Ashlands finest watering hole. A good place to stop for travelers in truck and Rv's because it has turn around space. Right off exit 14. Smoothies are healthy, organic yum. Views and people at Hot Stuff Espresso, wonderful.

DELICIOUS coffee! Hot and tasty. I'm recommending the Mexican Mocha. The menu is extensive. The tea selection was especially impressive. I'm going back again today... there's a gazebo to sip and socialize too. Making friends while drinking quality organic coffee gets 5 stars.

I enjoyed stopping here with my mother during our recent visit through Oregon. We were staying at a nearby hotel and came here for morning coffee before a long drive home. This is a really cute little espresso stand with beautiful vegetation and a cozy patio area to sit and rest/relax at. When we walked up there were a number of cars stopped around the booth. The place looked pretty popular. My mom got a cup of coffee and I got a hot chocolate. I was pleasantly surprised when the cheerful woman behind the counter asked if I wanted milk chocolate or dark chocolate. Dark, of course. Did I want regular milk or organic milk (extra for organic). Did I want it hot or less hot? What was the difference? They heat it less. I don't know how that works, but I asked for less hot and it was ready to drink much more quickly than when I go to other coffee shops. My hot chocolate was very nice - the sweetening tasted a little different than normal sugar, but not strongly so. Pleasantly, I'd say. Perhaps because I had asked for less hot, or because I had not picked up a stirrer to stir my drink, the dregs at the bottom were VERY powerful in terms of chocolate. It surprised even me. I highly recommend more stirring/swishing while drinking. Overall I was very happy with my drink and appreciated the positive and enthusiastic attitude of the woman who helped us. PS my small hot chocolate and my mom's french roast came to a total of only $3.25! (my mom believes there was some kind of discount for her bringing her own beverage container). Very reasonably priced!

I really wanted to like this place cause it had a really cool vibe. Both my drinks (strawberry banana smoothie and caramel frappe) didn't taste very good and were pricy. I paid $11 for both. The "smoothie" came from a box and was just blended with half and half, no fresh fruit. Only positive was the frappe was a 4 shot 20 ounce so it did the job of keeping hubby awake. Starbucks prices should have Starbucks taste.

Check out the custom lever espresso machine pulling some excellent shots!

Great stuff, small independent coffee kiosk. They have a great espresso machine and the barista is boss! Right off the freeway if you are anywhere close by Ashland it's highly recommended for some excellent coffee. My espresso and my lovely and talented wife's mocha were very good....

The shop itself is very clean and modern, with plenty of spacious seating, both indoors and outdoors. My husband ordered a Gibraltar, which was explained to us as a mini espresso and milk drink. He thoroughly enjoyed it and we were both impressed by the latte art. I ordered an iced oat milk latte with their house-made caramel. My latte was creamy and delicious while being the perfect level of sweetness. For a bite to eat, we shared a ham and Swiss croissant and a cheddar cheese scone. Both were buttery and delicious and paired well with our coffees. If you find yourself in the Ashland area, do yourself a favor and check out Noble coffee roasting.

They are melt-in-your-mouth delicious and looked like little polished celestial planets packed in a precious box of 9! This "hidden gem" (pardon the cliché) opened last year by Razia Hayden (owner & chef) and often has live music being played on the enclosed patio. She serves unique savory dishes, inventive desserts and beverages based on her knowledge of global seasonings, rooted in Mediterranean flavors. Most everything is gluten-free, locally sourced and made with spices originating from India, Indonesia, North Africa and the Middle East. I feel a certain kinship with Razia, since her dishes combine spices and flavors that aren't pulled from a cookbook or 3rd party recipe, but purely from her own creative chops, travels and heart. Before diving into her handcrafted chocolate bonbons filled with various creams and ganache (fair trade cacao BTW), I first enjoyed their French toast to prime my sweet-tooth. It comes with three slices of their house-made bread, soaked in an orange blossom custard, finished with a dollop of saffron whipped cream. Other menu items include: Lamb Pilaf with Saffron Rice, Turkish Eggs, Harissa Chicken Crunch, and a unique cardamom-spiced coffee to mention a few. I'll be back to try more! Truth...

We ordered the kebab sandwich and French toast. In total, this ended up being 5 slices of identical fried bread, accented differently. The French toast was not traditionally battered before preparation, so a bit of false advertising if you are expecting a fluffy exterior. It came with several clashing flavors of orange, mango, cardamom, and saffron. Not much subtlety and a little bit of flavor confusion. The kebab sandwich didn't match the menu, which described sliced beef, goat cheese, tamarind, and yogurt. It was rather a heavily cardamom spiced hamburger patty with salad, picked onions, and a light sauce. With missing internal components and no sides, not worth $20. The drinks were also a bit confused, with the aftertaste becoming cloying from too many competing spices and floral elements. While spice is the flavor of life, I'm not sure a spice-forward restaurant is my cup of tea. Perhaps spices should be used more as an accent than a staple.

The ambiance alone is great for spending time with your bookstore purchases. The service was friendly and quick. It was just the one guy when we were there, making coffees and running into the kitchen to make food. But it didn't take long to get our order. The kids had a steamer and a hot cocoa. They were a little warm for immediate drinking so maybe specify if you want your beverage less than normal hot for kids. The cocoa also had a bit of a cinnamon flavor to it. I thought it was delicious, but if you have a purist cocoa drinker in your party, again, ask! The adults drank drip coffee. It was tasty too! If you are staying in, you will get a ceramic mug, so if you want a paper cup let your barista know. The big win for me was the menu of gluten free pastries! They had regular glutinous things like burritos and quiche that looked tasty but the gluten free!!!! They partner with a bakery in town (sisters sans gluten) to have a variety of offerings. I had a poppyseed muffin, but they had other breads and muffins that all looked good. The offerings change, but I was so excited to see gf options at all. Highly recommend this spot! Also!!!
