Pretty slow afternoon. Not a lot if staff but I set at the bar and Amanda was great. She was friendly, and always there to take care of me. I ordered the nachos with chili and fried pickles. Nachos were a little too much. There was so much stuff on them they got soggy before I could eat them. But all the ingredients tasted pretty good. The fried pickles were hot and crispy. First time using rewards program, yes I do go to Buffallo wild wings a lot, Waitress was very nice, placed and order and they use 9000 points on my account instead of 3000, so basically got charged 3 times for an order that was not even what I order, ordered 15 wings and when I got home. They had put only 10 in my order, called the store and complaint, they suggested I go back and get the rest of the wings, (manager said ) I have to waste 1 hr of my life to go get 5 wings, no thanks, Now I see why the low stars and bad reviews. read more

Ive been to your restaurant twice first time was seven years ago never been to a bww so I had kinda high expectations. The service wasnt good, the food was cold, and I dont think those were real wings and if were what kind of chickens for the prices? So I said I wouldn't come back. Fast forward to the present my family wanted to go cause they've never been. Very clean, plenty of tvs to watch, atmosphere was nice, not many customers. The service was great, young black man working that night. Made us feel welcome, he gave us plenty of time to order probably more then he should have, lol. We ordered, I said ill give a second chance I love wings, our order took awhile. Sauces were great like last time even had my favorite still. I ordered a spicy dipped chicken sandwich and fries, the fries were cold, the chicken sandwich was dipped in the spicy honey, I think. Sauce was great, the bun was great, pickles very good needed more, lol. The chicken was tough looked like it had been a fight with Mike Tyson. Looked like it was pressed thin, we ordered appetizers potato wedges very good, mozzarella sticks cold, the wings looked the same from the last time I was there, small wings , some were overcooked, and cold. This location has really dropped the ball on service. Waiting more than a hour for food . 1 server in the dining room on a Saturday . All the different sports playing but the food was P.U so not good. When we asked to have it fixed we were told we could get it fixed by buying more or they would give us more fries. Placed an order and it took 30 more minutes than they told me it would take. the wings were tiny and chewy, the fries were burnt, and they refused to remake the food or make it right in anyway. Came on Christmas Eve because a lot of places were closed. Restaurant was nearly empty as we walked in. The dining room smells dirty, like the carpet is holding a musty, almost baby puke smell. The severs were all sitting down at a table together eating and talking. Our server was nice enough, but the food was awful. We ordered 15 wings but only received 13 (missing two). Can't the cooks count? We added two chicken strips to it for another $4. We received one normal size one and two small pieces that were RUBBER and inedible. We asked for a replacement of the rubbery strip and a second strip was dropped that tasted exactly the SAME. Almost all of the wings were super chewy and dry. The celery had dirty looking ends (cooks should know to cut those off before serving if they look like that), and three tiny carrots were added. Overall, a super disappointing experience, over priced food that is nearly inedible and a dirty, smelly dining room. We won't be back!! read more

Fire everybody who works there rehire and retrain whole new crew do not rehire any one that was fired!!! We went there three adults one child stood at the front counter for a good 30 35 minutes waiting to be seated with almost all the tables were empty, not sure where the employees were but they weren't looking after the customers!! Once we were seated we requested Water never heard of only two adults being served Water and the rest of us ignored even with our glass is empty the employees could've cared less! Our dinners were served one at a time about 20 minutes apart none of them was right whenever we said something that this meal was wrong the server would say let me go get your server although they were the one that brought the meal to us don't know who the person was that was sent back to our table supposedly our server we had never seen them before!! When the first two adults had to send their food back three times for one adult and four times for the other adult because they were wrong or they came out cold it weren't even warm!, at this point we decided that being in this restaurant we weren't going to eat when they brought her food out to us again it was cold and wrong! At this point we decided it was not going to work we got up and started out we were told we couldn't leave until we paid otherwise they would call the police on a dine and dash we didn't dine we had two glasses of water and repeatedly was served the wrong order or no order and yet they wanna tell us we're dining and dashing I told him go ahead and call the cops I have a habit of putting a timer on my phone and it's recording also I told him go ahead call the police I just play my recording form and they said I couldn't record anything I said you haven't got it posted anywhere in your store that I cannot record anything in here and I'm tired of trying to get something to eat you can't cook what we ordered you can't get an order straight and you could care less if you had to bring any food out to any customer and I'm telling everybody this is the wrong place to even think about eating there's too many places in this valley that has hot wings a lot better than the Buffalo wild wings stay away from this place I don't know how sanitary they are if they can't get an order out straight, who knows what's going on in that kitchen!!! I want to note that I chose not to review this restaurant on my first experience, but now that my second experience was consistent with the my first, I want to share. I have ordered takeout twice. Both times, my order was incorrect. First time: I was short 20 wings (ordered 30 wings) and then had to wait 15 minutes for the remainder. The staff and manager were apologetic and happy to correct the order. Second time, my original order of 30 wings came to fried cauliflower; no wings. The staff was not apologetic this time. I really think management needs to work out a process with checking the accuracy of the orders before they are given to customers. I have two stars because the wings and sauce for the wings are delicious. However, I'm not sure I will be a future customer, especially if ordering for takeout. read more

My husband's traditional Nashville Hot wings were lacking sauce and as dry as a popcorn fart (his words) and my boneless wings had hardly any sauce on them and the large fry is now a regular size. Best BWW visit we've ever had! Great wings! Fantastic service! Awesome atmosphere! We stopped in here on NY Eve for dinner while visiting the area. We waited 10-15 minutes to be seated, it was pretty busy when we got there. Once we were seated we immediately had our drink orders taken, by our awesome server, Kourtney. While we waited for our drinks we decided on our wing choices. Our drinks came back after just a short wait. Kourtney explained all the order sizes to us and the specials for the night. She also explained how some orders could be slip for flavors and the mild, medium, spicy scale to us. She was super patient, helpful, and friendly! Best server we've had in a long time! We ordered 4 different flavors of wings, mozz sticks, and fried pickles. Our food arrived quickly and everything was SO good!!! All the wings were cooked perfectly and had tons of flavor. The mozz sticks and fried pickles were hot and crispy. The entire meal was fantastic. We even had left over wings the next morning and they were great even left cold! We hung out for awhile for watch the fighting championships, since the restaurant had quickly calmed down and there were several empty tables. We weren't rushed or hinted at to finish up at all. Our drinks never reached the bottom before being asked if we wanted another either. Absolute best BWW visit we've ever had, in any state. I'm not sure if we'll ever pass through this area again but if we do we'll most definitely plan to have dinner here. read more

Used to be great but service has declined drastically over the years. I have visited several BWW in Oregon over the last couple of years and the one in Medford is the worst.
