Cassandra was very direct and quick to respond with answers for all the questions I had before purchasing 36 cupcakes and an 8" double round for 40+ people. Turned out 6 days was enough time for Cassandra to conjure something absolutley magical; metallic icing, amazing thick cake texture, sprinkles and glitter as far as the eye can see! I've heard nothing but great things about Cassandra's work but I got to see it first hand and all expectations were met and beyond. The hype is real!! I went big and ordered a dozen for a family get together (assuming 2 per person). I'm not into sugary sweets, so keep that in mind when I say that it's 50% frosting / 50% cake was a little too much frosting for me personally. That being said, the descriptions of each cupcake can not be more accurate. There are a few cupcakes that have filling (lemon and raspberry for sure), EVERY cupcake is moist and flavorful and exactly as described.
