After reading all the negative reviews I was a little scared to come, but my kids finished hockey and we had a long drive back to our hotel. The workers were a little quiet but overall helpful and took our order quick. My kids sat down and by the time I got back to the pick up area our food was ready. That was the quickest I've ever had an order ready at a Chick-fil-a. Food was what you would expect. Would have given it 5 starts but it's fast food in a mall court, and the workers could have been a little happier like they are at most Chick-fil-a. Overall very nice. As far as the ambiance it's in side of a mall but overall pretty decent. read more

Sep 6, 2025 CAROLINA PLACE MALL Ordered 2 chicken nuggets for kids on line. First when I got to the Chick-fil-a counter they had no record of me ordering this. Second I had no chocolate milk in the bag which was ordered. Third I got home I had fried nuggets and not baked. Fourth I had ordered Mac and Cheese and got fries. Terrible Service. I ordered an 8 Count nugget meal, along with a kale side salad. The boy that took my order was polite and said it would be about 5-10 minutes. I waited in line for over 20 minutes for my food, I had to ask a worker and they said just a few more minutes. When I received the food, my fries were missing, and there were no sauces in the bag. Extremely slow service. We made a mobile order and it took over 25 mins waiting in line in the drive thru to get our food and it wasn't ready when we got there on time. Not the worst Chick-fil-A I've been to, but far from the best. They at least seem to have the full menu at this location. It's conveniently located in the mall food court. Their spot is huge and I've never seen them actually use more than half of the registers at one time, even on busier seasonal rush days. Prices are the same as any other location nearby. Quality is the same too. Service isn't super fast or with a smile. It doesn't give you the warm fuzzies that somehow every other Chick-fil-A manages to give. I never once heard "my pleasure" or felt like people appreciated my business. Out of convenience alone I'll likely be returning. But wouldn't recommend it to anyone going out of their way. I'm willing to pay Chick-fil-A's prices in part because of the excellent service they usually provide. read more

Went through the drive through about 20 min before closing. The food we received was cold. Went back around to have them remake it and was told that the food was not cold it was just made. The manager continued to argue and asked for the card to give a refund and would not remake the food. He then asked for the food back and closed and locked the window with my card. After a few seconds the card was thrown back into my car without the refund.... Worst Chick-fil-A on the planet. read more

This was my first Chick-fil-a experience and I have to say I was pretty impressed for a fast food chain. The service was very friendly and quick. As soon as an employee saw a customer standing nearby looking at the menu they immediately stopped what they were doing and jumped onto a register. On my first trip here I went with the deluxe sandwich. Not knowing how things worked here I was surprised when they offered me sauce after I had placed my order. They had a range of choices of which I chose ranch. I figured this was for the fries to dip them, but I quickly figured out that its because their sandwiches do not come with anything on them. There was a little bit of a wait for my order which the employee let me know that they were waiting on fries for me. I don't mind waiting a minute or two to get fresh fries. The chicken must have been quite fresh too as I had to let the sandwich cool a bit before I could dig in. The fries were nice and crispy and hot and the sandwich was delicious. On my second trip here I went with the spicy deluxe sandwich. The chicken wasn't quite as fresh, but it was still a tasty sandwich. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went to grab some food around 130pm today. And the "Manager" extremely rude. I asked for a spicy deluxe sandwich and wanted to utilize my rewards . He began to tell me "only one will work" and said there is nothing I can do. As a manager you should be able to honor the coupon that I am clearly presenting you. Later to find out he rang me for a regular deluxe. I told him that I asked for a spicy deluxe only to be rudely cut off and says " no you didn't , that's cap" . Chick-fik-A if this is the quality of employees you hire to represent you it's no wonder why this location has low stars . And to the manager that works there I hope you read this. Either learn how to treat customers or get out of customer service because clearly you don't deserve to lead employees or be a manager. read more

The people who work here are very nice, especially considering some of the rude customers they deal with day to day. My issue is the food. The last few times I've gotten a chicken sandwich, the chicken didn't even cover the full bun.....it was TINY!! It almost feels like whoever owns it it serving the smaller chicken filets that belong on biscuits on their sandwiches too. It just doesn't seem consistent with Chick-fil-a size or quality. Seriously. This chain is defined by good service. manager waited on us. My son ordered number 2 combo PLAIN. Man says, "no pickle?" PLAIN. Repeat that again. PLAIN. Everything ready quickly except my son's sandwich, which they were having to cook a new one. 3 minutes he said. I'm patient. No worries. After 5 minutes he goes in the back, comes back and says, "30 seconds." No worries. Finally puts sandwich in bag and gives me my order. Fries were not only cold but undercooked. They had been sitting the whole time waiting. My sandwich was cold too. I removed the extra stuff from my son's sandwich, and took it to the manager, thinking he would WANT to know they made it wrong. I said just so you know, they didn't make it plain. I threw it away and headed back to sit down. At my table, my son said, "what did you say to him," so I explained I thought the manager would WANT to know we waited all that time and it was still wrong. No complaints, no being ugly. Just an FYI. My son said, "well, after you left he made a face and laughed at you." I checked the receipt. The order was rung up as "no pickle." It was his error. Oh well. WORST CHICK FIL A EVER. Watched customers upset that they witnessed someone in the back not wearing gloves while making everyone's meals during lunch time. When she asked for a manager, the guy not wearing gloves comes out. Apparently his name was Carlos and he was the manager. Overhearing their conversation, he was very rude to them and even made them throw away their own food and gave them a hard time wanting a refund. DISGUSTING. I've never been to a Chick Fil A that did not require wearing gloves when making food. I have no idea what apparently the manager, Carlos, has been touching. I had to leave the line, and will report it to the Health Department. Absolutely a disgrace for Chick Fil A for not having better standards and hiring better employees. read more

I had the most unpleasant experience EVER at Chick-fil-A! I will NEVER patronize the location again. My husband and I ordered our food and heard a Chick-fil-A manager speak condescendingly to another worker. I spoke to the Chil-fil-A personnel (Chip) who spoke to the other gentleman (like a child). I shared my experience as a customer hearing him address another human being in a manner that was 1) inappropriate for an adult to speak to anyone, 2) bad customer service for a customer to hear. I shared it as my 'experience' as a customer. He immediately became defensive, incensed and refuted my experience. I shared it as my experience and asked to speak to the manager and stated: "I want a refund". Another manager stated that I was 'combative' and Chip asked: "if I ate the food?". What????????? Why because I did not like the way he spoke to an employee and called out his disrespectful behavior? The owner happened to be on location and my husband and I shared the discord. We got a refund and an apology. An apology without change behavior is hot air! I will NEVER patronize any establishment that will belittle a human being in my presence and act as if it is normal - management or not! Very clean! Their sanitation rating was like 98.5, or 99.5! Very impressive for a small food-court location. Our visit was Tuesday evening abt 5:30pm. My daughter had a grilled chicken sandwich, and side of fruit. My daughter said it was hot, delicious, & the best chicken sandwich she's ever had! It also was a very big piece of chicken on the sandwich! The fruit was very very fresh & crispy - flavor was great! The guy at the counter that helped us was "Derrick" & her was extremely polite and even did a dance thru the door to the kitchen area. My daughter thought that was cool! Derrick even called us "young ladies". Very nice!! Give that man a paid day off Manager!! Will be eating here when we visit the Carolina Place Mall! read more
