Went through the drive thru for my order. Received my drinks from one window, and then was asked to move to the 3rd window for my food. Was not until I got home that a whole meal was missing from my order. I then had to drive back to the location and pick up my missing food. I mentioned my remaining order would be cold and if I could get "fresh" food. The way the manager talked to me, made me feel as if it was my fault they forget part of my order. It's really odd that I'm even reviewing a fast food restaurant. In all honesty, I often go through here to get a burger for my dogs. This place seems to be managed pretty well, especially considering the short supply of workforce in the world today. Whenever I drive through here, everyone is always friendly and pleasant, everything you need is consistently in the bag, including a straw. I travel a lot for work. I will sometimes get a McDonald's breakfast on the road, and I can say there are very many dirty joints and openly disgruntled employees at other places. Seems like a pretty well-oiled machine here. Today I waited over 25 minutes at curbside pickup, and when the order finally arrived everything was stone cold. The double quarter was ok, if not small, but that so-called 'big mac', what a f'n joke! I have to agree with my fellow yelpers. This place is very hit and miss. I usually stop here for breakfast a couple of times a month. One visit I will be in and out in less than 3 minutes with my correct order. Another time it will be "pull forward and wait for an English muffin". They messed up our order. This is my 2nd time dealing with this manager named Loren. Acting like she can't do this for, everyone is not trying to get free food. What every happened to accommodating the customer for the inconvenience. Back in my day when I worked for McDonald's as a teenager that's what they taught us. The customer is always right. She wanted the drinks back that I didn't order & refused to replace them with for fries. So she rather for the drinks to go in the garbage. Most fast food restaurant would tell you to keep it cause they can't take it back. 1st of all since COVID-19 is still around isn't that unsanitary anyways. I drive this location everyday heading to and from work. Today I stopped by.. my son and I walked to a super nice super clean McDonald's. This visit was my first using the kiosk. I will say they are very user friendly. I was able to navigate quickly through the menu. While I was ordering the cashier took the time and went out of her way to give my son a toy. I have been going to mcdonald's now for a while, and I have never had such a negative experience. Lucero the manager is so rude and disrespectful. we paid for 30$ worth of food here meanwhile they forgot an entire meal and refused to give it to me. I give this location 5 stars because compared to other McDonald's and the fast food across the Hwy, it is managed very well. They are a machine in the mornings trying to get people through the drive thru. Employees have always been super friendly and professional. If you want poor service and to be ripped off, please place a Mobil order here. Waited curbside for 30 minutes. The people there before us even tried to go inside for help but the doors are locked. No food, no answer at the door, no answer when we called and after 4 rings you get a message saying the voicemail box isn't setup. I think I know why. Tried to go through the drive thru, which took another 30 minutes, but the app doesn't have an order history feature to show when(like a time)and where and order was placed, just what was ordered and the day. So we were out of luck as they don't show our mobile order. Our only recourse is to order and pay again, which we were told shouldn't be considered or we'd get a little extra in our food because they are too busy for this.
