I wanted to try the kangaroo so I didn't want any other junk on it (avocados, bacon, pulled pork, jalapeno poppers, etc. that all of the burgers on the menu have) that would pull away from the flavor of the meat. Service was excellent. The server offered different sauces that would compliment the burger so I chose a honey bbq which was just mild enough to add a little zing to the burger. As for the roo, it was OK. The burger certainly wasn't anything to write home about, not because of the roo but it wasn't a burger place I would see getting so many awards for. I also got sweet potato fries that could have used some salt. I would go back and try Jaspers again but it wouldn't be a destination.

In N Out always pleases everybody, and me too! We get there no prob and find parking easy. We all go in cause we'll dine inside. Order was taken super efficient as usual. I'm paying, so I just put in the order, rather than have each one of the crew do it separate. I pretty much know what they like by this point. The one other girl on the crew wants a double double lettuce wrapped, I think that's called "protein style". Basically it double doubles for the rest of the crew, animal style of course and extra grilled onions. Plus an order of fries for everybody. The cashier repeats the order and I confirm and pay with the credit card. Food is up in not too long and it takes two of us to carry it back to the table. It's all hot and tasty as usual. That's why I like In N Out, it's the same wherever you go!

I show up with my crew of five, wanting some tasty food and fries…read more This Five Guys is like all the rest pretty much. I came in and the line wasn't too long at all. Unless you get the Little burger, you get 2 patties of meat and it's a pretty decent sized burger especially if you add a bunch of extras like bacon. This extras will cost you though and many times the cheese isn't melted at all. Added grilled onions to all the burgers. I will say the fries are good, but always order the small size, cause they over fill the cup with twice the amount and then I hear if you're eating in, and you do manage to eat all the fries, all you gotta do is ask for more and you basically get another order of fries for free! Ask for less salt on the fries though, they tend to over salt. Service is friendly and well trained, just like In N Out ... sort of rehearsed but they get the job done efficiently with a smile. My main problem with Five Guy's is the pricing vs. what you can get at In N Out or other burger fast chains especially ... I don't wanna have to spend really $19 each for a fast food lunch, though tasty enough, your money goes further elsewhere. I guess the best thing here are the fries, with those huge helpings and refills if you dine in. My crew just wanted Five Guys, since I think they know this is on the company expense account! ... good thing!

The burger itself was made from quality ingredients: soft bun, melty cheese, thin patties, with crisp fresh lettuce/veggies on the bottom. There wasn't a soggy, limp, or discolored straggler in the bunch. Just look at the photo I posted! The ambience was a fun, old-timey diner, which felt just right.
