I love MOD pizza. This one though, the customer service was poor. I shared the Tyler and a Caesar salad with my wife. I like the variety of drinks. It is an irony that they say hello in an unwelcoming way. "Unwelcoming" was the word my 10 year old daughter used. Even she noticed the poor quality of the human presence. We have eaten at other MODs where the humans are friendly. Of course we will continue to go to MOD. I just won't expect friendly in this one in Eugene. read more

The pizza was very good and the staff were working their asses off to keep up with the line of customers. Nice! So many pizza toppings! The interior was clean and tidy. Even with the long lines our food was out in a matter of minutes. They were very accommodating when asked for a little extra sauce, and fresh basil. Thank you. Staff was very amiable. Now, for a quick customer service tip MOD. When someone asks you whether or not the chopped olives for a salad are black olives of kalamata olives don't answer, "I don't know, I don't eat them." I have been there twice, and both times it was too much of a hassle because of how poor the staff is. If Chipotle and killer burger had a baby this would be the result. All prices end in 7, 11 inch thin crust mod pizza was 7.47. Throw all the toppings and sauces you want on or just pick from a list. It literally is like walking up to subway. Staff was awesome, very peppy. Pizza cooks in just a few minutes once in the oven. Music was piped in, but not too loud like one review noted. I enjoyed it. Crust had a little char from the oven, flavor didn't blow me away but the toppings took care of any concerns. This place is an awesome Addition to the oakway area! They're here to stay. read more

PLEASE READ: I have never had better service anywhere else than here today from Dave. First off I walked in and was trying to order but the guy helping me was too busy yelling at Dave in the first place to even start my order. He even asked me to "hold on" because he was yelling about how frustrated he was that Dave couldn't hear him (he was no where close and I wouldn't of heard him either in that situation!), and was yelling at another coworker to get his attention. (They were so rude) I was pissed and I made that clear and then when it came time to check out there was Dave and he was so friendly and turned that whole situation around. Tried the cauliflower crust pizza and it was good. The crust isn't very thick, but it has a crunch to it in places. The white sauce is delicious and the toppings of your choice make a great day. The garlic breadsticks are like, hey, keep eating me forever. read more

I've been here probably five or so times already. Aside from waiting a little longer on a Friday during dinner, I haven't had anything to complain about. The managers and employees aren't afraid to chat it up with each other while they're working and they can still keep pace with the orders coming in. The whole place has a relaxed atmosphere- kind of like high school on a day with a substitute teacher, no one seems to be running the thing. Seven and a half dollars isn't a bad price to pay for an 11 inch pizza, and unlimited toppings makes it a steal. I load it up with fresh and roasted veggies, asiago, parm, and wait for the goodness to come out. My partner and I like shopping at Natural Grocers next door so it was a treat finding a spot like this. read more

This was the first time I've been to a Mod pizza and everything I've heard is that they are fast and super good. Well...one of those was true. Idk if I was there (2pm) between shifts but it took about about 10 min to put in an order with one person in line ahead of me, then a little under 10 min to wait for someone to ring me up. The staff was busy, not slacking, but seemed short staffed. The pizza came out fast but nobody could locate a fork for me to manage the slippery cheese. The food tasted great, but in addition the place was pretty wrecked: in-bussed tables, smears of food on the register counter, chewed crusts on the seats. I can see why this place is appealing and I'll give it another chance, but the first impression left something to be desired. Maybe a call-in to-go order is the way to go. read more

Wish I could give a half star! Tried to order from the items on their website but when I tried to call it in, they were out of ingredients or didn't have ANY of the items in stock. So don't trust their website. Then I called back to adjust my order and the guy that answered the phone was SO rude. My husband waited for an HOUR in a very non-COVID-safe unorganized cluster of people and noticed them call people's name and empty out the rack aside from three boxes that sat there for the full hour. He watch a female employee walk up and read the names on the label and after an hour he finally walked up and read the names and they were ours! The pizza was good enough but we received some pretty disrespectful service. We purchased three pizzas the first had quiet a few toppings and the pizza maker began getting upset (even though you can get as many toppings as you want). By the time we got to the third he was being extremely rude and when asked if they had pepperoni he aggressively told us that no they were out. While waiting for our pizzas however the next customers came up and asked for Pepperoni. The same guy went into the back and got pepperoni for them even though within minutes prior to that he had told us they were out. Unusually delicious, crispy thin crust from the 800 degree oven. All fresh ingredients custom tailored to your taste. Quick, great value too, and nice ambiance for fast food. A little confusing ordering for the first time (think Subway, "anything-you-want" and you'll be fine). I wish this could be made a 4.5 star review. Quite a good place to those wanting a custom pizza topped with a mountain of goodies. Their thin pizza proves to be plenty filling once you get to adding their many many ingredients. I've been here a few times and have never been disappointed by their selection. Since it is made by me, any taste in fault is on me, but luckily there hasn't been one. I'd highly recommend getting the Mama's sweet peppers. Simply strips of sweet heat glory that goes well with a BBQ pizza. It is amazing how quickly you realize your creation is a filling one, and soon thank the delivery-box that holds it. The chocolate cakes they sell could be a bit sweeter with the chocolate, but still make for a good sweet end afterward. Overall, for a pizza chain it is a standout from their competitors. read more

I love Mod; their workers are all nice, they have a great product. The only reason I'm leaving 3 stars is that I've had mix-ups with my order so many times. It's very easy for someone else to accidentally grab your order, especially since a lot of names sound alike, a lot of people have the same names, etc. It isn't Mod's fault, but I do think it's something to consider when you're deciding on whether to eat here or not. You'll ALWAYS be taken care of, and the workers will ALWAYS want to make sure that you're happy, but accidents happen, and it can leave you waiting for half an hour sometimes. For me, though, I'm never in a hurry, and I always appreciate how hard the workers try to make everything right when mistakes happen, even when the mistakes aren't their own mistakes! read more
