"You need to come back at 2pm" I get that maybe they can't do anything about a promotion but it was the way she treated me. If you're gonna be in customer service maybe be a little kinder. This is a great Human Bean location. It's right across the street from my house and I love to walk my dog over here to get him (and myself of course) a treat. The girls are always super nice and seem to like seeing him when we walk up to the window. Always very quick with making drinks even when they have both drive thru lines pretty full. They always put a little dog treat on my dogs whipped cream cup. We come here too much... now every time I take him out for a walk he makes a bee-line for this place!! Love the convenient location. A little spendy for what I get but hey, it's still cheaper than Starbucks! read more

I love the Human Bean! Whenever we are driving through Medford, we make sure to stop off and get a coffee. I just love their iced coffee, it has a perfectly balanced flavor, not to acidic tasting at all. Plus don't we all just love that chocolate covered espresso bean, such a nice added touch. The staff is always super duper friendly and the service is fast. I do wish they carried the pink packets though (sweet n low), only gripe lol. I frequent this stand for my morning coffee and have have been a frequent customer for 10+ years. The coffee is meh ok, could be worse but there are a few employees that are consistently good. Although the turn over rate is very high so there are new people on the regular including managers. As far as the dress code and ability to show up presentable to work it is poor. I myself as a business owner would send them home to take off their pajamas and put on something that says I'm here to work. Pull your hair back, brush it even. I'm not expecting professional work attire I'm just saying there has to be some sort of dress code. I definitely appreciate all of the charities they raise money for and the location of stands around the state. I'm not sure why their app is not accepted at all locations being as though they are a franchise. read more

This place is super convenient if you're just wanting to drive through. The people are pleasant. The price is comparable to Starbucks which is a block away with no drive thru. I don't remember what the name of my beverage was, but it was peppermint and chocolate. It was average. I got it iced with almond milk and it tasted pretty watered down. Not terrible but not super delicious either. Noteworthy things: if you bring your dog, they have dog treats. Also, they put a little chocolate covered coffee bean on the lid of your coffee as a sweet signature. read more

I would love to give a special shoutout to my favorite barista out there! Her name is Braquel! If you guys need some bomb green teas, java chips, chai latte's, or really any drink on their menu, aim for having Braquel make your drinks. (Other Baristas are awesome too!) She will go beyond expectations not only as a barista but also as a communicator. She always wishes for me to have the best days and her positivity just adds to the whole experience!
