Worse customer service ever. Very unprofessional. Staff was very rude and didn't know how to run the register, serve up an ice cream cone. Gave excuses as to why the ice cream comes were lopsided. We were told..."the ice cream machine wasn't hot yet" because it was still early... It was 1:30 in the afternoon. When I asked to have my cone remade they literally laughed in my face. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN. read more

We went into the restaurant at approximately 6:30 no one greeted us, we stood at the counter and the employees were in the back to busy with their conversation amongst themselves that they weren't paying any attention to the counter. We stood there and googled other restaurants in central point to eat at and still no acknowledgement by the time we were done. So we left and went and spent our money at Hawaiian Hut. Now I understand why the ratings are so poor here. And before you post your generic repeated response that you post on almost all of your reviews "We hope you give us another chance and visit us again-DQ Fan Relations Team" Do you really mean it as it doesn't seem to be improving. And if we want DQ we will visit another location that has better reviews. read more

I went inside to pick up my mobile app order. I was more than 5 minutes early but my order was already ready. I ordered 2 chili cheese dogs, regular onion rings, a small hot fudge sundae & a medium chocolate shake. The girl that helped me didn't have a name tag on and wasn't friendly or welcoming at all. I felt like a bother to her. She never said hello, thank you, have a great day etc. My chili cheese dogs were placed on end in the bag with the onion rings next to them with a thin napkin over them. When she handed me the bag (upright, not on it's side) & I saw that, I took the items out saying, "Uh-oh, the chili cheese dogs are on their ends." & placed them side by side in the bottom of the bag with the onion rings next rings on top of them. She & another girl watched me do this, neither apologizing or commenting. She handed me my other items & I left. When I got to my car to eat, the chili cheese dogs were lukewarm at best. The "hot" fudge sundae was tiny ($4) & the fudge was cold, not even warm. This DQ used to have good service but that wasn't my experience today. read more

Friday 1/23/26 my husband and I came to central point diary queen and we've been coming there for years, well I have to say we were very disappointed the cashier Alex was very disappointed and rude. My husband asked a question about the meals and she said they can get they from 11-4 unless you want the crispy onion hamburger, my husband asked if they could take the onions off and she says no it comes the way it is. Then I went to scan my app and I did it twice and she says it's not scanning nothing very rudely. And then on top of that, we had a way at least 25 minutes for our food and when we got it, it was cold.. my husband took the fries back. Why would she brought the new fries back? She just kind of put them on the table walked away. No sorry about that. Nothing she was not polite in any way shape or form.. I've worked in customer service 90% of my life and I've been a manager if I had an employee that was that disrespectful and that rude to customers she would no longer be there even the people before us seemed to be a little upset with her demeanor and her her disrespect and rudeness I probably will never go to this Dairy Queen again.... read more

This Is Without A Doubt The Best Dairy Queen I've Been To. Trust Me I'm a bit chubby, So I Know My Food. Everyone Is Always Super Nice Here, Service Is Off The Roof, Food Is Always Fresh, And More. I Mean It's Just A Fast Food Joint To, There Are Probably Better Foods For You Out There, But I Still Recommend This Dairy Queen If You Are Looking For Some Fast Delicious Unhealthy Oily Sugary Food. I ordered a 4-pc chicken basket. Toast was dry--no butter like other DQs. Scant, cold fries on the side--tiny serving. Chicken was dry and clearly should not have been served to a customer. Ranch sauce container was only 1/3 full. The one is Ashland is so good; I was really surprised about how bad this location is. Truly bizarre to charge so much and fully drop the ball. Poor effort. read more

This Dairy Queen should be ashamed of their sizes and quality of food. I ordered a large sundae and it looks like a small. The other Dairy Queen across town serves a much bigger sundae. They also have better prices. If you try to sub fries for cheese curds it's 4.00, at the other one in medford it's only 1.60. Hope this Dairy Queen gets hit by an airplane read more

Dog water. Teens that don't care to work there. Will never go back wrong order over charged and lied.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Never been more disappointed or humiliated with an experience at a fast food restaurant. If you don't like your food, they say "too bad. It's not our fault you don't like how we prepare it." That is not an exaggeration. I swear. Update: Dairy Queen has proven to me that they really do not care about their customers. I received generic responses on both my Facebook review and Yelp review of my terrible experience. Nothing was even attempted to be done to resolve. read more

Hate to be a member of the one star club. It apparent to me, the ownership doesn't care. Ordered a cheeseburger to go. was helped by the most angelic person whom i think was ashley. wonderful service and i cant wait to come back again for a scrumptious meal.

Just got home from the local DQ and am not a big fan right now. We ordered a 6 piece Chicken Strip Basket. We got what appears to be a 4 piece with one of the pieces torn into 3 pieces to make it look like 6 pieces. What a RIP off. We usually split the meal between two people. Surely you can do better. read more

These reviewers are all crazy. What are you expecting from a fast food joint? These people are being overworked for a barely livable wage. Here's my experience: I didn't get assaulted at the drive through and got the food I ordered, because I ordered correctly and didn't complain. That's pretty damn good service. It's a Dairy Queen. I got the food, it was good. Why are you reading a Yelp review for a fast food joint anyway? read more

This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a Dairy Queen! Not only was my frys cold but my burger was just a patty with cheese on it! No condiment no veggies. Ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich. Waited five minutes for them to make it fresh. When they delivered in the drive through they forgot a burger. Went into restaurant asked for said burger and got attitude. Got home and said burger was thrown together and looked inedible. Went back to DQ and returned burger. JENNA the assistant manager gave my husband attitude about how ALL burgers in the valley look like crap. I called and spoke with Cameron and he stated that there is nothing they can do to make it right. He also let me know that are a franchise and the GM only works from 10:30 to 4PM. So if a person wants to talk to her they would have to take time off work. They refused to give a refund for aggravation and basically told me to deal with it. I just spent almost $20 for food that was not fresh and service that was extremely unacceptable. read more

