Welp, I held out for long enough and I'm finally fed up enough to give a review/warning. I love the place. The Burgers and fries are great. They have apple pies that taste like what McDonalds used to serve over 15 years ago before they got cheap with them. My problem with them is however they organize putting the order together into the bag. 95% of the time I go there, there's something wrong. Most of the time, it's that they don't give me my dipping sauce. For most places, I wouldn't care about the mistake and just eat my meal. However, unlike most other places, this franchise charges $0.50 for a dipping cup and you don't get a complimentary one. Other times, I'm missing my apple pie. Luckily, It takes me 2 seconds looking in the bag to notice because they have this annoying protocol of having drive through customers pull forward, away from the window to wait on your food (unlike other places, it's not because 1 item you ordered is being made and allowing other customers to get their food and go around you while you wait). It turns into me rushing to open the bag and find a problem before they disappear into the building. Now come to today. Same old, same old. They managed to remember my dipping cup but forgot my entire apple pie. Waved them down, got it and took off. Fast forward to getting home and I open my burger to find that my double is suddenly a single with jalapenos on it. I have never been to any food place that forgets and messes my order up more frequently than I have here. It's not a food problem, I love the food. It's a problem with the people working in it, which is more than likely because of whatever very specific way the franchise wants their workers to do things. If you go here, make sure you have everything you paid for. You will probably need to be vigilant here more so that any other place you've gone to combined. read more

Second, very sad they forgot to give me my fresh fried onion rings. Shame on me, should've checked the bag and I didn't. In my defense? There was nobody in the parking lot - I was the only one in the drive-through lol! Omg WHERE do I even begin Took my daughter Courtneey (yes with two e's because we're DIFFERENT) to Watter Burger because she said it was "a vibe." A vibe for WHO??? Firstly the bun was wetter than the school run in November. I didn't order a spa treatment for my burger Sharon. It slid out my hands like it was trying to escape accountability. I finally returned to a Whataburger! The first time was many, many years ago in Lakeland, Florida and that location is now gone. All of a sudden this franchise is making a resurgence and I'm not really sure why. Maybe it's the 24 X 7 operation, drive-thru, curb side and sit down options. It's a good burger. I've had much better and much worse I wouldn't put it in my top 5 but it's a fast food burger so take that into consideration. I had the Monterey Melt, I did the drive-thru at about 11a on a Sunday morning, there was no one in front of me or behind me. The lady told me, I needed to pull forward, they were working on my order. No big deal, I knew it was going to be fresh and hot off the grill. It also gave me an opportunity to go inside and check it out. The first thing that got my attention was a sign on the Kiosk, 'out of order' I was also surprised that every table had a poinsettia on it, right it's the 4th of January. The melt was good, two tasty burger patties and a fresh and tasty bun. It comes with grilled onions and peppers, Monterey and American cheese and their jalapeño ranch sauce which was almost like Thousand Island dressing. It was filling but a bit pricey at $11 bucks. The guy at the main counter greeted me when I entered and the told me to have a good day when I left so that was nice. It's in a difficult to access location on a very busy and densely built location near the new Target and CostCo stores. First time at the Whataburger and not bad but not amazing either. I will say service was fantastic so no complaints there. The fries were a bit bland and lacking flavor. The burger wasn't bad though. I mean for a fast food burger it was pretty good. The inside was a bit dirty though so they can use some cleaning but otherwise not a bad experience. read more

My husband loves Whataburger. I think it's just okay. It's fast food hamburger place but there are options for chicken. We usually dine in. It's always crowded. You can order at the counter or at a kiosk. I've tried a few things, but not overly impressed with anything. I've had the avocado bacon burger, classic single, grilled chicken and buffalo chicken strips sandwich. The toast for the avocado burger didn't holdupto the sandwich and it a lot of avocado. Buffalo chicken had a strange taste like it was too oily. So I'm pretty basic liking just a single burger or grilled chicken sandwich. Fries and onion rings are just okay. I will say my daughter likes the kids meals here because you can get fruit salnackswith it. Service has varied each time we visited. read more

