I have not been in Jamba in more than a decade even though we have one where I live. But here on a vacation to see family I had the opportunity to try their new one. On a 90°+ day, it was a really good choice. My hosts were going out so I went along to get a treat too. I got a small Razzamatazz which was always my fave. It really hit the spot. This Jamba also sells "Auntie Anne's" pretzel products but I did not get any. I have not seen that combo in a store before. They were very busy with only 2 staff so the wait was quite long. But the drinks were good and I took some of mine back to the house for my husband to try. When we get home, we will try the one still there and see how they do. They now make a flavor I think my husband will prefer. One of our hosts got it and it has my husband's favorite summer treat flavor profile, that of an old fashioned "creamsicle" from his childhood. read more

terrible service waiting an hour for 4 pizza pretzel orders,they only gave us 1 order the first time so we went up and asked then they gave us 2 more after we ordered 4 so we went up again to ask for the last one and know we have been waiting for the last one for about 10 minutes just being ignored in the lobby. We were on our way to California and stopped for a fresh squeezed orange juice. But unfortunately they were out of the fresh oranges... I was really disappointed for not been able to get what I came for but the cashier was very sweet and suggested an orange booster smooths which turned out to be quite good. This is a HUGE shout out to the store manager Tyler C. My son left his phone with his DL and money at Jamba juice. I called and spoke with one gal (did not get her name :() She said she found the phone. I gave her my information for her manager to call me, very helpful and trustworthy. Tyler called and I explained to him we live hours away from Oregon and are not able to pick it up. Tyler was understanding and patient the whole time. He says he would call me back once he got to his other store. He did just that! He took down my information and and the next day had my son's phone mailed, and sent me a picture of the tracking information. Just Wow!!! If that is not going above and beyond, I don't know what is.
