I really love this place, the coffee is great. But three times in a row now, I've stopped by the Central Point location 20-30 minutes before closing, only to be told they're closing early. Not sure why it keeps happening, but it feels like they're shutting down earlier and earlier. I'm honestly starting to think twice about going out of my way to stop here. read more

The central point branch is not as good as the Medford. Italian sodas are flat and when asked to remake them, they don't add flavor.Waist of money. I will stick with Human Bean. read more

I just paid $5.50 for an Americano with four shots which was only 16 ounces maybe they raise the price I'm not sure but four shots of coffee in an Americano is usually like four dollars I definitely won't be returning. Hopefully they made a register that's a little bit of a rip off Especially if I'm paying for water in my cup cause technically if I ask for four shots, it would be half that price over ice nice people though I just don't understand what the heck happened and I even asked she said she's not in control of the prices central point location. read more

Only reason to give a 4/5 is the service seemed a bit slow for a drive-thru, but maybe we were being impatient. Great that it had a drive thru and walk up window, but did seem like it would have been faster if we walked up. The drink was excellent! Ordered a hot americano and it had great flavor. If you're in the mood for just a fun drink, there were great looking options and a fantastic and fun looking seasonal menu! read more

This review is in regard to service. I have been a customer for a long time. Today was very busy when I arrived. There were cars waiting on both sides and I had been there for about 15 min. Two cars drove into the lot, saw how busy it was and parked in a nearby parking spot, then came over to the window to place an order. They were served prior to all the cars waiting! A place for those who, for whatever reason, don't fit in a box or are part of the norm...those who are unique, different and not like the rest of the sheep can go and chill, be themselves and not worry about being part of the cool kids group. While donating platelets & plasma this morning I overheard the phlebotomists discussing how much they love outsider coffee so of course I had to ask them all about it. I've recently relocated back to the valley after nearly 20 years & I am loving the journey of rediscovering my 2nd home town. The staff at this adorable coffee stand was amazing & my drink is SO GOOD! I got the vanilla brown sugar latte with hemp milk. That's right, hemp milk. Their non dairy milk selection is phenomenal. My drink complimented their gluten free zucchini bread perfectly. I don't see myself driving by this coffee stand without stopping from here in out. Order ahead the line can take a long time sometimes, especially in downtown Medford. They are always very friendly and the food and drink is good. Just be wary of the time if you're in a hurry for coffee read more

I have tried this coffee stand more times than I can count trying to give them another shot by trying something new but am disappointed in myself everytime when I know that each drink I have gotten has tasted terrible or just made poorly. Today I got an iced tea, which tastes like plastic (almost gagged when I took the first sip) and a bagel breakfast sammy. The sandwich is rock hard and barely chewable, my teeth hurt from ripping out two bites. Coffee drinks have also fallen short for me, lacking in flavor and espresso tasting burnt. read more

Favorite coffee shop. My kids ask to go here for the "gummy bear hot chocolate". As some other coffee shops add a chocolate coffee bean on top of their adult drinks, this shop adds gummy bears to the kids hot cocoa so they feel overly special. And the food options. The pulled bacon burrito is amazing. Or the red velvet cinnamon roll. Delicious. read more

I loved this coffee it was so good. I came to visit OR from CA and I usually try to visit local coffee shops whenever I'm in a new area. The line was a little long but it's a drive-thru stand and there was only about 3 people working, so I didn't mind. The barista that helped us was super sweet and she even gave my pup a treat! I ordered an iced 16oz Outsider, super delicious and not too sweet, the perfectly balanced coffee. My boyfriend ordered their tequila sunrise lemonade and it was so so so good. We also ordered one of their red velvet cinnamon rolls and split it, it was so good we almost ordered a second. Highly recommend this coffee shop, and I'd definitely come here again if I'm in the Medford area. read more

My son and I have been going to Outsider Coffee in Medford, Oregon ( https://www.facebook.com/OUTSIDERCOFFEECO/ | https://www.outsider.coffee/) since they opened...the coffee was delicious...and just the right sweetness. We are vegan and so we use soy milk. The coffee has been so good...and the gals always very friendly and sweet. Today, we went for a coffee...now, understand I am in a wheelchair...we have to go out of our way and in the opposite direction to get coffee there...with two other coffee stands closer... Today, i got a blended mocha with peppermint w/soy. My son got a blended hot chocolate with soy. We go so much the girls practically know our order. Today was hot...as we pulled away...I took a long drink...it was watered down. My son said the same. No big deal life happens...the girls were so sorry and offered to make another...we thanked them. And then LINDSAY MCPHAIL, the owner happened...she pipes up, "the reason it tastes like water is because you use that non-dairy crap!" I thought...how rude...but I let it go... But she continued ... On and on and on! I finally said...i love your coffee...this is the first time it was not good and it's ok. But she would not stop...i pulled my loyalty card out and gave it back...I will not be back... She can have her rudeness. Paying $12.00 plus a $3+ tip EVERYTIME is STUPID...no one should pay that...but when you do...you want it right and you don't want the owner treating you nasty. Just not going to do it...and I am sure I am not the only one. Apparently she has not heard..."you treat a customer right...they tell 10 people...you treat them poorly they tell 500!" Only this time it's 5,000 Facebook friends...and their friends, etc. So...when I hit send ... 25,000,000 will hear how bad LINDSAY MCPHAIL treated my son and I. Keep it up and MCPHAIL you shall! read more

I love trying new drinks from here after asking the girls working for recommendations, and they never disappoint! Super friendly people working every time, and quick at getting your drinks to you and having you on your way, which I super appreciate. Their building is soooo cute and everything has detailing that just makes the experience that much better. Also, the owner has an Instagram page that I follow and keeps followers up to date on new drinks and specials going on. Update: Was very kind of the owner to honor the coupon... always a good thing when you're disappointed about missing out on coffee!!! Really appreciate the help. Would also like to mention to keto fans that getting the Maverick with sugar free pumpkin and half water, half cream is definitely a great idea way to go!! Super tasty and overall very friendly and quality customer service. Excited this place is in downtown Medford and looking forward to being a returning Outsider. (Great overall message, too! I love the chai at this place! They have spicy chai and regular chai- iced or hot it's so good. They have great customer service too, very friendly! My kids love the little gummy bears that come with the kids drinks! Always the kindest baristas, fast service and kids drinks that come with gummy bears on top. The blended outsider is my drink of choice. Love the stand. They're always offering free drinks to a demographic of some kind; during COVID so many people were donating drinks for various things, even to tired moms like me. Of all the coffee drive-through out there, and there are many, this is by far my fave. For starters it's GREAT coffee that kicks through any milk and sweeteners I choose. To round it up to the perfect experience is the customer service. No matter what time of day or who waits on me, the kindness and humor and efficiency is consistent. Sometimes the line gets long because they are a popular place but it doesn't rattle them. They are always friendly and treat you as if you're the only one there. LOVE THIS PLACE! read more
