We have been to her coffee bar before at different events and was very pleased with her so we decided to ask her to provide her services for our wedding. She was very honored and really enjoyed our company and made us feel like she wanted to be our friend so we scheduled to sit down dinner with her to talk about the wedding and get everything said and done and paid for when we sat down with Cheyla brought her husband Donovan. Cheyla promised us a saloon style bar with a beautiful decor, full-size body mirror with all of the drink menu. sweetheart table glasses decorated for a photo moment with me and My Husband at her bar getting a drink and saloon style girls serving us. with the pricing we were concerned it was too much. She insured. us that. We are really buying her brand and her aesthetic and what she can bring beyond providing alcohol pouring alcohol and trailer. We loved what we heard. We were really excited to see how that was gonna work out on the wedding day. She also said that she would provide all of the garnishes for our drinks and that would be no charge so we decided to come to an agreement and we paid her up that 2700 to secure our spot and have her be their day of wedding. Fast forward the wedding day. the venue to trailer there two days before the wedding, which was very inconvenient. She also called me and wanted me to handle which we did which very unprofessional and then the day of she was nowhere to be found only her husband the trail had no aesthetic. It was a cluttered mess. There was in my drinks. The bartender yelled at the venue staff for running out of ice and got upset with my caterer who provided the the Ice.no menu there was no saloon style girls. I was very disappointed. It's sucks that it was my wedding day I will never be able to get that day back. and we payed so much. very unfortunate . 1. At our sit down diner i was promised two salon gals cheyla and Miss kelly. Dressed in salon gal outfit And you both were not present. 2. Cheyla promised one sweet heart table for my husband and I to come get a drink and have a photo moment with your bar with glass wear and the two Salon style gals Also and full size mirror with our menu and our names nothing was decorated and the inside of the bar was a cluttered mess. I also had to pay the florist and extra arrangement for nothing. 3. the bar maids never put out our wine selection and told people there was no wine. Until my Alcohol vender came to order a drink. She was told there was none when she actually provided the wine 4 my catering provided ice and cups for liquor your bar maid yelled at her and venue staff when they ran out of a ice maker machine and 4 Costco size bags of ice. . both my Carter and my venue head staff came to be day of wedding and notified me. So unprofessional. 5 Also having Donovan in the bridal sweet was not ideal I was under the impression Cheyla would be there. 4. also when Cheyla did the shout out on instagram night of she stuttered and didn't even remember our names or last name for that matter. If we were your dear friends you'd think you'd actually remember. We booked with cheyla months and months in advance. my husband and I are not happy at all.. 2700$ for absolutely nothing. 5 bartenders over served 6 no orange juice with mimosa 7 no cherries with the signature cocktail. The younger lady, who I believe may be one of the owners, has come across as rude on more than one occasion. Everyone has off days, but after experiencing it multiple times, it started to affect the overall customer experience. Another thing we've noticed is that the place has become noticeably dusty, which makes it feel like cleanliness and upkeep may not be getting the same attention as before. I'm leaving this review because I genuinely hope these issues are addressed. I'd love to continue supporting this business, but friendly customer service and a clean environment make a big difference. I hope future visits reflect the quality that made us keep coming back in the first place.

I have my own coffee machine at home and typically make my own espresso but decided to treat myself, I know what coffee grounds look and taste like. I do not work for any "competitor" and your hostility is unwanted. Also, I have come into this coffee shop multiple times, the time that you "reviewed" was the most recent visit and my final straw. If the menu says $6.50 that means a latte is advertised as $6.50, it's standard for employees to inform customers of any up charges before starting the order. :)

Their cold brew just wasn't great--it didn't taste like it was brewed properly and felt a bit off. The sweet, blended drink tasted somewhat artificial. We went back a second time, tried something new, and got a bagel, but had a similar experience. That said, I can see the appeal of this place, especially for the atmosphere and friendly service.
