Ham and egg. Not what I ordered

Just left after waiting a good amount of time. Get back on the road to my next destination and low n behold they screwed my order. Ham egg isn't what I ordered. I ordered a Turkey bacon and cheese. I'm so sick of going out spending my money on incompetent individuals

Walk-up only Starbucks that serves the Premium Outlet mall. There is no inside here, no drive through. Place your order and pay at one window, pick up your finished coffee beverage at the other. There is plenty of outside seating here or throughout the shopping center. Note that many shops do not allow food or drinks inside!

I have nothing bad to say about this particular Starbucks. I was met with nothing short of friendly, punctual, and above and beyond service. My drink screamed delicious and they even told me about the exclusive rewards program they offer which in the end would save me money. It is an outdoor starbucks considering it's inside of the outlet mall. Decent amounts of seating and a more than visible menu that isn't complete but has all the favorites and well known menu items everybody loves. Below are a few pictures I snapped just so you guys have a good idea of what to expect if you're ever in the neighborhood.

The newest addition to The Charlotte Premium Outlet Center, this is now my go to buck stop when I'm at work. It's walkup only with no indoor area for patrons. There are a few tables out front if you wish to endure the heat, rain, etc. Due to loud ventilation inside, the workers have a hard time hearing you place your order. Be prepared to yell it at them. Customers seem confused by the line since there are two windows. One to order and one to pickup. No one knows which one to go to first since it's not clearly posted. Once you receive your beverage you can step to the side for sugar, stir sticks, etc. However, due to the hot summer temps, they've been unable to leave the half and half out and you must step back to the window to ask for it. Apparently bee's need their caffeine fix too. They are buzzing all around and you may even find one in the food case. Also, the menu posted on the storefront advertises items that they don't even sell. Go figure. In the short time they've been open I've had my fair share of interactions with them. After all, a retail worker needs his coffee! The staff seems well trained in their craft but have been known to come off as rude. I sent one of my staff members to get me a decaf one evening and they were angry to have to do a "pour over" because they don't keep decaf around. I thought this was because it was near closing time but no, they don't do decaf...ever. Really? Anyhow, as they've become more familiar with mall employees they seem to have curbed their attitudes a bit. Hopefully they find their customer service niche soon. I've rated them 3 stars because the coffee is par for Starbucks and it's a nice addition to the center. I need my retail fuel and will continue to pay them daily visits.

    Nuts!

If you've tasted your drink at one Starbucks, you've tasted it at all Starbucks. Therein lies the beauty of chain restaurants. Starbucks gets the taste right every time. What this Starbucks lacks is a smooth operation. The cashier struggled to hear my name. After the third attempt, I determined that Kristyn was a perfectly acceptable variation of my name. Next time, I'll take advantage of the opportunity to use a club alias during the daytime. I digress.... The real issue is that orders were being taken far faster than they could be filled and there was a long wait, despite there not being very many people waiting. If they can work out the timing kinks, they'll be fine here.

Caramel waffle cone minus the waffle cone smh so they added graham crackers :/

My toddlers loved the macaroons. I tried the chai tea latte. It was made pretty quickly and tasted great. The chocolate Chip cookie was absolutely perfect. It was soft in the middle with just a little bit crunch on the edges. I also had the club sandwich. It was much bigger than I expected and very filling. The indoor playground was awesome. My kiddos had a great time. My only request is for a little more seating for parents. There were several of us who were just standing around.

Mrs. K. and I stopped in after our shop and settled in with two excellent coffees and a piece of cranberry loaf, which turned out to be just the right companion for a quiet late morning break. The space is calm, comfortable, and set up in a way that makes it easy to linger, and I could see myself opening a laptop here for an hour or two without feeling rushed. The seating is arranged with enough breathing room that conversations don't echo, and the overall atmosphere leans more toward neighborhood café than anything corporate. It's the kind of place where you can hear the espresso machine but not the world outside, which is exactly what you want when you're trying to enjoy a cup without distraction. Everything we had was well prepared. Parking is plentiful, though I imagine the lot fills quickly before and after services, so timing might matter if that's a concern. For us, it was an easy in and out, and the visit felt like a small discovery in a part of Charlotte that doesn't have many independent coffee options. We left feeling grateful to have found a spot that delivers good coffee, quiet seating, and a sense of local character in Steele Creek. [Review 24 of 2026 - 4524 in North Carolina - 25215 overall]

The new lady cashier this time had no basic customer service, no greeting, no "how are you," just staring and pointing instead of communicating. It felt dismissive and uncomfortable from the start. When my order was called, I heard my cold brew but someone else took it. I waited for a while thinking maybe it was still being prepared, but nothing came. When I politely asked, I was met with attitude and told I "already had the ticket," which clearly wasn't true. Instead of handling it professionally or even asking a simple clarifying question, the guy making the drinks reacted abruptly, snatched things around, and remade BOTH drinks without any acknowledgment or apology. On top of that, the cold brew itself tasted extremely watered down like no care was put into it at all. The whole interaction felt rushed, impersonal, and honestly disrespectful, especially after paying for the service. I understand everyone has off days, but basic courtesy and communication go a long way. This experience didn't reflect the standard I've come to expect from this place, and I hope it's addressed.

She suggested it as a good half-way spot and said its low key casual and really good food and she had been there several times always with a good experience. I will echo those same feelings as we had a great lunch on a busy Monday. There was certainly an eclectic group of people there. Young people, couples, seniors, families and business people. Some were there just to snag a coffee or tee for the road. Most were ordering and scrambling for a seat. My sister told me it was a coffee shop before and never really got real traction to stay in business. You stand in line and order and pay then they hand you a buzzer and when it flashes you go and get your food. I had the Spicy turkey with cheese and avocado and it was delicious. My Sis had the veggie quiche. We shared and both agreed we made the right choice. It's a small place and feels even smaller when there is a crowd. The tables are all jammed in together and not much room in between. There are two dining rooms and outside seating on a covered patio. The aisle way where the coffee and tea is served gets jammed up as well. People order and then just stand around talking waiting for their beverage. It create a problem because it blocks access to the bathrooms. The Staff is great, very nice and they hustle to keep things moving. It was a little loud and somewhat hard to have a conversation. I think it would be much more enjoyable in the spring and after when it warms up enough to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the fresh air. The menu looked really good and the brisket caught my eye, maybe that will be on my menu for my next visit. Parking is a real challenge. No designed parking, street parking only and walk a couple of blocks for public parking area. That's great when the weather is good but a consideration when the weather is not so good.
