I've been in a few times. Staff is always friendly and ready to take my order since I take forever most days to decide what I want. What can I say I'm a girl with different moods sometimes im a hot to the point and other times I'm cold and sweet. All my drinks so far have been spot on except for that one time I asked for heavy ice and she gave me light ice.. I let it slide cause my order was complicated that day. Ok but really though there's no reason why adding cold foam and caramel drizzle and strawberries totals out to an almost $13 drink. Jeez Starbucks that's ridiculous! Greedy.. you know you buy your stuff wholesale and can afford to reduce your prices some. How about you cut us middle class folk some slack and let us have our coffee concoctions without us feeling like we shouldn't cause it adds up every damn day. THE SETUP This Starbucks is close to where I crashed for the night while in Medford. A new Starbucks in Medford and such a nice one. I have Starbucks pretty much everywhere I go because they make the best custom drinks for me. Their decaf espresso is the best flavored I have found, other than a few specialty shops 1000 miles from home. At home it is always Starbucks, every day. I visit Medford regularly and have a couple of SB spots that have been around a while and are very convenient but a bit on the older style and a bit variable in experience. So I certainly went right out to see this new one. It is a very nice store, modern and clean decor like the newer shops I am seeing nationwide. The staff was very professional and friendly and all of our drinks were well made. What totally shocked me was that I found out the next day from a local, that this is a "licensed" store, not SB corporate and opened by the company that owns the new building in which they are located. I have never seen a licensed store so well designed or so professionally managed. It was such a good "real Starbucks" experience that they tricked even me! It has good parking in a downtown location though if the streets around it get redeveloped following this new building, that might change. It is a bit farther from where I stay so I won't come as often, but I surely will when I can. read more

I come here fairly often to sit with friends who enjoy the strong, bitter over-roasted coffee that folks here seem to enjoy. I tried their promotional Unicorn Frappuccino expecting, unreasonably perhaps, to fart rainbows and poop cupcakes. I did not, nor did I sparkle -- but I actually enjoyed the strangely sweet-and-sour milkshake. I might have tried another if they kept it on the menu. read more

This has got to be my favorite Starbucks atmosphere by far. Super spacious! Lots of comfortable leather seats. Nice wooden tables and wooden chairs and a bar with stools to sit at if you prefer that. They even have two couches to just chill at with you book or magazine. So many options. Great service. Was created by two very nice ladies who took my order. The caramel frappe with coconut milk was very good. Just maybe a little more ice than I wanted or needs more blending. Tasted better once I waited a little for the ice to melt. read more

Yes 5 stars... Not because this place is really any different then all the other thousands of Starbucks in Medford, but because of its location, location, location. Finally some urban life downtown. This place is really laid out well inside, yet it's outside draw will entice many like it did me. Grab your fav drink and grub, then walk across the street to the play area, fountains, or large Park Block amphitheater. Great for chillin with the family on a lovely South Oregon afternoon. Now just a few more mid-rises around it to form an urban canyon and call it good. read more
