The crew is always friendly, the food is always on point, the bread is always soft, and the portions are always solid. I've never had anything less than an excellent experience here. Honestly, this location could teach a masterclass in how a store should be run. Today, Mr. Tyshawn Walker and Ms. Asanya Douglas provided outstanding service, and that's been true of every visit -- the entire team here is phenomenal. My daughter is visiting from a place where they do not have Jersey Mike's and so she made a special request. Easy enough, this restaurant is clean and bright and has plenty of parking, as it's one of the out-buildings from the nearby Harris Teeter. Inside, the same JM menu and setup. We ordered our sandwiches "Mike's Way" which comes with lettuce and tomato and salt and pepper and oil and vinegar. It gets a little messy but it's tasty. No! Just no. Came here on a sunday around 11:45am. They weren't busy at all. We walked in and there were 3 workers and not one of them greeted us. We decided to get a giant sub and the guy starting our order really hates people. We got the club. The guy literally looked like he was falling asleep. I had to constantly repeat myself. He was annoyed with everything we were asking for on our sub. Finally, when we walked towards the end he started to ring us up. I noticed he didn't put bacon on our sub so I asked him if he put the bacon on there and he said he didn't know and opened our sub with his bare hands and saw he didn't put it on there so he puts the bacon on there. Doesn't even wash his hands and takes our money while switching from touching food to completing our transaction. No gloves or nothing. Gross. He rings us up and we had a coupon so we gave it to him. He doesn't ask if we want to eat here. Doesn't ask if we want drinks or anything else. Just rings up the sub. The total didn't seem right so we questioned him and he said he added the coupon on there. He hands us the card and receipt and just walks away. Rude af. We looked at the receipt and guess what....he didn't add the coupon on there. So I said something to him and he said he added it on there. I showed him the receipt and he gives us a refund for the difference. We were the only ones in there eating so it was quiet and we can hear everyone coming in. People start complaining about this same guy because he's so damn rude. This one family complains because he also didn't offer them any drinks. Another girl got mad because they didn't have her to go order and they were NOT in a rush to make it. But what killed me was this gentleman came in and ordered his sub and he go so fed with with the crappy service he says loudly "You aren't very enthusiastic today huh??" You know what the worker said? "I'm tired." Wtf. This is the WORST Jersey Mikes ever. I've been to several in charlotte and have never been treated so poorly. I just so happened to go to another location last night ordered the Big Kahuna and it was just OK but I had to get another today and went to this location.. Completely irritated with this location. Regardless of how far in advance I order my pick up order is never ready. They definitely cater only to the people in the line at the store and do not pay any attention to online orders. After ordering 20 mins prior, showing up and waiting another 10 mins after my estimated ready time, and seeing 3 orders being made of people in the line I finally asked where my order was. They had not even pulled the ticket from the machine. The cashier told me they would begin to work on it. It took them another 10 mins to start and that's because I asked again. So 40 mins in store I finally got my call ahead order that I had ordered literally an hour before and I watched an entire line of folks get their food made while waiting. Terrible Service! Multiple times. Today is my last time going here. I always have a takeout per there App. First they never us there pickup location in back. They leave the app orders behind the very rude cashier. She will only help if you ask her multiple times. She usually just ignores you until she is forced to help you. If she knows you personally then she helps you right then. I had a hot sub for my last one here and of course it is almost cold when I get out to my vehicle. I was there 4 minutes before App said to be there and it was already finished, but No One would help to pass out all the orders to go until 14 minutes past my pickup time. There were 7 to 8 people waiting for takeout that had been setting behind counter. I hope they didn't have hot subs also. Even though this is a brand new location, it wasn't real clean and then when I got home with my take out the roll was stale. It sucked because I ordered two Giants. Thinking the stale bread was an anomaly as was the end of the week and later at night, I came for a second time and had the exact same experience...stale bread! What are you doing here management! I really enjoy your subs and the service I get when I come to your restaurant. This review has to do with lack of management service and training. I came in to purchase $120.00 worth of gift cards today. The lady at the register said I have not been trained on how to do this. I will give her a little bit of credit as she did try and help assist me but she was not able to figure it out and just said I can't get it. Not a manager onsite for her to ask according to her so I left. Poor training and the other 2 workers also did not know how to process a gift card for purchase. That's a loss of $120. read more

I absolutely LOVE this establishment! I am a vegetarian and this staff always makes sure to get the cheese from the precut section as to avoid cross contamination with the meat slicer. It is very hard to find a sub place to take that request seriously. They even clean the counter, knife and change gloves to be sure none of my sub has touched meat. Only reviewing 3 stars because the women at the register had great customer service. The man taking the order was extremely rude . The women greeted me at the register and was talking to me so I went and spoke with her and started to order . The man taking orders yelled down to me oh no you gotta come over here. If he had greeted me when I walked up I would have no to order there. He then proceeded to yell at the man behind me saying he didn't say extra meat.
