When looking for a nice, cool drink and a good meal in Grants Pass, this is the place! It's a casual, mellow bar with a couple of great bartenders, both women, a friendly neighborhood vibe, and really good food at a decent price. If you just want a great 1/4 pound cheeseburger with awesome fries, seven bucks is all it'll cost you. I'd give this place ten stars, because it's worth it. read more

I used to come her often, but it has been a while. Met some old friends to have a pint and catch up. I hate to say, but it was flat and not very cold. I thought it was odd that someone brought food in from Taco Bell next door. Anyway, we were shooed out at 8:30 because it was a slow Friday night. read more

For me it was a little salty, but other than that, it was served on dark rye like it's supposed to be served with a nice sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and thousand island dressing. The French fries were crisp and not oily. They have quite a good selection of beers as well. The only thing to say in the negative, which is why this isn't a 5-star review, is there wasn't any air conditioning! It was quite warm. As I understand it, they are/were open until 3pm. No reason posted as to why they were closed (maybe family emergency or something- things happen) anyways, we drove from the Jerome Prairie area specifically to check out this eatery. We won't do that again, as we found an alternative much closer to us that really excells. C'est la vie.