I have been curious about this place since I have people I know in Texas that rave about the restaurant. I haven't been in the area since they opened so I decided to try it out. I ordered through their app and chose the curbside option. It appeared in the app that you can't select the drive through. I ordered the cheese and bacon burger with onion rings and a large sweet tea. A good simple option to see the taste before going crazy with options. The sweet tea was huge (44oz) and was sweet but not overly. The onion rings were cooked well and the coating stayed on them and had a great crunch. The burger was ok nothing spectacular but more visits can help work on that with the options selected for toppings to find out if there is a really good combination. Did it today with wife. A mob scene at lunch, but it is new, so not surprised. They like you to customize your order and are prepared to do it, and at least this first time, got it right. Read what is included so you can delete items and then look at what is available and make some choices. Ordered a double, without cheese or tomato and with mayo ($10.79). I made it a meal so received medium fries and a HUGE beverage. Wife ordered a double junior, same customization ($4.79). They did put cheese on it so $.55 is part of that $4.79 price. Observations: The hamburger patties are very thin but the buns are soft and rather large. If you only had a single patty, you would be eating bread and condiments. Suggest you go for a double or triple. Also, and why this rating is a 3-star, is that the burgers are pretty flavorless. The meat flavor is masked by the thin patty and the bun with condiments. You try it and see what I mean. Dine in and drive through are open 24/7. Amazing. Parking is limited, so park across the road to park in the Target lot. There is a walkway. Interior has limited seating but their staff are continually cleaning up. read more

I guess this location just opened in August but it took 8 minutes for fries and a diet and there wasn't event a line. No cars in front of me and parking lot wasn't that busy. This was my first time ever at a Whataburger and was shocked that is was .40 for two sauces for a large fry. I asked if one comes with it and it's just ketchup that's free. Sooo, not impressed. I'm used to Whataburger because they're common in Texas. This one is having issues. I went through today for the first time at this location and our order was wrong. We ordered 3 Double burger meals and ended up with Two that were singles. The bread was overcooked on one. The fries were cold and flavorless. Food was abysmal, the whataburger, all you taste is bun, the meat was dried out and so thin. The spicy chicken was thin and burnt. Even at the coupon price (basically half off) we will never return. Looks absoultly nothing like the pictures. Food is better at Mc donalds. read more

Tried again today, triple burger without tomato and fries. The fries were good no complaints, the burger was awful, no flavor and very dry (both times). No thanks. I ordered the Jr Whataburger with onion rings. I waited for about 10 minutes for my order. I live 1.5 miles away and brought it home. It was cold and the tomatoes were very underripe. I'll admit, it was a busy Friday night for my first time. I can excuse the wait because, well, it was busy. But that can't excuse the only mediocre food quality. You may want to wait a bit before checking out this new Whataburger. They were still in chaos at 1:45 today. Took over 20 minutes to get food. It was way over cooked and the staff there isn't very friendly - likely due to the previous "chaos" comment. So far this juice isn't worth the squeeze. Showed up at 7:45Pm, took 20 minutes to get our food. The only thing that was right in the order was the fries/onion rings. Coke machine was out of any of the flavors, just carbonated water for most and the counters were a mess of spilled and dried soda, no straws. Staff was as openly making fun of other customers. Two people came in while we were waiting b/c their orders were wrong. When we finally did get our food, it wasn't worth trying to explain that every part was wrong - burgers had toppings that they weren't supposed to have and weren't the right burgers - it was a mess. Will not be going back, for what I paid for the food we could have, and should have, gone to any of the other closer fast food places. Terrible experience and would not recommend read more

My first experience and it was not so great, the food was prepared incorrect at first and once it was corrected I must say the food was less than presentable. The toasted buns were rather dark, more like burnt/overcooked. I hope it gets better but as for now, I would not recommend or return in the foreseeable future. read more

Drive thru took like 30-40 minutes to get order and it was all ice cold and not good. Kids refused to eat it. Won't be going back.

Definitely still needs work and employee training but would go back when it's been open longer. We ordered two things and both were wrong so not sure what happened but it was packed so we just ate it. We even had to park across and walk over. read more

Should have trusted the reviews. Never tried them before... Initially it looked promising, inside reminded me of an in-n-out. Fries were good - skinny cut, well seasoned, but only semi-warm. It all went downhill from there. Burgers are just bad. Overcooked, tasteless, skinny little slices of beef. More toppings than meat. Would have preferred a smaller bun and thicker burger.