I went in today to get a couple meals a flamethrower, a chicken sandwich, and a cheeseburger meal. Horrible. And NOT the first time I've had bad service or had to go back because my order was not right. This time I ordered and paid for an additional topping in my blizzard. Left and found they didn't add it. Went back and they remade it but half of the ice cream on top was plain vanilla because they neglected to stir it in all the way, and I still couldn't see any of the oreo I asked for. Went back and asked for a refund and the manager didn't ask me what was wrong with it or apologize for the inconvenience or bad service. I will not be going there any more. read more

Although the food was good I just want to talk about the service and how I was treated while working there, I started working there during the summer and was told "we are like a family you will fit in" while I had made a few friends while working there we only got 2 days of training (I was hired as a cashier and during those two days I didn't get any training for that) the day we were gonna work at cashiers is the day we got a lil input on how to use them and still had to work in the back which was frustrating, I closed a lot of the time at night since I was a Night Shift worker (picture this i have been diagnosed with Anxiety and possible Autism henceforth I needed more time to adjust to this Job and get trained more since I can't remember half of what I learn unless I'm doing it consistently every day, I only did cashier for about a week I was still new at it and the female assistant manager would get irritated easily and was just plain rude most of the time while the guy one was more chill and understanding and even encouraging! The work environment was not in fact a "family" and basically you were on your own if you were new and just had to sit there while they chatted and whispered amongst themselves, after about a month of working I got a call saying I wasn't living up to their standards () after I had worked my ass off for a month to live up to it they said I had to clean the restaurant (sweep, mop,do bathrooms and STILL run cashier in the process) all under a hour, keep in mind I'm not a professional cleaner but my other parents are and said that was even impossible, I wasn't trained to clean as much when I started only got a fragment of what to do but since I didn't close every night it went in one ear and out the other, I genuinely think if they had more better staff and more training days I would of lasted and maybe even have been a better worker, I've been very anxious to start a new job as I could even say my last supervisor was traumatizing for me on how she acted and treated me. Just wanted to say if you consider working here if this is a good work environment for you go for it but personally will not be working for any Dairy Queen that is owned by this manager ever again read more

Every experience we have had their is far from five stars. The first visit we both ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket that contained tiny pieces that didn't even add up two six. Didn't come with the bread that it normally does, and maybe had 10-15 fries. The next time we went the fries were rock hard with no seasoning and the chicken was so hard it could crack a tooth. Really disappointed from my experience tonight. I've grown up in the valley and have come to this location a lot but it's getting really bad. The staff don't care and are rude. Tonight after a 13 hour shift in the hospital all I wanted was chicken strips and a lemonade. I ordered for me and boyfriend, upgrading both our drinks to a large. The "supervisor" handed me straws, napkins, and our food then sent me on my way. As soon as I got to my boyfriends house(lives literally 2 minutes away) I realized I never got the drinks, he hopped in the car with me and went back to get the drinks not even 5 minutes after I had left the drive through. Instead of working with me the supervisor told me "No, I did hand them to you so you're not getting new ones." I explained exactly what happened and she keeps repeating in a very rude way that she is sure that she handed them to me, she was very unprofessional about it and really sounded like she was accusing me of lying. I asked if I could get a refund for the drinks then and she told me no. I asked if someone could watch the camera footage and she tells me that absolutely no one working has any access to cameras at all. In reality it's only a couple bucks so I probably won't waste more time on this but it's really disappointing to see how rude people are there and getting called a liar after supporting the business for as long as I can remember. Whoever that supervisor is (didn't catch her name, but short red/dark pink hair) doesn't know how to go about these situations at all and is very rude, puts a pretty bad face on the business. read more

My wife and I stopped into the Central Point DQ restaurant. To buy the 5 dollar deal meal. I was told it was passed 4:00pm and the 5 dollar deal meal was over. I could buy a regular chicken strip meal and buy the drink separately. So I wound up paying about 14 dollars for our meal. I was told I could go the the Medford, Oregon DQ's and they will let me recorder the 5 dollar meal there after the the 4:00 PM. But they stick to 4:00 PM rules at this restaurant. Central Point, Dairy Queen Drive Through: What a horrible experience along with horrible unfriendly service. ordered the chicken and biscuits. Asked for an extra gravy. Picked up my order at the window and drove home. After getting home and opening the bag/box I could not find any gravy. None anywhere. Made a phone call was treated rudely, I told them I driving back and I would like my two gravy's, I did not even get a "I'm Sorry for the problem". Drove back and waited in line finally got to the window. I told them I called regarding picking up the gravy for my chicken and biscuits. I was asked for my receipt, I said you didn't tell me when I called I needed a receipt, I left it at home with my wife. I drove all the way back here and even though I called and you know I'm here to pick up the gravy you insist on seeing my receipt. I said you look it up it wasn't but 15 minutes ago. She slammed the window. Next thing I know the window opens and she hands me two gravy containers. Then she proceeds to tell me next time have your receipt. I said one I'll never be back to this establishment and two this wouldn't be an issue if you did your job properly. She looked at me with a scowl and then slammed the window on me again. Again not even a "I'm sorry". Sorry to say but the service at this site needs work. Maybe an attitude adjustment is in order. Owner/manager please feel free to contact me.
