I was really disappointed with my order from this location. The chicken wasn't fully cooked pretty…read moremuch raw, and the tenders were somewhat burnt. I almost swallowed the undercooked chicken before realizing it, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I had to drive 20 minutes one way--and then back--just to get the issue resolved. When I order food, I expect it to be prepared correctly the first time. I will say the manager on duty resolved the matter to our liking, and I appreciate that. Some may ask why I'm still posting this review, but I believe it needs to be said so this doesn't happen again to anyone else. More importantly, feedback like this helps the business improve and provide a better experience for customers in the future.

The customer in front of me had left his receipt so I asked if he wanted it. The cashier than kind of matter of factly also offered it to him. So my turn to order. My usual order is the spicy chicken salad but with regular grilled nuggets. The cashier wasn't sure how to input that so the manager arrived to assist. I showed him my app and how it's one of my regular orders. Finally the order was placed. The scanner for the app and earning rewards is oddly placed on the side of the beverage dispensers. It was quite challenging to use. I paid for my order and no receipt. When I asked for one the cashier said it must be out of paper. And that's it! No attempt to get me a receipt. There was a line behind me so I didn't push for it. My order was delivered to the table and I noticed bacon on my salad. I approached the counter and asked the manager if the Southwest salad now came with bacon. He said no and a new salad was made. This was probably the worst ChickFilA experience I've ever had. Fortunately I'm almost never in this area.

We got our food and it was warm but not hot. Didn't have utensils handed out with food...we had to ask. Not sure how we were supposed to eat otherwise. The food would have been better if hot not warm. The service from our waiter was just okay. The only good things about my experience at this location was the view and waitress named Teresa. She was inviting and kind. Oh and the man cleaning the dishesat the bar (tall black gentleman was really kind as well). I wrote a review maybe a year ago regarding Fort Mill location and management replied but NEVER followed through. I don't expect anything different from this review. The vibe was nice. Ordering was as I remembered, but the names of the meals were changed. It's been a while for me. I ordered a three entree meal, double order of orange chicken and Beijing beef, which came out to around $13. The Beijing beef was actually tasty with a nice amount of spice. I enjoyed it. Now the reason for three stars is that the public is absolutely correct in citing that the recipe is different. It doesn't taste the same to me at all. The only reason I used to got to this restaurant was for this particular item. It bummed me out, because I now have no reason to return. I would also like to note that the food containers are noticeably smaller. Shrink-flation has struck again. More expensive, less food and not as good as before.
