Bought a birthday cake for our daughter on Tuesday, 4/8; 6 inch Triple Chocolate. It was drier than it was expensive! And it cost $48, so that should tell anyone just how dry it was. We were very disappointed. Three of us had a tiny piece each, and the fourth person decided against having one because of our unanimous agreement that it was terrible. The cake sat in the fridge for a couple days untouched and then was thrown away. The frosting was excellent, but did not cover up the inedible cake. read more

Quaint bakery. Sign says they offer brunch and mimosas. They make different cake flavors each week and have a calendar of flavors planned out in advance. They made DELICIOUS cookies! I really wanted to like Delish. It's a cute shop! And the young lady behind the counter was very sweet and friendly. Every thing in the bakery cases looked so dry and not that appealing. We got drinks and a brownie and lemon bar. My daughter couldn't even drink her chai she said it was so terrible. And well the brownie was not good. Cute small business in a local shopping center. We've been wanting something sweet and were headed through Medford and decided to stop here. It had what we were looking for! Such a l8vely bakery. The absolute BEST Peanut Butter Cookies (!!!), nice eclairs and puffs, good pecan bars. Here's the gem, though: They've got the DoorDash thing down cold, for nearly-instant gratification for evening munchies (They're open til 8 I think). Only ever had 1 issue, a couple of cookies from an order got left out, but they promptly rectified and sent a 'bonus brownie' by way of apology. Good yummy, great service. :) read more

I love Delish Bakery because everything is freshly made from scratch, inventive and worth setting aside time to relax and savor. There are delicate macarons, each a perfect bite; croissants the way they were meant to be, flaky, crisp and buttery; cakes by the slice or whole by order; bars, cookies, scones; quiche that is rich and creamy with buttery shortcrust shell. I like that they always switch things up to offer new things. I have been in 12-15 times and always been pleased with the selection and service, been greeted and served in a friendly, helpful manner. Yesterday we had spanakopita-inspired quiche with pine nuts, feta and spinach--rich but light and delicate. Maple-bacon, pistachio and margarita are some of my favorite macaron flavors, but yesterday I discovered a new one--toasted coconut! Took home mocha espresso torte and a fresh strawberry scone for a birthday treat and made shortcake with the scone, something that will have to be repeated soon! I stopped into " Delish" after my workout. It's located across from the ice cream store by the movie theatre. It's small, but bright and clean. All the baked goods had been made from scratch, fresh that day. I had a very yummy cinnamon role, and a nice visit with the owner. I thought the service was great!
