One case was a grab and go situation, with prewrapped selections. We chose the Hoppy one, the Crater Lake Blue,. In the "manned" case, there was a fella there, happily dispensing samples and cutting up portions for folks. They also are very thoughtful and sell little zipper travel coolers and ice blocks, for folks like me who are traveling. I politely asked if they could add a little more to make them the same size. Instead of offering a solution, the employee argued with me about the machines and insisted she couldn't add more because I had already taken it out to the car. I then asked if she could simply make a new one. She angrily repeated, "Pull forward, pull forward," handed me an ice cream that was the exact same size as the original, and walked back inside. No apology, no attempt to fix the problem, and absolutely no customer service. The young man who initially helped us in the drive-through was extremely rude as well. Unfortunately, the way customers are treated at this location has made going here an unpleasant experience. We live close by and used to go often but don't because of how they treat their customers. A simple request to correct an obvious difference in portion size turned into a very unpleasant experience. Management seriously needs to address how employees treat customers. People shouldn't feel like they're an inconvenience for politely asking for what they paid for. We won't be back.
