I actually found this place on Yelp! and wanted to try it! It's like a Subway for pizza. You pay a base price and add all the toppings you want. I think there were about 30-40 things to add (different sauces, meats, cheeses, spices, etc). My wife and I split an 11" loaded meat pizza. The crust was soft and flakey, but crunchy from the brick over at the same time. The sauce was super yummy! We couldn't even finish it. We got just a fountain drink (their sweet tea is AMAZING), and our total for the meal was about $11. Highly reccomend if you love pizza, options, and a good price! We will be back! read more

This is not Pizza. It's a Pizza-like snack on a tortilla type crust. I like the customization and the varied options for cost depending on size. I ordered the preset BBQ mini pizza which was very sweet with the double dose of BBQ sauce. The cashier rang me out for the personal size and had to re-do my transaction. She was focused on balancing her till rather than getting my purchase amount correct. The dining room was mostly empty except for the store manager and an associate discussing personnel issues along with a couple more associates off on side having a personal conversation. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you really like flatbreads. read more

Visiting a college nearby & stopped for a quick lunch before flying back home to California. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and all the employees were so friendly & helped us with what to order and what their favorites were. Latoya, especially, was so welcoming & kind. Super nice staff!!! On top of that, the food was DELICIOUS! We ordered a caesar salad, pizza, garlic strips, & cinnamon strips. All of the food was cooked perfectly & with just enough toppings. This place had really good pizza! This was my first ever experience at a MOD Pizza and me and my boyfriend definitely enjoyed it. I love the casual atmosphere and chipotle-style build your own pizza style of ordering. Getting to customize your toppings is my favorite part, and you don't pay extra for them! This location had subpar customer service. The employees seemed rushed and didn't really answer questions that well. For instance, I tried to ask for blue cheese dressing and buffalo sauce for my pizza after it was ready, but was told they didn't have any blue cheese. But when I was ordering my pizza in line, I saw blue cheese, ceasar, ranch, and other dressings but they told me they put them on after the pizza was done baking. It's a small thing, but just make sure you get dressing before your pizza goes in the oven at this location! Also, tables were not very clean, and when an employee did finally come around to clean tables and refill napkins, he literally looked like he hated his job. I would come back to MOD Pizza, but maybe try a different location. read more

I went to this place with high expectations based on the reviews but left disappointed. The pizza wasn't bad, and for the price I can't really complain, but the service was spotty. It seemed the only one who cared about her job was the shift manager and she was surrounded by people who didn't know their job and/or didn't care about their job. I won't be going back anytime soon. Love this place! I was so excited to try your place because it's right around the corner from my house. I've been waiting for it to open and I was not disappointed. Normally I'm a fan of Blaze but I love the this crust pizza and the toppings they have. They even have vegan cheese and brussel sprouts! Wow! We are out of town, just visiting and found this place by total luck! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by at least three people happily making pizzas. The pizza, Caesar salad, and garlic and cinnamon strips are to die for!!!!! Yummy!!! Fresh!!! So tasty!!! And so many choices!! We met Latoya who was just super nice. This MOD location is awesome! The last three times we have visited there have been new manager(s) ( I think they should be) and plan to get their names. They do not stop! One lady asked us how our food was and asked us if we needed anything. The other guy is just off the chart- he talks to EVERY customer and SO cares how your meal turns out. The customer service is excellent! The tables are clean and items are stocked for customers. The food looks fresh and kept very clean around the area where the nice staff makes your pizza/ salad. Usually don't give ratings but today during lunch the women employees at this location was on point. When customers came in they said welcome and when they left they said thank you. I do not think they missed anyone. They were fast, precise, spoke clearly, and most of all friendly. My wife loves the sweet tea made there. My family loves the pizza. Overall the pizza is average but knocked a star for service. I've been here twice and everyone seems miserable to work there. First try I got a normal byo pizza. Crust was burnt but had a to go order so didn't know until I got home. I did use the online order and was on time. Second order I did the extra crust because I didn't care for how thin the original crust was. This pizza was under done, again carry out so no way for me to get another. Also this time was very busy and got my pizza right away but sat and waited another 10mins for my milkshake. So my pizza got cold and on top of it the milkshake was terrible. Had a gritty texture and clearly made up of a bunch of chemicals vs actual ice cream. Was hoping for more since right down the street but with less than average food and terrible service not sure why I would return. read more

I like MOD pizza in general but the service and quality is lacking at this location. They burn the pizzas a lot. They will redo them but it's frustrating to wait. Literally took 25 mins w no line to get one that wasn't black all along the edge and underneath. They try to "trim" the black edges and then give you the pizza so you don't even get the size you pay for. read more

We arrived at this location at closing time, 10 pm, on a Sunday night after an unexpectedly long and frustrating travel day. The pizza is pretty good, but the quality has been falling since our first visit back in November, primarily that the crust isn't being cooked for as long. The crust on our last few pizzas have been very soft. Multiple times the online orders haven't been totally correct. My most recent visit I ordered online and the pickup time was for 6:47 pm. I arrived at 6:45 and the pizzas were still being prepared, they weren't even in the oven. It seems like the staff is simply there for get a paycheck and could care less. read more
