Review based on online curbside ordering Ordering online was very simple and quick. I'm glad I was force to create an account like some restaurants require. I ordered the pick two: Chipotle Chicken Spud & 1/2 Grilled Chicken Croissant Sandwich. My order was said to be ready at 7:58. After arriving and notifying the store I was here I immediately received my order. I was happy to have a hot baked potato when I got home with all listed ingredients. I normally always order from this Deli on my way to work and I always get the veggie sandwich on a wrap, because I don't eat meat. Lately for the past few months my order is always missing something, the sandwich or wrap be extremely hot with pepper and they always forget the pickle. I didn't use to check my order because they always got it right, but now I have to. This morning I ordered 2 wraps and one was bread which appeared to have something on it and the cheese is old. I didn't eat it. Also the wrap is sloppy made. They didn't put pickles In neither box. I didn't have time to check it and they messed my order up. Wow, does this place get busy for lunch! There was a line all the way to the door when I stopped here for a bite to eat. The order-taking process was pretty slow, but after I placed my order, it took less than 10 minutes to get my meal. My salad and sandwich were prepared as requested, and the staff were super friendly. Plenty of seating for parties of all sizes in this rather large space, but I got my order to go because it was the middle of my workday. I believe you can place your order ahead, and if I come here for lunch again during the work week, I'll be sure to do that to save time. read more

We ordered from this location twice, and due to the mixed result, I'm giving them 4 stars. We ordered once, on a weekday evening, through grubhub for delivery. We were missing quite a few items, and I had asked for a drink without ice and they had put ice in it. Because of it, they said they were going to refund the entire order, which they didn't, originally, so then my husband had to call GrubHub and get them to do so. The second time we ordered from them, everything was perfect. The food arrived quickly, was made exact to our specifications, and we got all the items we ordered, on Sunday lunch. We got their nachos with the veggie chili, which was perfect, along with multiple veggie sandwiches and different sides. Everything came perfectly and warm. Why am i just now seeing they opened this new location of Mcalisters next to one of my favorite pizza spots Mods pizza. The employees working at this location are super nice and mannerable most of the employees working here appeared to be super young. I'm not going to lie i usually always go to Mcalisters for one thing and thats the ginormous spud! It's pretty much an over sized custom baked potatoe and they are so good. Today i had the grilled chicken spud.One of my favorite ones on the menu! You can customize the spud to your likeing if you are not a fan of the ones on the menu. Alot of customers i notice order the veggie spud or they will order a spud and add their own toppings they like or love! I stopped in for lunch and made it right before the big lunch rush. I'd recommend coming early, this place gets packed! There's not too many new things I can say. It's your typical McAlisters. But it's new and clean which makes it more exciting. Well, at least it does in my mind. Most of the time when I come I order the Choose Two , you really can't go wrong with any combination. This visit was no different. I ordered the veggie spud and nachos (without the chili). The food was excellent. It was prepared correctly even with my modifications and I had more than enough for another meal. One additional note - everyone here is super friendly! I really hope it stays this way! I had lunch here today and had the Meyer Lemon Grilled Chicken Sandwich and it was pretty good! I have tried the grilled chicken caesar wrap which was okay but I think it would be better served toasted. I wish that was an option or at least they should tell you which sandwiches are hot/cold... I could've missed that online but I didn't see it. My favorite thing about this place is the giant cup of lemonade! Their lemonade is almost as good as Chic-fil-a. Had lunch here after shopping at the nearby Charlotte Premium Outlets. We wanted to try this newer location out since our the usual McAlister's we go to was so terrible the last time we ate there. I have to say this location was fantastic! The young woman taking our order awesome. She listened carefully especially since there was some substitutions to the sandwiches. She read the order back to make sure it was right. Our order brought out to us quickly and correct. The interior of this location was clean and bright. The food waa fresh and tasty. I had the chicken salad sandwich on a croissant. It tasted fantastic. The only small negative was they stopped serving Sunchips, my husband's favorite. They started serving their own branded chips. I got really excited when I've heard they were opening a McAlister's near my job. I love this place and the service is great! I can't even pick my favorite dish, everything is so fresh and so delicious that is hard to decide. Ok it's McAlisters, they've just opened up a couple of weeks ago. I came in with my son and was greeted by everyone. Friendly staff. The lemonade was yummy. I ordered a Ruben which is usually my go to sandwich at places like this..however it was made all the way wrong To me this is such a simple sandwich, so how one doesn't put cheese or thousand island dressing on is beyond me. We ate in tonight at our he McAlister's Deli at Berewick Town Center Drive Charlotte. We were very impressed with the lengths this store has gone to for social distancing and making sure the food is delivered to the table safely. The store was spotless. I saw several employees cleaning inside and outside on the covered area patio. All employees were wearing masks. The food was brought to our table wrapped and covered and all condiments, utensils and napkins were delivered in a closed paper bag. The food was warm and fresh just as we always get at this location. The young people working in the store were so kind and friendly and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. When the baked potatoes have been sitting that long it is better to offer a substitution than deliver the poor quality you delivered tonight. Three of our 5 meals revolved around those old potatoes.
