It's been a minute since my last Arby's review - five years ago in Richmond. I just don't hit this roast beef fast food place very often. A bummer because today's experience was really good. I was on foot with my car being serviced nearby so this ended up a positive choice. Arby's has an app like the other fast food chains. Busy at lunchtime today, I was able to find a seat at the hightop table facing the counter area. After connecting to their wifi, I installed the Arby's app and made an order. Super easy and it wasn't more than five minutes later, my name was called. Roast beef sandwich was tasty, cooked the way Arby's does - medium well and sliced very thin. The condiments area had Arby's Sauce and Horsey Sauce (a creamy horseradish). That went really well with the beef. Instead of fries, I chose the mac & cheese balls. These were hot and delicious. Bummer there's only four in there because I could pop these all day. The restaurant was busy but clean. The same guy taking orders was also out in the dining area spraying and wiping down tables when he didn't have customers at the register. Went here for some food before work with an old gift card I had. Service was very quick, order was correct with all sides, sauces etc. and it all tasted pretty good, nothing cold or anything like that. People like to hate on Arby's but it was honestly on point, no complaints. Can't ask for anything more out of a fast food place. read more

I came in early because I was having my car stereo worked on across the street. I wasn't even sure they we're open before 10:30am, but glad they we're. The girl at the counter was pleasant, smiling and cute. She gave a good impression and that goes a long way. I just ordered something to snack on, and the food came quick and was good and fresh. The table I sat at was clean, but there were some curly fries on the floor there.... not a big deal, BUT it made me curious. What time do they start serving curly fries here???? A quick place to grab lunch on the go! Obviously not the healthiest, but we all know that. The store is clean and neat. The manager took my order and was very friendly. The food came out quickly and everything tasted good and was hot & fresh. No issues with this store, I would come back if I were in the area. read more

The food is good but it's never crowded in their restaurant. Possibly the location partly could be the service. I had to repeatedly ask the counter staff gal what she said and after the 3rd time I thought.... I hope she stays in school cause she is not capable of customer service.. I eventually gave up ... . In the end it cost me double as the counter staff double billed us on drinks and it took a Manager to undo what she charged us. Maybe she was new ? Maybe she was not ? Either way we could not understand her mumbling and it was to our disadvantage... we ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches which is their main staple / standard... and added a shake in place of a drink ( should have been an up charge not 3 drinks) . Anyway the food was good .... listening to the kitchen help banter the whole time over top of the music was unexpected and annoying. All in all it was just an overpriced meal with way too loud staff in an empty restaurant. Would I recommend it? Sure if you use the drive thru .... inside experience not so much. read more

I was a little nervous when I saw the low rating, but it was what the family wanted for dinner. So, we went through the drive-thru and had a 4-person order with a couple of modifications. The lady was so patient and kind, and really worked hard to make sure our order was perfect. She read the whole thing back to me exactly how we ordered it. I haven't seen this kind of service at a fast food place in a long while! Good job lady! You restored my faith in Arby's in Pineville. Visit this location several times before. Food was fresh, prepared quickly. Service was friendly and helpful. Dinning room...all the tables were dirty. Food better than the normal burger chain so understand the slightly higher price. Will come back read more

Absolutely INEDIBLE!!! I tried on 2 different occasions to give this place a chance to serve SOMETHING for human consumption. NOPE. No 3rd chances with MY wallet or stomach! I don't normally give bad reviews. Only when my experience is ridiculous. Congrats to this location for being so consistent. Went to drive thru both times. Service-acted like they shouldn't be there either. Food-old, dry, & colder than a bad mother-in-law. Everything went in the trash. TWICE. Even the Coke's mix was off. NO redeeming qualities. And this is coming from a long time fan of Arby's. That's right. I said it. I LOVE Arby's! Curly fries. Onion rolls. Cheese sauce. And they have the MEATS!! Mmmm. Drooool. What's not to love? A friend wanted to meet here for lunch... it was like I walked into 1983. From a marketing perspective, the ambiance simply failed. The materials used in building the dining room and restrooms was passable in 1970, not in 2015. There was peeling laminate that had clearly been glued many times. The restroom walls were that purposely bumpy textured material that you used to see in old mobile homes that had also been repainted many times over the years. Their color pallet revolved around this grimy blue/grey color and cream. How is that representative of Arby's? Bad, just really bad all the way around. I thought about the carpet and how old it must be, but I tried not to focus on that or how slippery the dining area floor was. EW! Then comes the food. Wow. I ate a few curly fries and threw my $8.00 chicken bacon swiss in the trash. The chicken didn't taste right and had a weird texture. I'm not 100% sure it was ever a real chicken. Considering that their current promotional tag line is "We have the meats...", I was kinda shocked by the low quality chicken I was served. I left still hungry of course so had to rush into the QT gas station to grab a fruit cup before hurrying back to work. I think it's a sad day when a $3 gas station fruit cup is a better option than an $8 sandwich meal. I guess James Earl Jones is getting all their extra money because every corner that could be cut at this location has already been cut, there's simply nowhere lower to go from where they stand today. We visited at 1:00pm on a Friday; there were 4 customers inside and 1 car in the drive thru. They had a "now hiring" sign, but I can't imagine what for... based solely on my experience today, I'd recommend closing the doors and trying something else completely. read more

The specialty sandwiches here are LAME! Pay good money for food and you barely get any turkey, 2 lame pieces of bacon and 2 small ass tomato slices. This was not the first time either. Posting now cause getting tired of this place. Lame food AND I gotta sit there and hear all the loud counter workers business. Management is worse, yelling shit across the restaurant. Worst Arby's in the planet. Waited 15 minutes for food, when asked were it was "coming right out they said". Another 10 minutes later I asked for a refund and the manager was very rude and never even offered an apology. There were only two orders ahead of me, utterly ridiculous . Usually a bit pricey for me but ordered the Farmhouse salad with roasted turkey and lt. Italian dressing at $4.99. Let me tell you that is a delicious salad and under 300 cal. with light dressing; can't go wrong. A bit slow getting it but that's due to them making it fresh. read more
