Authentic NY Pizza at its finest! Great atmosphere and super friendly staff. Always fully staffed which leads me to believe it's a great place to work.

Wow! Had no idea this place was that good!! The meat lovers pizza was enormous and we also ordered a gluten free pizza which was delicious, and its hard to find a good GF pizza! Prices are super reasonable for what you get and service was good!

Very good! Ordered at the counter and then the team delivers to your table. Team was very pleasant and polite.

Solid pizza, chicken rolls, and other Brooklyn pizza parlor favorites right in Wesley Chapel. The line was steady but moving quickly on Friday night and this place has tons of seating for a neighborhood pizza parlor. Roughly 12 options for slices plus chicken rolls, stuffed pizzas, calzones, wings, and pin wheels (eager to order some next time). Service is quick and most items come out in 10 minutes or less. Good local spot to grab a slice or two along with a brew.

This happened 6 months ago but never posted here. We have not been back and continue to inform people of this and tell them never to support this business. ACCESS ISSUE Brooklyn Pizza in Waxhaw/Matthews NC I've been here numerous times with my service dogs and not once have I had an access issue until today. I attempted to educate to be returned with excuse after excuse, I'm still seated and being served but they're doing it with major attitude. Do better Brooklyn Pizza, why only after my years of coming here are you starting this up. Not a way to treat your disabled customers.

    Garbage.

These days, it seems that prices keep going up and somehow the quality goes down. I got a Greek salad with chicken to go today and I wouldn't feed it to my dog. The cold refrigerated chicken looks gray and mealy, the lettuce is wilted and nearly bad, they put rock hard crumbled Parmesan cheese instead of feta, cherry tomatoes were almost rotten. If I were in the restaurant I would've thrown this across the room aiming for the idiot that made it. Totally done with this ripoff restaurant. It's a crime they call themselves "Brooklyn Pizza" There's alternatives folks, go someplace else.

    Lunch pizza-Buffalo checked and white-delish!

The service is horrible. They act like you are bothering them. "Run out" of slices an hour before close and say they can't bake anymore.

Meatball sub was good. They tasted good. One thing with the south is they can't nail to rolls. Other than that overall good.

Average pizza. Calzones were barely cooked. Disappointing...at best. Just not what I was thinking it would be.

i actually really don't like pizza, my husband and dad wanted to try this place and i actually…read morereally enjoyed it from a non pizza loving standpoint. Cute inside, nice vibe, little pricey but honestly worth it

I visited Inizio Pizza Napoletana with my boyfriend while we were in Charlotte meeting up with one…read moreof his friends, and it ended up being a really enjoyable experience. I'll admit I was initially a little hesitant, but the food won me over quickly. The three of us all ordered different pizzas so we could try a variety of options. I ordered the Davila, my boyfriend had the Tuscan, and his friend ordered the Stella. Every pie was very well executed. The crust provided a great foundation--light with a good chew--and the ingredients tasted fresh and thoughtfully paired. Each pizza had its own distinct flavor profile while still feeling balanced and authentic. The dessert menu was also surprisingly strong. They offered a good variety of gelato flavors, and unlike some restaurants where desserts feel like an afterthought, these clearly felt traditionally made and carefully considered. One of the highlights of the evening was the lemon blueberry cannoli. The flavor profile was bright, fresh, and perfect for spring. The shells also tasted house-made, which is always an automatic plus in my book. I also really appreciated the restaurant's effort toward sustainability. Their compostable takeout containers and other environmentally conscious touches stood out to me. I'd love to eventually see them continue moving in that direction by phasing out plastic cups and offering more environmentally friendly alternatives for bottled drinks as well. My only real criticism had to do with the atmosphere during part of the evening. Someone I believe may have been one of the owners was seated nearby with his child while also seemingly trying to check on the restaurant. I completely understand that parents sometimes need to bring children along, especially in hospitality, but the child was repeatedly running across the restaurant and weaving through dining areas in a way that became somewhat disruptive to nearby tables. It would have been nice to see a bit more preparation to help keep them occupied during service. That said, the quality of the food really stood out, and overall Inizio Pizza Napoletana was a memorable stop during our trip to Charlotte. I'd absolutely return again for the pizza and desserts alone.
