I enjoy getting a Arby sandwich every once in a while. I stopped in today and got a double and a couple of sandwiches to go. I was extremely satisfied with my sandwich. I went through the drive-through and ordered a roast beef Gyro. The guy waiting on me at the window was very nice, but hi was not happy when I got home and discovered that my Gyro edges were hard as a rock.I called them and no answered so I'm going tomorrow with my crusted sandwich.I returned with my gyro and the friendly manager (Sandy?) she gave me a delicious freshly made Gyro! She apologized and also gave me fries! I'm coming back for sure !! read more

Used to like going to this location. I previously recommended it. The food was decent and store was clean and efficiently run. Today was the opposite of that and I will not come Back and recommend you don't either. The front entrance handle was broken and on the floor. I put it partially back on so I could enter. Told staff about the handle and the comment was "it finally fell off". Nobody looked or seem to care. The condiment containers were empty, the floor was filthy, as well as the bathroom. Small lid container holder was empty. This is my community and it saddens me to see the store so badly run with staff and manager who doesn't care. I usually stop by here for convenience and sometimes it's a lot mid with ify customer service lol but this time it was pretty good and so was the service. I got the Waygu burger meal and it was pretty good. The only minor issue I had was it was a lot of sauce on it! Other than that. It's still a good try especially when you're in the mood for a fast food burger. read more

I have not been to an Arby's in probably 8-10 years as I just don't eat fast food anymore, however I decided to stop by yesterday. I have never seen a location set up like this one where the sandwich making area is essentially at the front counter and blocks the view of seeing customers, which makes for an issue like the other review, standing and not being recognized. I was recognized early on, but was told I'd be helped in a minute. A minute or two goes by and a manager walks by just noticing me and yelling out that they had a customer. The girl yelled back and said she got me in a minute. Another minute or two and she finally comes to get my order and apologizes for the wait. So with it only being me in line, this was inappropriate. Stop all of your running around and take the two seconds to take my order. I was interested in trying their new Mac and cheese! So I got the cup to go. When I got home and opened it, I was shocked at the portion. The cup was half filled and I felt scammed. It's fine if that is supposed to be the portion size, but put it in the proper size container to make it seem as though you are getting the right amount and see that you are getting a full container. As far as the Mac and cheese, it was one of the worst Mac and cheese I have had. The macaroni shells were hard and undercooked. The cheese had an awful flavor. Good thing this is only a special for a few months, it needs to stay off the menu. Overall, what a waste of my return back to an Arby's. With this experience it will probably be another 8-10 years. I think I'm being generous giving them 2 stars, but I do know they make a great beef and cheddar sandwich! read more

This is a great location, and the food is fresh and cooked to order. The management is very sad. No manager on duty. It says Tina Hutchings is the manager on the door, but management is very lacking lately. Today when we tried to get on the door handle was lying on the floor When we mentioned it to the person who took our order she said oh it finally broke, but didn't tell anyone. The condiments were empty and we mentioned it as well as the door and again on the door finally broke, but no condiments. It seems good helps is hard to find and keep. Too bad because Arby's has really improved their menu, but I am not sure I want to go back. The focus is on the drive through, not keeping the seating area clean and stocked. read more

I have tried to give this location several chances, but always seems to disappoint. From undercooked fries to roast beef that has dried out. My most recent visit was no different, this time the bun being moldy. Seriously, I am done with this Arby's location and anyone who read this review, you've been warned. So, I stopped by here for a quick bite while working. My food order was correct and although my mozzarella sticks weren't hot, the service I received made my experience a 5 star. I know that this particular location has poor reviews but today my experience was made wonderful because of the lady who took my order. I got her name-Vickie, I appreciate how kind and sweet you were from the moment you SO politely asked me to please give you a moment to the extreme thoughtfulness when you saw that I was a nurse and thanked me for my service to our community. Just so sweet and unexpected. Your smile and your absolutely wonderful customer service made my day! ...I know, it's the small, special things for me. I came to this Arby's in the mood for some good food, and that's exactly what I got. Their service was great. The gentleman taking orders was very clear and attentive with what he said. And I even forgot to add something in and told him last second after my order was taken and he made sure to communicate with the kitchen so that the order came out right. Order incorrect. Ordered Beef and Cheddar combo. Also 2 for 6 with 2 Roast Beef sandwiches. They left my Beef and Cheddar off and gave me 3 Roast Beef sandwiches. This was my first time trying Arby's and I actually really enjoyed the food! The service was great and the woman on the drive thru was really patient as it was clear it was my first time there. The major downside to this: I found a bug in my sandwich. I don't put this against any of the workers there whatsoever, but it did make me reconsider eating at this location ever again. read more

Today I tried the bacon ranch waygu burger. I must say it was 1 of the best burgers I've had in my life. The fat to lean ratio is perfect. The burger is perfectly seasoned, very moist and juicy. The ratio of bread and toppings, sauce and meat is impeccable. It was an impulsive decision to try the burger. I was actually just going there to get one of their market fresh lemonades which are really good. So far I've had the peach and the strawberry and I must say (Wendy's has some competition to worry about) I seen the option to get a burger at arbys and I knew I had to try it. I'm glad that this impulsive decision wasn't something I ended up regretting (my wallet will most likely regret it later) I also want to include that my food was made fresh, nothing was cold, everything was great. Every time I show up to this Arby's the people that work there always has an attitude. They throw together the meals and they are unprofessional. I waited in line for them to give me two beef and cheddar sandwiches just to get home and there's cheddar, just bread and meat. I drive back to get a refund, they didn't apologize for there mistake and inconveniencing me. Then they only refunded me only for the burgers and not the fries, again with no apologizes. I don't recommend coming here unless you don't care about your food not being prepared properly. read more

It is very hard to find great service as this store performed in the world we live in today. Everyone there took great pride in serving hot and fresh food and being very friendly to me as a customer. OMG these people need more training. I said I was giving it a year, but my husband was suppose to be going to Wendy's and changed his mind and came here. When I saw the bag I just rolled my eyes because I knew my dinner was not going to be good. Haha and I was right. My husband got me the plain roast beef. I opened my sandwich to put some mayo on and just the look of the meat was a major turn off. The meat looked like it had been sitting out for a long time, it was soooooo dry that I had no choice but to put the arby sauce on. I ended up throwing half of it away because I was grossed out just thinking about how long the meat had been sitting out for it to be that dry. Then my husband sandwich wasn't any better. He got the beef and cheddar and could not find the cheese. They put a little patch of cheese on one corner of his sandwich. I told him to never ever bring me anything else from that arbys again, and if he chooses to go there, I dont want to hear any complaints because you already know what you're gonna get. read more
