Got some yummy macarons yesterday. Can't wait until they have my favorite flavor, raspberry. I didn't want to spoil my dinner so I couldn't get much, but next time I'll have to get one of their cream puffs. They looked amazing! And Willow was very friendly and personable. Will definitely have to stop by next time we're in the area. read more

Service was great. Hostess was friendly and explained the varieties and process in making the cake slices we were buying. Got the butter cookie and berry cake slices. They were fresh and tasty. Not too sweet! A great place to enjoy fresh baked goods. They had lemon bars, maple bars, cookies and other things too. read more

Bought a birthday cake for our daughter on Tuesday, 4/8; 6 inch Triple Chocolate. It was drier than it was expensive! And it cost $48, so that should tell anyone just how dry it was. We were very disappointed. Three of us had a tiny piece each, and the fourth person decided against having one because of our unanimous agreement that it was terrible. The cake sat in the fridge for a couple days untouched and then was thrown away. The frosting was excellent, but did not cover up the inedible cake. read more

Quaint bakery. Sign says they offer brunch and mimosas. They make different cake flavors each week and have a calendar of flavors planned out in advance. They made DELICIOUS cookies! I loved the sea salt chocolate and the snickerdoodle. I also bought a slice of their California quiche for breakfast and it was quite good. read more

Luscious cakes. The spanikopita equals what I ate in Athens. The variety of desserts is incredible and I haven't finished sampling them all. Due to disability I only purchash Delish bakerie's offerings via Doordash but I have no complaints, their desserts are consistently good. read more

Their spanakopitatype quiche was good but didn't have a strong flavor, or much spinach and was a bit small. They open late (11 a.m) for a bakery; I was told that is because their main product is cakes. Still there was a wide assortment of cookies and other pastries on display. read more

I really wanted to like Delish. It's a cute shop! And the young lady behind the counter was very sweet and friendly. Every thing in the bakery cases looked so dry and not that appealing. We got drinks and a brownie and lemon bar. My daughter couldn't even drink her chai she said it was so terrible. And well the brownie was not good. I'm sorry but how does a bakery not make a good brownie? It's the easiest thing in the world. I'll stick with Great Harvest or Artisan Bakery from now on. read more

Supper yummy I love their macaroons , crunchy soft croissants Lee is so sweet too thank you! Nice date spot read more

All but the cookie were first time tries for the kiddos & they were thrilled. Did I mention they have options for special diets? My pictures do not do these treats justice. I can't wait for my next cheat day! read more

The online menu is so misleading. Went in for "advertised" carrot cake cupcake and was told they were "special order". Nope. Second time that happened. Not going back. read more

Cute small business in a local shopping center. We've been wanting something sweet and were headed through Medford and decided to stop here. It had what we were looking for! We got a just made coconut cream tart, a like tart, 4 different kinds of brownies and a chocolate mousse. We've only had the chocolate mousse so far but it and the service were wonderful! read more

My favorite local bakery!! Love their macaroons, lemon bars, pecan bars, mocha brownie, croissants iced espresso, and so much more. Oh! I must not forgot to mention that they make the best chocolate pudding I have ever tasted in my entire life! Not exaggerating at all. I think that this place is exactly what it's called ---DELISH!! I am a diehard fan and customer for life! So please be sure to check out my favorite bakery and see for yourself! read more

I love this little gem of a bakery. I stop in frequently (don't tell my doctor!). I am never disappointed. Always friendly service and hugh quality delicious baked goods. Today's treat were Apricot scones, that I purchased yesterday to have with my morning tea. Absolutely fabulous, I left them overnight in their box on my counter, popped them into a warm oven while my tea steeped, perfect, could have been fresh baked this morning. Please, do go check out Delish they are conveniently located in the Medford Center, easy parking and access. You will not be disappointed read more

Purchased a slice of Red Velvet Cake and Cinnamon Croissant Bites...DELISH! The owner is so kind and helpful... I will be back! read more

Overpriced bakery goods. First time there ordered an Almond Crescent. It was not flaky had no almond paste inside. Not worth over five dollars that I paid. The key lime pie was too sweet. What a shame. You have a great location and poor quality goods. Don't know how you get a 4.5 rating. read more

The strawberry cream puff .....OMG. Plain cream puff .... OMG . Service is so great and the gal behind the counter so polite .

