Their spot is huge and I've never seen them actually use more than half of the registers at one time, even on busier seasonal rush days. Prices are the same as any other location nearby. Quality is the same too. Service isn't super fast or with a smile. It doesn't give you the warm fuzzies that somehow every other Chick-fil-A manages to give. I never once heard "my pleasure" or felt like people appreciated my business. Out of convenience alone I'll likely be returning. But wouldn't recommend it to anyone going out of their way. I'm willing to pay Chick-fil-A's prices in part because of the excellent service they usually provide.

I gave this location a SECOND chance after a previous bad experience because I believe in giving businesses the opportunity to do better. Apparently, that was too much to ask. I walked in ready to order food, only to be told by the cashier that they were "done cooking for the day." ‍ The best part? You were still OPEN. So apparently the new Chick-fil-A business model is: "We're open... but we're not actually serving food." Interesting strategy. I regularly use Chick-fil-A for catering for my business, so I'm not someone who just walked in once and never spent money with the company. I have consistently given Chick-fil-A my business because I expected a certain level of service and reliability. But after this experience, I'm done. I can take my catering dollars to plenty of other restaurants that will actually be open during their posted business hours and willing to serve customers. And before someone responds with the usual "We're sorry you had this experience, please contact us," let me save everyone some time: I shouldn't have to contact corporate to explain why a restaurant should be serving customers while it's still open. If you're going to stop cooking and stop taking orders early, change your hours. It's really that simple. I gave this location a second chance. There will not be a third. Management: Please do better. Your customers, and the businesses spending money with you, deserve better than this.

The wings weren't huge, I prefer that ... I personally get skeptical on terminator sized wings . It's a nice addition to the standard Asian, Italian, and sandwich shops you find in a mall food court. However it is a legit traditional restaurant because everyone is Indian. You stand in line to order from the counter and they call your name to pick it up. The line moves fast for ordering and pickup. We will come back and try a few more things and hopefully not forget to ask for mild! ;)
