Me and my crew are finished with the Medford locations and we're headed up north next. I wanted to get some coffee and use the restroom before we started our drive. This Starbucks came up on the GPS so we head over here. It's just past the Chick-fil-A off of Rossanley Drive, keep going past the Five Guys and it's on the right. Plenty of parking and there's a drive through as well. WE all go in and get drinks and use the restrooms. Service is fine, all I need is to fill my thermo travel mug with black coffee and I'm good. The rest of the crew get whatever they want as I check my work emails to see if there's any crises I need to deal with or not. WiFi works fine and no fires to deal with at work, so off we go up the 5. I'll say this was a very clean and nice location. read more

The location was clean and with friendly staff. Decor was standard for Starbucks but they did have a large duel sided couch in the center of the place. Unique setup. The drinks were spot on and the food was as ordered. Not complaints and service was quick. read more

This is my go to Starbucks everyday! Most the time I love the staff, they're super friendly but today honestly ruined my day. I pulled up and as the barista was handing me my second drink Another barista is the back started yelling "let's go, let's go, she needs to go" I was there for maybe 30 seconds I've never experienced such bad customer service. The blonde girl with short straight hair needs to learn to do her job better. I ordered online and came in to grab my drink and when I came in I watched her dump my drink into a second cup because she screwed up the order then she failed to add any of the things I wanted inside of my cup. I hope she gets fired for her incompetence. Because it's fucking ridiculous that she couldn't add the extra strawberry purée I paid extra money for. I'm not confrontational enough to say anything she should have just made it right in the first place instead of being a fucking moron. read more

I've checked in to this Starbucks 21 times now. I've really tried to like this location but to me, it's just the least friendly location of all the stores I visit. There are 2 baristas that are what I expect Starbucks should have and they are Janie and Jinna - they treat me so kindly and always get my drink right. The majority of my visits there were always different staff and they just dont try to get to know the customer. I went in multiple times on my 15 minute break from work, with my name badge blaring in their face and they ask me what my name was. Really? I hate to write less than stellar reviews but I had to open up about this store. I read the other reviews that people really like the open vaulted space- but it's cold and uncomfortable to me. They also seem to have a problem with a large amount of flies - landing on the tables, your food, and on me. Now I know this is critical but its just not whats normal with a brand new starbucks. This starbucks is right directly across the street from the mall where I work and it would be really the most convenient for me to go, but now that Ive tried the Biddle Barnes & Noble location, over and over- they treat me so well and my drink is always great. I guess there's a perfect location for each customer, but this one isn't my fav. read more

Wow I had 15 mins to get a coffee-since the drive thru was long i ran inside. Only 1person was ahead...I ordered my venti Mocha-extra ice with chocolate drizzle....i sat right in front of the register, and it was not busy. The person ahead of my got her coffee and left...10 mins went by-still waiting..after 15 minutes i got up to ask-she said she made it and someone took it...whatever'. I was there the whole time watching. It was still in the blender, I didn't get the extra ice or the drizzle thay I asked for-I was now 25 mins late for work and my venti mocha frap was like chocolate milk i gave 2stars cuz even though my drink sucked-they were friendly. read more

I went through the drive through early in the morning and this Starbucks was using the two way video so you can see the barista taking your order. Will started my day off right with a huge smile and excited voice. He had an awesome personality. read more

This is a new Starbucks and I have given this team a fighting chance. I order a salted caramel hot chocolate, and I get a different drink and a different price nearly every time, be it in store or drive thru. I have brought this to the attention of the manager but nothing has improved. Out of 11 visits, the order has been correct only once. They gladly remake the drinks, but I frankly don't have anymore time to waste wondering why this location can't get it right. If you want Starbucks, visit Caroline in the mall Starbucks! She makes up for this location. read more
