I was really disappointed with my order from this location. The chicken wasn't fully cooked pretty…read moremuch raw, and the tenders were somewhat burnt. I almost swallowed the undercooked chicken before realizing it, which is completely unacceptable. On top of that, I had to drive 20 minutes one way--and then back--just to get the issue resolved. When I order food, I expect it to be prepared correctly the first time. I will say the manager on duty resolved the matter to our liking, and I appreciate that. Some may ask why I'm still posting this review, but I believe it needs to be said so this doesn't happen again to anyone else. More importantly, feedback like this helps the business improve and provide a better experience for customers in the future.

Customers were just standing there waiting with no acknowledgment from staff. Once someone finally came up front, there still seemed to be no sense of urgency or organization. The line inside is long and the drive-thru is practically wrapped around the building, yet the service pace hasn't picked up at all. I understand places get busy, but basic customer service like having someone available to take orders and keeping things moving--should still be a priority. Right now it feels very unorganized and frustrating for everyone waiting.

Heaven forbid I ask for "hot" food after their screw up. Very unprofessional, but I would expect nothing less from McDonalds.

The customer in front of me had left his receipt so I asked if he wanted it. The cashier than kind of matter of factly also offered it to him. So my turn to order. My usual order is the spicy chicken salad but with regular grilled nuggets. The cashier wasn't sure how to input that so the manager arrived to assist. I showed him my app and how it's one of my regular orders. Finally the order was placed. The scanner for the app and earning rewards is oddly placed on the side of the beverage dispensers. It was quite challenging to use. I paid for my order and no receipt. When I asked for one the cashier said it must be out of paper. And that's it! No attempt to get me a receipt. There was a line behind me so I didn't push for it. My order was delivered to the table and I noticed bacon on my salad. I approached the counter and asked the manager if the Southwest salad now came with bacon. He said no and a new salad was made. This was probably the worst ChickFilA experience I've ever had. Fortunately I'm almost never in this area.

The host walked us passed 3 empty but not yet bused tables all in a row. When we finally sat down and ordered, our food all came out except one frittata that arrived 18 minutes after everyone else's plates. No apology or acknowledgement of the unacceptable time lapse. Truly one of the most frustrating and unacceptable experiences because it was all mismanaged and a lack of understanding of how to operate a restaurant and how to deal with customers.
