The Phoodery is such a fun concept. It's a collection of local food vendors, so everyone in your…read moregroup can order something completely different and still eat together. My meal came from Truffle Pig Craft Kitchen, and the Korean fried chicken sandwich with white truffle fries absolutely lived up to the hype. The chicken was perfectly crispy, juicy, and coated in an incredible Korean glaze. The fries were rich, crispy, and dangerously addictive. Beyond the food, the whole place just has a great vibe. There are plenty of beverage options, the patio is a great place to sit, and even the bathrooms were spotless. Bonus points to the bartender, who apparently includes jokes with the appropriate tip. This is the kind of place you can visit over and over because there are still so many vendors left to try. I'll definitely be back.

Review is for the new Northwest Pizza inside the Phoodery. Very good! Medium (aka not paper thin)…read morecrust. Quality dough. Great Buffalo wings. The ranch was oddly delicious (I don't like ranch as a rule but my daughter does). The wings don't come with celery that I know of but I was bringing them home. It was so cold that I hung out by the heaters inside. It was pleasant but I also got an old fashioned with the excuse that it was cold out! I hadn't realized they have a full bar over with the beer selection. Realized after I ordered that they have Hot Toddy's - that was a missed opportunity. While not happy about the other food places leaving over bad terms, I frankly didn't like the ones that left anyway. I wish the prices were slightly better but I think their rent isn't helping. In general it would be great if this place does well as I'm often nearby.

And I'm back, clearly nothing has changed because I had absolutely no business ordering two pizzas,…read morepotato wedges, wings, and chocolate cake. The second I saw on IG that their special was (what I call) a bánh mì-inspired pizza, I knew it had my name written all over it. It was absolutely outstanding, and honestly, I wish I had eaten it there because it deserved to be enjoyed fresh. The pepperoni is still a favorite every single time. The potato wedges remain undefeated, but LORDT... dipping them in the chimichurri sauce (because I like making adventurous sauce choices) took them to a whole new level. The wings weren't my personal favorite, but once I gave them the chimichurri treatment, everything was right again. And finally... the chocolate cake. I obviously had to get right into it (I have no picture to show for it). I generously shared two bites with my significant other before happily devouring the rest myself. No regrets.

I asked for the pesto on the side and it was not delivered. When I spoke to a manager she claimed, "It must have been miscommunicated because it was marked on the ticket as 'no pesto'". Hmmm I was very clear when ordering. I specificallyasked the cashier, "Can I get the pesto on the side?" She clearly answered, "Of course.". I'm not a fan of passive-aggressively blaming the customer. There was no miscommunication. Asked & answered. 1. Unacceptable food item. 2. Incorrect order delivered. 3. Insulting the customer. Three strikes!

Welcome to the neighborhood for our newest coffee shop! Last weekend was Ceremony's soft opening…read moreand this was their first week. In short: great pastries, great drinks, good vibes! FOOD: Ceremony had a good supply of bagels and pastries to choose from. Their homemade bagels were tall and fluffy and the chipotle schmear was spicy and fresh. No skimping out here! My bagel was chock full of chipotle deliciousness. For pastries, we tried their beautiful Chocolate Babka which was FILLED with chocolate. The cinnamon roll was with a cream cheese frosting (my personal favorite choice for cinnamon rolls) with orange zest to finish. DRINKS: Along with your standard coffee drinks here (coffee, latte, cappuccino etc) they also had several specialties such as a Rose mocha, fennel maple latte, and Carmel cream nitro cold brew. I tried the cappuccino and the Carmel cream nitro. When it comes to espresso based drinks. I tend to be pretty picky but both the quality of coffee was excellent and the "pull" of espresso was great as well. The owners of Ceremony also own Cerberus coffee so it's roasted locally. SERVICE: Normally when there's a new business, I try to be generous in my reviews knowing they may need to work out kinks but the team functioned like a well-oiled machine. Even with consistent flow of customers coming through the door, they were efficient and quick with the drinks and there was hardly a wait. All the employees were friendly and warm and the owners were also present and take clear pride in their business. SEATING: the building is pretty generous in size so it's quite roomy. Right now there is primarily smaller tables and chairs which works perfectly- but the owners told us they're going to add a bench seating all along one of the walls which I think will help pull the area together well and I look forward to that addition
