The coffee is great ! They just raised their prices 50 cents. I understand 20 but 50 is toooo much. I'll still go but instead of two or three times a week maybe 1 every week ot two. read more

Staff hide in the back close to closing. I showed up at 6:45 on Sat 8/1/26 only to sit for about 5-10 mins while I watched staff hide in the back. The location was obviously open with the promotional signs out front. read more

Loveeee dutch and their people and drinks so much ! My favorite drinks are Blue razz tootsie pop rebel or iced annihilator 2x extra sweet!

I appreciate the fact they don't pressure you to tip. Sometimes I can afford the extra $ other times I can't & I honestly feel bad. However they are always so happy, outgoing & understanding. Your customers appreciate this! Thank you. read more

i have tried this dutch bros many times, and unfortunately is has not been good! they repeat my order back to me and still get it incorrect. the shots they pull are not the best tasting! read more

We visit frequently when we are in town 3 or 4 times a year. I always order the same thing...Large Paris tea latte. I had gotten 2 when the weekend started and I ordered one on our third visit. When I received the drink it seemed light and I couldn't feel the heat of the drink through the cup. I took a quick drink and burned my mouth. Strange, since the cup was not hot at all. My husbands cup was very hot. Hmmm. We got back to our hotel and when we got out of the car I was carrying both drinks. My husbands was heavier than mine...same size. This seemed odd. We got to our room and I told my husband his drink was heavier than mine...of course he thought I was crazy, who wouldn't? Lol. I took a full drink of mine since I thought it had probably cooled down. The tea did not taste like Paris, it tasted like Earl Grey. I was trying to separate my cups to see what the tea label said. I handed it to my husband and he was able to get them apart. He also noticed my drink was lighter too. Well, guess what? Not only did they give me the wrong tea, but they gave me a medium drink and put it inside a large cup. While I could have suffered through the Earl Grey tea, I thought it was super dishonest to put the medium cup inside of a large one. We went back to address the issues and the person who helped us said that she was sorry but sometimes they grab different sized cups to use for the second cup. Really? The drink was remade and we got a sarcastic...have a great evening. I think the drink was made as a medium and intentionally put in the large cup since that's the size I ordered. I don't appreciate it at all. Nor do I appreciate the sarcasm that night and the next morning by the same person. We will go to a different location in the future. read more

Normally I rave about Dutch Bros, so so believe this is an isolated issue. I just got a chai tree with non-fat from the South facing window (8:50am). Initially the drink tasted off (it wasn't sweet at all). As I continued drinking it a metal aftertaste came through and I didn't feel safe to keep drinking it. This is not a complaint. I can't come back to the shop, but I wanted to warn you to check your tools, your cleaning solution and the materials for that particular drink just to make sure there isn't a problem for someone else. You'd think all DB stands were equal but there's definitely a few that are consistently better than the monopolistic mass of other stands. This is by far one of the best stands. Service is always friendly and super efficient... At times this spot has a parking lot full of cars... BUT they keep the line moving as they sling their liquid crack and are still able to give that personal touch to each and everyone of their fiends. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Medford, Oregon

Dutch Bros and Travis have a great culture, what does happen is franchisee culture is not the same. The Dutch Bros in Jackson County, all of them, owned by Ty Sullivan and Family are not run well. They don't treat employees, young ones just starting out well. There is no guidance, training or support. Have you noticed the turnover? Especially in the VA, White City, Power Alley stands. I don't know about you, but I cannot support businesses that do not treat their employees well. No raises, writes ups based on hearsay, not facts, managers that trained to be managers and doing things they should not, stands not being cleaned appropriately either at the end of the night. The franchisee culture needs to be the same. Submit Reviews if you have experienced the same. read more

I am a big Dutch Bros fan and this location did not dissapoint! I have hit several Dutch Bros in California so I figured I would try on while I was in Oregon. Great service and a great iced Kicker. Just great all around! read more

Amazing company. Travis cares so much about his employees 1st, & the quality of Dutch Bros product's. Anyone who says anything bad about Dutch Bros should realize how much Dutch Bros does for communities. DUTCH MAFIA! read more

I guess DBs are big in Oregon because I've never heard of them in CA. Had the iced coffee and tasted pretty good. I can almost compare them to Mc Donald's iced coffee. They actually used fresh espresso instead of the pre made stuff. The young man making my coffee was friendly. read more

Dutch Bros Coffee - Refreshing iced coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Medford, Oregon

Coffee is good and not to expensive but they are always asking if we want to leave a tip before the order is even started. Last time I tipped and instantly regret it. She just started talking away with the other customer instead of getting the order going. read more

love this stand! the staff are amazing, friendly, and attentive. I visit almost daily and I appreciate the lift in my mood after visiting. thank you Jackson and Kyeria especially, both wonderful humans! read more

