Please get the orders correct! I came in today and ordered a jalapeno ranch club after being so excited seeing it on the app and was sadly very disappointed. The club had a normal bun even though it was advertised coming with a cool new ranch bun and my club had no lettuce on it which is my favorite topping! The server in the store was kind and I'm upset that I waited until I got home to open my sandwich because now I can't get it fixed. Disappointed in my local Chick-fil-A. read more

It started by the lady at the registers that was totally ignoring us as she kept looking at the soda machine. Few minutes later another person came over to help but she was too distracted with the people in the back to pay attention to taking our order. Had to repeat 3x. They left things off the tray. I previously had left a poor review due to multiple 20 minute waits for just two milkshakes, but Chik Fil A, or at least this location, must really pay attention to the reviews because my service has been top notch ever since then. No matter what I order it comes out for curbside pickup in about 2 minutes max. Nothing is ever missing and the food is hot. I have not had a single issue with the service or food quality since last summer. In fact, the first order I picked up after my last post came out in about 30 seconds from the time I ordered. That's amazing. I sometimes have orders that include a half dozen different sauces and even those are always right. Never a missing straw, napkin, or anything. Great job! read more

Place was awesome before renovation. After renovations, I'm a little confused about what they accomplished. The inside is small and there is no seating. The drive thru is the same. I miss the old place. read more

When i ended up turning in they were screaming "awww we have another customer", right off the bat rude customer service. When I was ordering she was also getting very short with me, I understand they are younger, but this is common respect. When Chick Fil-A says F' You!!! Make your own D@%m sandwich lol. No for real though, my wife got home and only realize that she had to put her own sandwich together for the first time ever. Lesson learned..."do not go during dinner time" and order a #1 with wheat bread...or you receive a piece of chicken with cheese on the side in foil and bread in a sealed pack. First time ever that customer service was not great! Considering the high value placed on customer service, very surprised by team member's behavior at window. After my, "good morning" greeting, replied with "What's the name", then handed my breakfast to me, barely looking at me! lol More concerned about him and his impact on customers especially as Mother's Day weekend approaches. You don't know which mom will drive-thru and get caught off-guard by such service and leave more discouraged then when they came! Trust me, when my kids were elementary age, I couldn't wait to drive-thru this location for a smile and a bowl of oatmeal! :) Called manager about what happened just as an FYI! Today I went through the drive thru to grab a quick lunch. I was greeted by a young gentleman standing outside in 50 degree weather ready to take my order. He was polite and friendly. When I arrived at the pick up window, I was greeted by name (as the first gentleman asked for it). I easily used point from my app to pay for part of my order and cash for the rest. Before the one lady even finished getting my change my order was being handed to me by another lady. Service here is fast and friendly and always makes you feel good. My food was hot and tasty! This is our local Chick-fil-A, 95% of the time the food is fresh and tastes great. The few times it has been less then good have been the nuggets tasted dried out or the service was slower then usual... These are exceptions to the norm however. read more

This is one of the nicest CFA's I have been too. Always clean, service is quick and order is almost always right.

I go here a lot and without fail my order is incorrect when ordering drive thru or curbside. If I order a salad the dressing is not in the bag. If I order a meal the fries are not in the bag. If I order no tomatoes you guessed it tomato is on the sandwich. The parking area is always so congested that you can barely get in to park. I love that the workers are always so polite but sheesh can you all do a better job with checking to ensure every is in the bag that a customer has paid for. read more

Got asked to move from my booth so they could sweep and mop. I'd been in there a couple hours studying so guess they thought I was an unwanted nuisance. I do purchase a meal there every single time though, once a week, in the morning when it's not crowded. I was pretty shocked at the request and felt it very out of line. Every time I stop by this location I end up regretting it because of the time it takes them. Today, I went at around 3 pm. There were probably 8 cars in front of me, so not terribly busy by Chick-fil-A standards. It took 20 mins for me to order and get my food. You go to Chick-fil-A for the service and because it's quick. This location does not provide that and it's clear from other reviews that I'm not the only one who has noticed. The staff at this location is awesome. The amount of effort they put out to be friendly is great. If you have a small kid, eating in is awesome. They keep the place clean - someone is always walking around and wiping down tables, getting you refills, it's very odd for a fast food chain. The playhouse is where my kid spends his time! You can sit and relax and watch for a bit while your kid plays. Afterwards - exchange their toy for a small ice cream cone too! Yes it's not the cheapest fast food place, but I'm willing to pay more to get a smile from the person taking my order and a bathroom I can wash my kids hands in and not feel like I need hand sanitizer for him as well when we walk out! Chicken is chicken - it's not healthier than McD's, but it's also tastier than their chicken. Ice Cream here is pretty tasty - try the frozen coffee - it's coffee with Ice Cream mixed together and is really good! Their breakfast is actually really good - their Sausage, egg and cheese biscuit is crazy good - and loaded with all the natural cholesterol and fat you'll need for the entire day in one meal! But if you want to eat healthy - get a salad! read more

Hi fellow food comment people. I always get so much food here that I unbutton by pants. Chick fil a used to be good at first I didn't like it but then I did and now the fries are soggy. Everyone is still nice (hence the two stars). But the soggy fries ruin the whole thing but when you get the fries well done they are still not perfect. I think these people need to read Goldilocks. The staff are usually good here, although here are a few bad eggs that like to make out with their boyfriends in the parking lot. The food is always hot, and always tasty, and the order is never wrong, but not the cheapest because the place has a lot of overhead and stupid billboards to pay for. All in all, I eat here a lot, and keep going back because it's f'ing Chik-fil-a, and there is crack in the food, but the wait in the drive-thru is just ridiculous... 2.5 mins per car, and there are usually about ten in front of me no matter when I go through. That's a long time to wait after a fifteen hour day. With a staff of like fifteen at any given time, I don't understand the wait. It's an excellent location if you go inside, know what you want, and don't mind ten bucks per person for fast food, but the drive-thru trap has to be dealt with before they find an aging corpse in the line. read more

Last three visits included large waffle fry half full, wrong drink, no salad dressing, outside order takers being distracted/indifferent and over socializing between the staff. Everytime I go to this Chick-Fil-A I leave in a better mood than when I came in! The entire staff here is so polite and amazing! One of their employees literally just walked me to my car in the pouring rain while holding an umbrella over my head so I wouldn't get wet, meanwhile he's getting soaked!! We love this location. It's always very clean and the staff is always very friendly. People always complain that Chick-fil-a is overpriced fast food, but if you compare the quality of their food to other fast food joints, it's actually not overpriced at all. We eat at Chick-fil-a frequently because they offer healthy options and they make it supper easy to count our nutritional macros! Just because people are in a hurry, that doesn't mean we should have to compromise our nutrition and health for cheap fast food. Chick-fil-a is the best fast food option out there! read more

The place is always packed I don't get it!! It's overpriced fast food. Portions are small. You can go to Viva Chicken get real fresh chicken of the bone for the same price but the portions are 2x the size. Your full when you are done eating. I never feel full after eating here. Normally I love this chick-fil-a, they are always super nice and never get my order wrong. Today I tried the mobile ordering and decided to go to the drive thru. Everything was fine until I got home and realized they forgot to give me hash browns for both of the meals I ordered. I wouldn't be that mad but I did pay for them and want what I payed for. I'd understand more if i would have placed my order there, but they had my order ahead of time. 3/5 for other past visits things have been good, but can't say I'll be trying the mobile ordering again. read more
