I'm late writing this review. I went here multiple times in 2024 when they were in Ashland. The best cheesecake in the region. I'm randomly writing this review years later because I'm planing a trip to Medford and looking up my old haunts and surprised I hadn't wrote a review already. I have no pictures only the memories. I remember having a white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. And I went in the fall time they had a seasonal apple pie cheesecake. All so amazing. I went there a total of like 5 times during my tenure in Medford as cheesecake is my fave dessert. So certainly they were doing something right to keep me coming back. They say there are two certainties in life: death and taxes. The third requisite they left out was respect for homemade biscuits. You gotta give credit where it's due. Delicious, crisp, yet fluffy. A perfect addition to the unexpected breakfast selection from a cheesecake shop. I had the Porky Pig biscuit and was impressed with the construction of it. Seared ham, bacon and sausage form the salty/savory core. The egg yolk on top immediately burst upon handling and ran through the meat and into the sweet syrupy sauce. The chopped scallions were a thoughtful buoy of freshness to keep you from drowning in the sea-storm of calories. What a delicious journey. We also got the hen and hog. A bit of a miss. Potatoes were undercooked in the core and the rosemary coating was burned. I can't give the place a 5 if there's a chance you could be let down. Ambience was a bit strange in an abandoned basement shopping mall, but I'm hoping there will be growth and the place will get its vibes straightened out. Heavens, I didn't even try the cheesecake. service is not very good. When I arrived the shop, there's no other customers, but I had to stand there waiting like 5 minutes while the bakery server was doing all the packing and cake decoration and after he finished all the work, he lifted his head and started talking to me. The cake is not bad, I ordered a whole one before, it's $79. And this time I ask if I can buy half chocolate and half new York cheese cake at $79 like before. The server told me he can't sell a whole cake to me like that. I have to order it 48 hours beforehand. I can't describe my feeling, how arrogant the business is, I like cheese cake, but this kind of attitude will scare away people. They don't think sell the more the better is a good idea. read more

This is the literal best cheesecake I have ever had. My husband took one bite and told me there was no point in showing me The Cheesecake Factory now. We ate something called a cinnamon roll that was NOT a cinnamon roll. It was a heavenly combination of a cinnamon roll and a butter cake that must have taken a magic spell to hold the amount of butter, cinnamon, and sugar it did. It was so dense yet it just melted away in our mouth. It's a revelation. We showed up at open and there were four other people there already too. All. Things. Yes! Where has this place been all my life? I don't visit Ashland often but can see myself changing that just for this place. I asked the girl behind the counter if they have gluten free options (I am autoimmune) & you can only imagine my surprise when she said "everything we have here is gluten free". I'm pretty sure time froze momentarily then I started pointing at everything asking "that's gluten free?" Every time she said yes. I was there for brunch & ended up ordering the little hen with a side of avocado & hollandaise but I got these slices to go. I'm far too stuffed to try them just yet but aren't they gorgeous?! TL;DR: still amazing cheesecake AND now they do amazing breakfast' Since they've been open for roughly 8 months, I have been to indulge many times. The lemon and peanut butter fudge still remain at the top of our list, however last couple times we went they also had a couple "specials" for cheesecake Including Blueberry Basque, birthday cake, and Irish Cream (which was definitely up on my favorites and I hope they have it often!) I recently saw some amazing photos and heard some chatter since they started doing breakfast a couple weeks ago and had to try and I was completely pleased! Yes: their prices are a smidge higher but it is TOTALLY worth it. You are not just getting the same old breakfast dishes you can get anywhere else. They had some pretty stunning ones such as the Strawberry cheesecake Mochi Waffle, Maple Pecan Cheesecake Waffle, mediterranean chicken basil sandwich, or the Bodega breakfast sandwich! I got the Wile E Coyote which was biscuits with eggs on top how you like them, with a delicious pepper-jack, scallions, and bacon. The presentation is amazing and you certainly "eat with your eyes" first! One of the dishes had a side of Potatoes which were very well seasoned and everything was definitely high quality with thought and care put in. Plus their biscuits are homemade and DELISH (especially coming from an amateur Home baker I was very impressed). My only "regret" is that I didn't have enough room to try multiple dishes! Guess I will have to come back. As always, very friendly, family owned staff who are very courteous, place is clean, and they also have coffee. What's not to love read more

Hidden gem located in a strip mall next to a north Medford liquor store. The selections on offer were diverse including fruity (lemon, winter berry), spiced (cinnamon roll, pumpkin), and decadent (peanut butter fudge, triple chocolate, caramel). Every cheesecake was beautiful and enticing. The service was friendly and fast, boxing up my order and adding the enhancements like toppings and whipped cream before closing the box only took a few minutes. Napkins and a plastic fork were offered and gratefully accepted as I planned to eat in a hotel room where utensils are not offered. read more

Indulge Artisan Cheesecake indeed, but Indulge Epic Breakfast as well! You order at the counter, and the lady who took ours was friendly and nice. She joked with us when we had to step back to decide on what we wanted and shortly came back with a big "hello again!" I got the Wiley Coyote and Ms. C got the breakfast Sando. Both were excellent, mine was better. (Wink) highly recommend the plates, they are decadent and delicious. It's downstairs in a little hallway area but feels cozy and comfortable. The New York cheesecake had a nice texture but lacked the tangy slightly sour flavor I remember from when I lived in New York. And my companions' breakfast sandwiches were mediocre. Where to begin?! We live in the SF Bay Area and one would think you'd have a great number of gf options here. Unfortunately, we do not. The dedicated spots are good but not amazing. We came here for breakfast and started off with coffee and a cinnamon roll to share while our main meal was prepared. My non-GF family members said it was the best cinnamon roll they've ever tasted and I agree. It was gooey and buttery and absolutely delicious. The coffee is french press and is really delicious. We ordered the quiche, avocado toast, breakfast sandwiches with bacon, and the wile e coyote. All of us were extremely happy with our meals and the bacon egg and cheese biscuit was so good I am still craving one even after going back a day later and having another one. The gravy isn't a sage gravy, in case you're expecting that type of gravy but was really nice and rich. We were all so happy with our meal that when we went back a few days later we repeated our orders and our new party member got the corned beef hash, which he also loved. The cheesecakes are delicious with our favorites being the New York and the lemon curd. Our chocolate lovers enjoyed the red velvet. I enjoyed the marrionberry and triple chocolate but wouldn't order them again as the chocolate was a bit rich but is great if you're splitting with a few people and the marrionberry didn't have enough of a sour kick for my liking (but I liked it enough to finish it lol) I actually have a few friends who are planning a trip to Ashland and have planned a trip here to enjoy the food because I've raved so much about it. If you go, be sure to get there early as I think the word is getting out and they get BUSY and may sell out of biscuits. We will definitely be back the next time we are in town! read more

I don't know where to begin... first tried the cheesecake and I didn't know that all the crust was gluten free. I don't have any food allergies so I was interested to give it a shot, the crust can make or break the whole cheesecake.... However, the crust was a 12/10! I had to come back a few days later after reading on the menu that they served breakfast. I had the Tasmanian devil and it was amazing! I'm already looking forward to next weekends breakfast! Everyone....THIS PLACE IS UNREAL! I have been wanting to try this place for far too long and we finally FINALLY went today. We were greeted/helped by the sweetest ladies and just look at the beautiful works of art they made! Believe me when I say that the cheesecakes are the best I've had. So smooth, yet great texture and there is enough of the toppings for every bite, down to the last one. The cheesecakes are all gluten free, but you can't tell.
