I'm not really a thin crust pizza person, but this crust is exceptional. It must be the 800 degree oven that makes the crust fire kissed and just a smidge of chewiness. This is not a remote relative to any other chain pizza restaurant I've ever had. I had a Mini pizza (6") and it was the perfect size for one, especially if you want to add a salad. I am known for my weird salad toppings I like - anchovies, pickled peppers, pineapple, artichoke hearts - and here I can pile up to my hearts content. I would suggest something crunchy for salad like pine nuts or something similar. I added Cinnamon sticks to my order, and they were a surprise. They are very crispy and I chose the cinnamon glaze which was very sweet - just a pinch of the glaze is all I recommend. I wanted to try the iced teas I had read rave reviews about, (Caramelized Pear Tea and Black Tea) - but they weren't on the online order form which was inconvenient. But what really kept me back was my order was to go, and I figured the tea would be diluted by the time I got home. If they sold tea by the gallon, I would have definitely tried them. All in all - great pizza, great prices and ingredients. I would definitely give Mod Pizza a try. For those who just don't like thin crust no matter how superior these are - they offer Maxi Pizza to try, which is two 11" crusts with sauce between. The only other consideration other than the fact that they don't deliver is that the crusts are thin and can loose some of their heat by the time you get home with them. The best solution is to dine in and enjoy all the drinks and ambience along with piping hot pizzas. read more

I enjoyed it. It's great if you feel like a quick pizza for yourself or if your paying for your own in a group with friends. MOD is literally one of my favorite places to eat. I love that you can customize everything on the menu, and that with all of that customization also comes really friendly and helpful staff willing to help you frankenstein together a meal. I appreciate that they have GF crust and also dairy-free cheese...when I order one or the other the staff are always careful to ask if I have any specific allergies (which I don't, I just really like their dairy-free cheese because it melts like a DREAM). Once you get your pizza, the staff is always also awesome in asking if you'd like any additional sauces on top of your pizza or for dipping, which I really appreciate since a lot of eateries these days charge for extra sauces. The good: From the fun atmosphere, happy friendly staff (mostly), to the impeccable cleanliness, 10/10 would recommend. My pizza was perfect and delicious. And I really got this family feeling from the staff. Spoke with the GM and he was very accommodating as was one of the other managers, he was very helpful and informative too. The bad: Up on entering there was another manager, (I asked a employee what her name was), Aston was the one behind the counter and my first contact. From the moment I stepped to the counter I could tell her energy was negative to this place. Every one seemed so happy and friendly and then there was just this dark cloud. My encounter with her wasn't good or bad. She had zero personality and really seemed to drain all my energy in the small amount of contact I had with her. So so different from the whole atmosphere and other staff. While in line I heard her get snippy with another customer who was taking longer than Aston thought she should with her choices. Even while eating I couldn't help but notice what a negative impact she had on every one around her. Great pizza. Great employees. Great experience. It's just sad that my lasting impression of the place will be the one employee that ruins it for the majority. read more

They deliver on what they're offering, personalized pizza, made to order with lots of options. BUT the employees look unwashed and have bad customer service. I've been there many times where they have side conversations with each other while barely responding to me and other customers, they burp and sneeze obnoxiously, they've dropped my pizza 3x, one time one of the guys making my pizza was telling the other employee that he's had "the runs all day" and after making my pizza he literally ran to the bathroom. Doesn't help that they all have greasy hair and spotted/stained clothes on (gag me). Wouldn't care so much if they weren't handling MY FOOD! read more

Kade was our pizza maker. She was so amazeballs!!! She totally talk me into building our amazing pizza on that gluten free crap! But it wasn't crap at all. It was the best crust every. She totally nailed the description. She described it as substantial but sweet! The rest of our pizza and salad was an incredible experience. The team you guys had tonight around 8 pm was phenomenal!!!! The customer service was top notch and the servers were some of the most kind and friendly servers I have ever had!!! Wow! They truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and chatted it up with me. The food was superb as always.
