Great sandwich. I ordered the grinder since I'm into deli sandwiches. Very good sandwich. Got it with fries and a drink. I paid about $13 so I was satisfied with the price delicious fries as well. Good service and friendly. I usually only eat jersey mikes but now I have another place to go!

Was visiting the Charlotte area stopped in to this location and it was totally giving the Quiznos vibes. Was very excited. I ordered the Reuben Which was good. The only thing, It was supposed to be a hot sandwich and the inside was super cold. Also this location was out of fries. That was a little disappointing. Service was okay. If you haven't not eaten here I would say give it a try.

I worked across from Which Which for years, could see it from the window by my desk and never understood why crowds of folks would flock here but now I understand. There sandwiches and salads are so filling and delish. Its also pretty cool concept for placing your sandwich order in store. You fill out your options on a paperbag, that same paper bag they will deliver your order to you in. If you download the app, you can earn loyalty points and your first app order awards you a free large drink. Wednesday's is $5 Wicked Wednesdays which Wicked is pretty much their club sandwich IMO as it has turkey, ham, roast beef, bacon, and pepperoni. I usually get this but workout the pepperoni OR I build my own sandwich. The things I love about Which Wich is any sandwich can be hot or cold, you can personalize any sandwich and not have to go through a line calling out what you want, any sandwich can be turned into a salad bowl that is just as yummy, and they offer lettuce wraps and spinach wraps in substitution of bread. They also offer fries and hand dipped milkshakes which I have yet to try. I only find myself going to which wich when I want something filling but good and healthy. One day I will make it a fries and milkshake day so I can try it!

Once you get past the strange (but really clever) ordering system, Which Wich makes for a really yummy sandwich. It's not hard and once you get it, it makes a lot of sense. Step 1. Figure out which protein you want in your sandwich. Pork, Turkey, Beef, Chicken, etc. Step 2. Grab the appropriate bag and a marker. Step 3. Work your way down the bag, x'ing off which cheese you want, what sauces you want, what veggies you want, hot or cold, extra meat. All of that is SO FLIPPING CLEVER. And you do it at your own pace. When it's done, write a name at the bottom. Now, you could be normal and boring, writing your own name. Yeah, that's been done. But be outstanding and put something smart like "Voldemort" or "Darth Vader" or "Bruce"! A few minutes later, your sandwich is ready. Exactly as you ordered it and wrapped up ready to go. Love it!

Like their California roll sub! My husband likes their pizza sub. Wish their tuna was better. Like their loyalty club!

I placed my order and all of sudden they got really busy. The lady working at the register was really nice and had a positive disposition. I ordered the Philly chicken primo and my husband ordered the Italian primo. They took about 15-20 minutes to come out. FYI that is NOT a long time for a quality sandwich. That is how long I would expect to wait honestly. They do have a few tables and chairs if you want to sit and eat. The hoagies were both really good. The bread was fresh and soft. Two frozen meatballs with two frozen slices of cheese not even melted on top -- they were stacked beside the meatballs like two pieces of drywall. Absolute masterpiece. I politely asked if they actually melted the cheese or warmed the bread and the employee looked at me like I had just asked her for cocaine. Apparently "hot sub" is an outrageous request now. Whatever this place claims to be -- NEW YORK, ITALIAN, whatever -- it's definitely not that. I've had better subs from a vending machine at a bus station. I ended up leaving the sub on the table because clearly they need the $14 more than I do. The place already looks like it's under new ownership every other week, and after eating there, it's easy to see why. Terrible.