My wife and I pulled up real quick on Dutch Bros while on our way home to Seattle. We'd been on a road trip for a week down to CA and back, and needed a pick-me-up to keep it poppin'. Ya feel me? I'll tell y'all what we encountered: some of the nicest folks (if not the nicest) I've ever had the pleasure of getting coffee from. Coffee was lit too. If you're in Medford make sure you slide through this Dutch Bros and holler at 'em! read more

This is one of two Dutch Bros I ever go to, because they get my order right every time. Everyone is friendly, they actually listen when I tell *decaf* coffee, and their music is at a reasonable volume to where I don't have to shout my order. Keep up the good work you guys. read more

Guys I'm seriously addicted to this place! It's so freaking good and I've spent over $500 dollars here. If you are looking for amazing smoothies or a delicious energy drink this is the place to go! read more

This is a local drive thru chain scattered all around Medford. Though I do not usually drink sweet treat drinks, the mocha with whip was perfect after being out in the cold for the previous 2 1/2 hours while watching the various runs that the family participated in at the Pear Blossom Festival. read more

They are within walking distance, score!! Have yet to come across a less than over the top friendly barista. Super awesome memories, being a past barista for starbucks (for 8yrs) this dutch bros location is my favorite read more

My boyfriend and I came here at 6 am (road tripping from San Diego to Seattle). We were greeted by EXCELLENT customer service. The barista who helped us was simultaneously training someone yet still managed to be super friendly and make us great coffee! We ordered the muffin tops, which are delicious btw, as well as a house coffee and the cocomo (SO 1. SO TASTY chocolate and coconut coffee with whipped cream 2. not too sweet 3. perfect). And when she asked if we wanted a rewards card and we said no since we aren't from the area and are heading towards Seattle she still gave us one all full! So sweet of her to do especially since we have such a long drive. Would definitely return if we are ever here or near a Dutch Bros coffee and would highly recommend. read more

This is my favorite branch. Right next to my house. Awesome friendly staff. Small Kicker is good for my soul.

D BRO'S is awesome! I really wish we had these on the east coast. Very different from Strabucks and Dunkin donuts. I got hooked on the Caramelizer while on vacation, but also tried the 911. Great espresso drinks and quick service. Will be my go to coffee spot while on vacation in California and Oregon. read more

Great and friendly service!!! I always enjoy supporting Dutch Bros!

Bleh. Overly peppy teenage staff, overly flavored/sugary coffee.

This place is amazing! Headed back home after a road trip up though Washington, the staff was extremely nice and the coffee is even better! I got a "double trouble" iced coffee and my mom got a blended mocha; wish they had these in California! Perfect for the hot weather. read more

My favorite coffee! Dutch Bros never fails to be awesome, from their coffee, to their employees and service, I give them two thumbs up, and five stars! read more

Great stand. Always know what i want. and get it to me fast. very friendly!

I went to the Dutch Bros on the corner of Stewart and Columbus and was rudely greeted by a young gal with long brown, curly hair and very round eyes. I ordered a large Carmel Mocha with no whipped cream, she did not make small talk like the dutch crew normally does, she stood there and said nothing. She did not stamp my card an then gave me a medium chocolate drink WITH whipped cream.. when I said it was wrong she didn't seem to care. I caught her name at the end from her co-worker.. "Emily". Not visiting that stand for a while. Hopefully she'll get better but she was extremely rude and did not seem like she was very enthused to be in the stand. Other than that, I've had wonderful experiences with DB. read more

I always choose Dutch Bro's over any other coffee place. They are the best priced and you get more for your money. Every time I go to DB no matter what location, the employees are always happy and very friendly. They give you fast service so if you're running a little late to work in the morning, you don't wait forever. I love supporting local businesses and DB will always have my business! Also saw the undercover boss for DB and I just fell in love with the founder. He is appreciative of every one of his employees and is not afraid to share his wealth and donates a lot. He seems like a great guy and from what I have heard from people that know him, he is! That's the kind of person/ company I love to support. Plus, I have NEVER had a bad experience. :) read more

Excellent coffee and great customer service. We walked to their window and acted like a car and they were AWESOME. Coffee was great!!

Never will I stop at this location , bad service and defiantly do not follow Dutch guidelines which is what I like about them, granted I am only referring to this specific location. Just you need a little pick me up read more

Shila the young lady who helped me was very sweet and very helpful .I just wanted to say thank you and awesome customer service.

Who doesn't like Dutch Bros? They're a staple of the area. I'm not much into coffee, but I do get an italian soda, semi-frequently. They're delicious. Their drinks tend to be quite strong, so I'll ask for it half-sweet, instead. Every kiosk I've been to has been happy to oblige the request. My only suggestion would be that they could improve consistency, a bit. Sometimes I think the spoons and/or mixing cups aren't thoroughly washed out between drinks and my italian soda sometimes has a bitter taste of coffee grounds that can be overpowering. read more
