Instead of contacting me or resolving the problem, they canceled my order. When I finally called to ask why my delivery was taking so long, I was told the store had already closed and that my order had been voided. I was also told they had tried calling me, but that's simply not true--I had no missed calls or voicemails. The entire experience was frustrating and unprofessional. If there was a legitimate problem finding my address, I would have gladly helped over the phone. Instead, my order was canceled, I was left without dinner, and I was given an explanation that doesn't match my phone records. I expect better communication and accountability from a business. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this location.