Such a l8vely bakery. The absolute BEST Peanut Butter Cookies (!!!), nice eclairs and puffs, good pecan bars. Here's the gem, though: They've got the DoorDash thing down cold, for nearly-instant gratification for evening munchies (They're open til 8 I think). Only ever had 1 issue, a couple of cookies from an order got left out, but they promptly rectified and sent a 'bonus brownie' by way of apology. Good yummy, great service. :) read more

Visiting family in Medford and was introduced to Delish Bakery. I was excited to learn that they carry my favorite pastry, cannoli. They make them to order and were absolutely delicious! We also indulged in key lime tarts - again, very delicious. Will plan to return next time I'm in the area! read more

Stopped by for my birthday because we didn't need a full cake. Got 2 slices of cake and shared them with my husband and 2 kids. So good. Way better than the gross grocery store cake we bought the week before on a whim. We'll be starting a tradition of getting a few slices of cake from here for birthdays so we're not stuck eating cake for weeks in an effort to finish a full cake read more

I want to love them because the staff is always so friendly and professional, and the cakes that I have ordered were both very beautiful (two separate times, decided to try again). But they were very dry. read more

We were visiting Grants Pass and I searched for Bakeries. I found Delish. So glad I did. Ordered an almond croissant and a chocolate coconut croissant and they were the best I've ever had. Also ordered a peanut butter cookie and a snicker doodle. As good as home made. I would have posted pictures but I already ate everything! read more

Came from out of town and had to try this bakery while in town. Ordered a special order cookie and couldn't have been more pleased with the final outcome! It was perfect and beautiful! You could tell it was created by a professional! We ended up going back two times during our stay because we loved the treats we got the first day. The staff is very friendly and you can tell they have fun. The only decision you will have trouble making is which treats you will take home! The cookies, macrons and cinnamon rolls were so delish! This is a perfect place to enjoy a sweet treat with your partner at the end of a date night or with the kiddos after a movie, with plenty of room to sit inside on a cold day or outside on a nice sunny day. Follow them on Instagram to see what new treats they have available! You won't be sorry you tried this bakery! read more

Delish Bakery - Special order royal icing cookie from Delish! Was perfect for the day!! - Bakeries Near Me - Medford, Oregon

I love Delish Bakery because everything is freshly made from scratch, inventive and worth setting aside time to relax and savor. There are delicate macarons, each a perfect bite; croissants the way they were meant to be, flaky, crisp and buttery; cakes by the slice or whole by order; bars, cookies, scones; quiche that is rich and creamy with buttery shortcrust shell. I like that they always switch things up to offer new things. I have been in 12-15 times and always been pleased with the selection and service, been greeted and served in a friendly, helpful manner. Yesterday we had spanakopita-inspired quiche with pine nuts, feta and spinach--rich but light and delicate. Maple-bacon, pistachio and margarita are some of my favorite macaron flavors, but yesterday I discovered a new one--toasted coconut! Took home mocha espresso torte and a fresh strawberry scone for a birthday treat and made shortcake with the scone, something that will have to be repeated soon! Thanks, Delish and Susan, you're amazing! read more

The macarons were wonderful, the service was great, and the interior was beautiful! The only recommendation I'd suggest is a little mood music read more

Way over priced. The lemon bars are flavorless. The employees were sitting around on their phones. They called someone from the back to wait on me. Not much product to choose. read more

Susan is crazy talented and obviously very passionate about her work. I'm always very inspired seeing her cookies and artwork that she creates, as it is very original and so incredibly creative!! Sometimes you find bakeries that can make things look good but obviously the flavor is what you want, and Delish hits both!! Seriously so delicious and instaworthy no matter what you pick! Combine amazing pastries with an amazing crew and you're sure to get nothing but amazingness. Talk to Susan, she knows what she is doing and can teach anyone a thing or two about being a great baker and business owner! read more

I stopped into " Delish" after my workout. It's located across from the ice cream store by the movie theatre. It's small, but bright and clean. All the baked goods had been made from scratch, fresh that day. I had a very yummy cinnamon role, and a nice visit with the owner. I thought the service was great! Two days late we returned and I had the cream cheese brownie...YUM! It is definitely worth stopping in for a treat! It's on my list of favorites for sure! read more
