We stopped by here on a Friday afternoon and the place was packed with locals who were there for a drink. The waiter was kind and attentive. I ordered the club sandwich with tater tots and my partner got the daily special guacamole burger with fries. We were told that the meat is fresh and never frozen. My partner said the burger was good but it was more squishy with guacamole than he would have liked. I liked the club sandwich but felt that the proportion of bread to meat was off. There was too much meat and too little bread. And the sourdough bread it was on was so toasted that it was kind of sharp. The bacon also seemed like it had been sitting there and didn't have a crispy texture. We got fry sauce and ranch sauce to go with our tater tots and French fries. We enjoyed our food here but there could be some room for improvement with some of the proportions but overall it's a solid establishment where staff know locals' names. I ended up building my own burger and getting a side of fries. The food was fresh and delicious and my order was quickly prepared and the food pick up went smoothly with the bartender. read more

What a great place! We were staying overnight at the RV park across the street Needed some where to get dinner. Glad we stopped here. Our server/bar keep/host was fantastic. She really was really helpful ! Allowed us to taste other beers when the one we wanted was out. The customers were friendly too. A couple of regulars at the bar came over to say hi! We were driving back to Medford today after visiting the Seven Feathers Casino and decided to visit an establishment in Grants Pass that looked great. So as we got off the interstate we proceeded towards our destination. When I saw the Corvette Bar and Grill. Man I couldn't turn around fast enough. I literally said forget the other place. It looked like a great place even as you drove past it. We found a spot to park and went in. This is a great spot. It's kind of a dive bar that serves great food! But it's not really that divey. It's very clean and well thought out. We grabbed a seat and we're greeted by a nice lady that promptly gave us menus and took our drink orders. My wife just had water with lemon. I asked if they had Pabst Blue Ribbon. They have it on tap! Holy hell! So of course I asked for one. They've got a very impressive menu. I'll post the pictures so you can look at the choices they offer. The wife ordered a club sandwich and I opted for the bacon burger with pepper jack cheese. As we waited we admired the place and looked out the window at the beautiful mountains surrounding the Grants Pass area. They have live music in here on different nights. So it's a lively place to visit. Our food arrived pretty quickly and it looked amazing! My burger was perfect and went well with a glass of cold Pabst Blue Ribbon! My wife was happy as well the club sandwich. I know a club sandwich isn't exactly new thing. But there's some pretty crappy club sandwiches out there. This was pretty good. We made small talk with the bar tender and waitress from time to time. She was a really nice lady. This was definitely worth making that uturn! If I lived here I'd be here a lot. That's for sure! This is a fun locals dive-ish bar. I didn't eat anything but had several cold beers and enjoyed lively conversations.

Always love to go here but can't often because I end up staying too long! The servers have all been friendly every time. Drinks are good, beer is cold, atmosphere great and always into the different holidays and events and music they offer. Just all around good vibes and amazing food for a bar! I guess that's where the grill comes in because never had anything I haven't liked and husband loves their burgers! Awesome overall a favorite go to. read more

My husband and I tried it for the first time and, of course, had to have their famous burgers. It was super yummy. The burger was thick and juicy, and it is the best burger I've had in memory. It comes with mayo on the bun, with fixings on the side. I piled up the fixings and added ketchup and mustard. The brioche bun was soft on the outside, toasted on the inside, which made it have the perfect mouth feel and didn't fall apart. For sides, I got a salad and my husband got fries. I should have ordered the salad to come out first, but forgot, and I wanted to eat my hot food while it was hot, so I boxed the salad for tomorrow's lunch. I poached some of my husband's fries, which were really good. The atmosphere feels friendly, familiar, and cozy. Suzette was our bartender and she was pleasant and friendly. We recently stayed overnight at the RV park across the street from Corvette, and walked over after a long day on the road. They have a sign outside saying "best burger in Grants Pass". Some observations: - The patrons were so friendly and welcoming. Made us feel right at home as soon as we walked in. - We sat at the bar, and the bartender was great. - The burger was one of the best we've ever had. Bleu cheese burger on a brioche bun. Have been here 3 times; 1st burger & service very good. Second time arrived about 8pm ordered chicken wings (they were very small; shouldn't have been been served to us at all). The cook mentioned were are out but this is what we have. And we were charged full price too. Last night third time there ordered the Keto Burger; must be a new item. It was served without any of the items listed on the menu to accompany the burger. When we mentioned this to someone behind the bar we were told this was new on the menu as of that day and the other staff wasn't aware of it. They need to get their act together. Their televisions are tuned into SPEED and ESPN Sports channels and their walls are adorned with corvette pictures and car racing paraphernalia. Locals order pitchers of beer, play Keno on the screens above and participate in darts tournaments held weekly. We felt a little out of place without our leather vests and cut-off T's, our group enjoyed fried cheese curds (half-off for $1.25 an order), jalo-onion strips (half-off for $1.25 an order), thick-cut BLT sandwiches, Gyros and Club sandwiches. All sandwiches, except the Gyros were accompanied by "chips," which actually were french fries. Who knew a Grants Pass car-centric bar and grill referred to fries like the jolly ol' British do. The cheese curds were tasty with a cornmeal crust. I prefer them battered, the Minnesota State Fair-style, but since Ric's is the only place I've seen cheese curds in Oregon, the cornmeal ones will do. read more

As the name implies this is a bar covered with lots of corvette gears and several large TV's set to sports. I did try a cheese burger which was OK. Both times I went there few patrons, but the service was good. They have a good selection of local beers in tap. A small room has lots of Oregon Lotto game machines. read more
