I showed him my app and how it's one of my regular orders. Finally the order was placed. The scanner for the app and earning rewards is oddly placed on the side of the beverage dispensers. It was quite challenging to use. I paid for my order and no receipt. When I asked for one the cashier said it must be out of paper. And that's it! No attempt to get me a receipt. There was a line behind me so I didn't push for it. My order was delivered to the table and I noticed bacon on my salad. I ordered a three entree meal, double order of orange chicken and Beijing beef, which came out to around $13. The Beijing beef was actually tasty with a nice amount of spice. I enjoyed it. Now the reason for three stars is that the public is absolutely correct in citing that the recipe is different. It doesn't taste the same to me at all. Walked in and was greeted with a loud "HELLO, WELCOME", which was very pleasant. There was a huuuge line though, but they did get through everyone fairly quickly. People were going in and out pretty fast. People would get up and leave and then new people would immediately sit down, so the staff didn't really got to wipe down tables. The pizza was great. They charged a flat fee, no extra fee for extra toppings or sauces. Crust was great for dipping in their sauces. I tried the pesto and sri-rancha, both of which were delicious. Their ingredients were quality in my opinion, and the make table was clean. Usually in pizza places you see a bunch of ingredients mixed together on their make table after a while, but I didn't see that here. Great restaurant, great prices, great staff, they greeted you with a "THANK YOU FOR COMING" when you head to the door. read more

Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with around 8:00 p.m. was extremely dismissive. Instead of showing any empathy or trying to help, he told me, "That sounds like a personal problem to me." I understand that third-party delivery services can make situations more complicated, and I wasn't demanding anything unreasonable. I was simply asking if there was anything the store could do to help after I received cold food and didn't receive everything I paid for. Customer service matters just as much as the food. A little kindness and professionalism would have gone a long way.
