Not sure if they were having a bad day but we went in on a Monday around 3 & terrible service. No one checked on us the entire time we ate & it took about 20 minutes for someone to come ask about drinks. We weren't giving any napkins or silverware. The 1/2 salad ordered was huge; was it a mistake or is the full sized salad humungous? It was good. The 1/2 pastrami with tomato, lettuce & pickle on a toasted sub was very good as were the corn chips. Their coffee is okay but only creamers are available to cut the acid. As a 10+ year weekly patron of Morrton's I've always enjoyed the hospitality. I feel like this is my Cheers bar! Jess, Kara, and Johnny are the cornerstone of this place and make you feel at home! They know my entire group by name and remember exactly how we like our drinks. I recently came in on an off day where they weren't there, something was missing in the vibe! So kind of bias, we live close, love the staff, enjoy meeting or seeing neighbors, and they make you feel at home! We are bar side patrons mainly because we enjoy watching sports... Pizza is some of the best, stuffed mushrooms are a must try and the salads are great... it can get loud and it is busy but well worth it! read more

Wow! Their pizza is DELICIOUS! I ordered the MVP - and it lived up to its name AND THEN SOME. Crazy good, flavorful, loaded with toppings, crust was perfection! Highly, highly recommend. I love this place! The decor is all sports teams. The have things from the local high schools, colleges and more. Fun place to watch your favorite team. The food is great! The lemon pepper wings are two die for. We love the tailgater pizza and calzone. We substitute Pepperoncini for mushrooms. The ultimate house salad is so yummy with al the warm bacon. The pretzel and cheese are just okay. Pretzel yummy but cheese is blah. I could do better. Also for the money only 3 sticks= not worth it. Other then that everything else is yummy! I live very close to here so for me this is a awesome place to hang out. The staff is very attentive and nice! Johnny is the best. We have never had a bad experience here. Ordered a chicken sandwich with mushrooms and Swiss. The first one arrived. as just bread. Sent it back. The next time I got itty bitty cubes of chicken. Hardly any mushrooms. It's mostly bread. It's been four months since I ordered from Morrtons and posted a bad review. I had been ordering pizzas from this shop for 6+ years and always received a delicious and eye pleasing pizza. Then disaster struck and I was given a pizza that looked like it had been dropped on the floor and tasted like it too. I decided to try my old favorite once again and I must say they came through. The pizza, 16" MVP, was everything it had been in the past. Eye pleasing, fresh tasting and flavorful. I'm hoping the previous order was a one time glitch. I will keep you posted. read more

There was no.meat on the burger. The service was worse than the food. When it is necessary to yell to gain the attention of the server, it's all downhill. We have eaten here a dozen times to watch football and the food and service has deteriorated each time. We will not come back. read more

Being both lactose intolerant and vegan, I was very excited to see that this restaurant offers vegan cheese. And they deliver! I called and placed my order of two calzones both vegetarian and with vegan cheese. It took the girl taking my order almost 10 minutes... She kept repeating my order back to me, Put me on hold, and apologizing. I figured they were probably just very busy, a good sign that the restaurant is probably a popular one. The delivery guy came when they told me he would. He was nice and friendly. After bringing the Calzones inside, And opening the box, I immediately realized there was a thick cooked smelly layer of Parmesan cheese stuck to the entire top of both calzones. There was also melted Parmesan cheese inside of the two sides of marinara sauce. I called the restaurant right away to let them know and the girl that I spoke to was very rude. She immediately blamed me for not specifying that I was lactose intolerant or vegan upon ordering. I told her that if somebody orders a vegetarian calzone with vegan cheese, that they are probably either lactose intolerant and or vegan. She continued to argue with me, So I asked to speak with a manager. The manager was not any more professional then the girl I spoke with. All he said was that next time they would make the order without any dairy at all. We rarely spend money eating out, and I ordered pizza because i thought it would be a nice Saturday night treat. I was looking forward to not having to make dinner for my family and clean up my kitchen tonight, but I ended up having to do so anyway. The calzones were a complete waste. Digs: A larger real estate within a Medford "modern" strip mall; a two door entry (third door randomly inaccessible) which acts as a pick-your-ending, in this case - bar or a family friendly restaurant (I've played both fields previously, but bar tends to be quicker on service); artistic sports prints hang, adding a splash of character but don't forget they include a TV in every corner so you don't miss a single sweaty closeup of men fighting over various balls; Ate: Nachos - a cheese drought - a stoned college student's nightmare; a mountain of naked corn chips spattered with a cheesy afterthought; I've been through many a nacho and this could spark conflict in Switzerland if they aren't careful; lightly decorated with olives, chicken chunks; Random Bonus - their house made salsa was a chip savior; delicious; Eating Archives: Mortons pizzas are well built in the thin crust category - stick with them alone; Drank: Greyhound - tasty and oh so refreshing; surprised to find actual chunks of real grapefruit; the bartender had a friendly demeanor; Overall: Call me anti-American but I can't fully stomach "going out" to a room that's an extension of the SEARS electronics department. A coworker & I usually go to this restaurant every week for lunch & order the exact thing every time(calzone to split). WE HAVE HAD TWO INSTANCES NOW THAT THE ORDER WAS INCORRECT. 1. The first one we received was half the size of the normal one we usually get. So we called & they sent the correct one out. 2. The second time today we ordered the same order . When we received the order is was TOTALLY incorrect. When we called the owner was EXTREMELY RUDE and insisted that we were lying & that it was suspicious because they don't make mistakes. He made he driver come back to pick up the half calzone that my coworker couldn't eat because there was pineapple in it just to see if we were telling the truth. He then called back & implied that we altered the calzone & if we never order from them again then that would be great. I have never had customer service so extremely terrible . He then lectured me saying that it must have been the way I ordered it which caused it to be wrong. Also was missing a marinara that we didn't receive. PAID 18.25 for a calzone & a horrible experience . NOT WORTH IT. read more

We've had pizza here three times now, and surprisingly it has gotten worse with each visit. When Morrton's first opened we were pleasantly pleased with the quality of the pizza...although we thought it was a bit over-priced. Since then, I feel the quality has diminished and, if anything, the price seems to have increased. Our last trip over will, sadly, be our last. The pizza we ordered had minimal sauce, a little cheese, and was pretty much devoid of the other add-ons that we asked for. So sad that a business with the potential to do real well can't seem to keep product quality up and prices reasonably reasonable. Adios Morrtons A PLEASANT UPDATE! YES, WE WERE ENTICED TO GO AGAIN AND THIS TIME THE PIZZA WAS VERY GOOD. Don't know what happened the last time, but they seem to have fixed the issues they were having. I'm a local and have been a customer since this place opened . I frequent a few times a week - and tonight I walked out . Came to watch the blazers game, eat some food and have a few drinks . Service was the worst I've ever had . Female bar tender - short blonde hair - only cares or pays attention to your male customers ! - I was served 1 Moscow mule in 1 hour . Never was checked on , Never was asked if I needed a menu , but the place stared to fill with tables of men only and they received menus and drinks asap with far better service Than I ever got as a female . I was meeting friends close to game time and texted them all to meet at Another local bar / restaurant. - by far the worst bar tender / service I've ever gotten . Ordered a pizza for delivery from here once. I duno what they did with the toppings but I basically paid too much money for dough and sauce. I thought my pizza was going to be loaded with all the ingredients in it, but there weren't even enough toppings to have 1 of everything on each slice of pizza much less in every bite.
