great and loved the ambience of the place read more

My vegan chocolate ice cream was a complete mess! This was a great ice cream but this batch was heavily freezer burnt and falling apart inedible. My husband asked for change so we can give a tip the worker gave us change and decided that scooping out our ice cream was completely okay after not having washed his hands. Paying for a - single vanilla with fudge with hardly any ice cream is appalling the new worker has no formal training on how to make a proper scoop it was about a 1/2 scoop at best but hey please wash you hands after touching cash and deciding to scoop out ice cream. I've had the vegan ice cream multiple times at this location this was a horrible batch you can tell was a fresh batch heavy with freezer burn. Stick with your first judgement before you decide to grab ice cream here. read more

Violets & Cream - I purchase a 2 scoop and sadly you cant even make the shape of my ice cream - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Medford, Oregon

Stopped in for the coffee caramel cookie ice cream and it was so good. This spot is not just an ice cream parlor, it is also a cute candy store packed with treats. Service was great and the vibe was really nice. Definitely worth a visit! read more

Came here after dinner. This seemed to be a very popular ice-cream place. The line was long, and there was only 1 gentleman working at the time when I was there. He provided great customer services even if it was busy. I can see how overwhelming it could be. Decorations gave me a Harry Potter/witch/wizard vibes, which might be because of the Halloween season. I sampled the rogue valley pear and violet and cream. Rogue valley pear has a very light flavor. The violet and cream tasted very artificial, and I did not like it at all. I ordered a single chocolate brownie in cup. I love the rich chocolate flavor. Will stop by again if I am in the area. read more

We came in for some affogato and was asked if I wanted it in hot choco or espresso. I chose the latter. It was so yummy. They offer a wide unique variety of ice cream flavors too. And I was amazed that the pink spoon used changes color (to purple) if dipped in something cold. The vibe inside is very chill and relaxed! Definitely coming back for more. read more

What a great find. We're from out of state and used Grok to find the best ice cream in town. Violets and cream was the top pick. Great ice cream and the service was funny and very helpful. read more

Prices are affordable. Quaint little place with nostalgic candies. The server was friendly, but did limit us to two samples per person. Huckleberry was delicious. My husband liked the pear which reminded him of juicy pear jelly belly jelly beans. But the server did let us know their ice cream is made of all natural ingredients. read more

They did not follow through with their promises. This was for a timely special circumstance and it ruined the experience.

Super cute place with many flavor options. Ice cream tastes really fresh and natural (unlike old school places with "31 flavors"). Generous serving size and very reasonable price. My only observation is that velvet seating and ice cream don't really go together... (i.e. stains that felt a little yuck to sit on). read more

I took my 3 year old in to get some ice cream. He was very excited. He gets it and takes two bites and it falls on the floor. Sure, I know it's not their fault he dropped it but you would think they might replace it for him. Nope... made us pay for it again. I just felt they might have been a little more understanding especially since it's $5 a scoop. I was just disappointed in the customer service. read more

Amazing ice cream and even better service this will be our new regular dessert spot because it's not very often anymore that you find a place where the employees take the time to get to know their customers and make sure they are completely satisfied with the products and services. Delicious small batch ice cream served with premium toppings. Don't miss this place it's awesome! Super clean too.

The place is very cute, and their Ice cream is good, but their help could be a lot better. While checking out the girl rang up my soda twice, denied it when I asked. Then after paying I asked for a reciept but was told they do not offer receipts for cash purchases, I would have had to use a card. Which sounds bizarre but now I know. read more
