I really should have known better. I haven't been to this McDonald's or any McDonald's for a very long time and thought I'd give them another chance. Wrong! I am far too lazy to type everything that went wrong. First thing is the floor was wet and very slippery. No sign, btw. I hope no one falls today. I was overcharged with no apology and no refund. They said I used their horrible app wrong. I reluctantly downloaded it because the offers were enticing but ended up not only getting the offer but paying way more than the usual price. Needless to say, deleted the app and was very much reminded why McDonald's is at the very bottom of the fast food chain. It's okay my body and general health will thank me for it. We arrived in the drive through at 10:35 with one car ahead of us waiting to put their order in. We noticed that the person on the intercom was being super rude, but didn't think much of it. It's the 4th of July and they probably don't want to be there. We get it... they turn the lights out over the drive through at 10:45. We pull up to the intercom right after the lights go out and they refused to take our order. They never came to the intercom to take our order. story time guys i was feeling quite parched and starved after a hard soccer practice. what better to eat than quick and CHEAP (because im broke) Mcdonald's. i walked in and quickly ordered on the kiosk. I then sat down and my food was ready quickly.... cool. I opened up my bag of what was supposed to be a no onion double patty burger and 10 nuggets, and a cup of sprite. what i got was a onion covered SINGLE patty burger and a box of cold chicken nuggets and the drink was inside empty. Im so hungry i dont even care, i started to FEAST. This is where shit gets crazy. When i went to go fill up my drink at the fountain, a toothless homeless woman dressed up in the normal state-mandated Mcdonald's uniform quickly approaches me. I was startled not gonna lie. Long story short: Mobile order took 40 minutes. Missing a sandwich. Went to drive thru and the guy asked me to close and reopen the mobile app and to give him the code. Dont know why, but I got a text alert from my credit card saying there's additional purchase of $5 from this location. Explained it to Manager, she kept asking for paper receipt for the $5. (Oh and yes they said they missed a sandwich but never apologized, no biggie for me). I said, I did not order that $5 so how can I have a receipt? I do have the text message from my credit card. But she refused to see it. She said: okay just this time, ok? Which implied I just made the story up to get $5. If she's sucpicious, just go and confirm with the cashier, and she can also just take a peek at the notif alert in my phone. She proceeded to get me the $5 but not before she WAVED IT TO MY FACE! And said: here's your $5! I was in disbelief and tried to explain again. She stopped me and said: "You already got your $5. Have a good day! Then she turned her back and walked away and yelled "Liar!" That is a Manager?? Really?? The rating for this branch is so bad, I was thinking how worse can it get with my additional 0 rating? Worst. McDonald's. Ever. I don't normally frequent McDs on those occasions that I order fast food. However Tim & I were super busy when we were moving into our new house. Since we didn't have time to cook, he stopped to grab something quick on the way home. He ordered me a grilled chicken sandwich with No mayo. When he got home & gave me my sandwich, I discovered that they DIDN'T PUT THE CHICKEN IN MY CHICKEN SANDWICH!! So he goes back the next morning to complain and he was told that "some people order it that way". He politely told them he ordered a chicken sandwich with No mayo not with no chicken & would like a refund. The "morning manager" said it wasn't up to him, and that Tim would have to go back at night to speak to the "night manager". WTH?! Needless to say, we would never give this store our business again. read more

This might be the worst drive-through layout ever. People will just block the entrance and exit because of how it's laid out. The dual lines do not make things faster - but luckily after waiting for your simple happy meal or iced coffee - you'll be happy to know that it will still be wrong half the time. Our last visit has us ordering 2 Happy meal - both were handed without fries in them. The plain milk and coke that was ordered was instead replaced with chocolate milks. read more

When you ask a person standing behind a register if they are open and taking orders, you typically expect a response of some kind. Simply saying "yes" or "no" would constitute a classic, if not bare bones response. Tack on "sir" to that and you have all the elements of perfectly genuine and normal human interaction. But to not respond at all, nor show any visual acknowledgement that I, a real person, am standing directly in front of you and have verbalized a question makes me ponder larger societal questions that I had not anticipated thinking about when I set out on my quest for my egg mcmuffin. The crowds of unserved people around me confirmed that this interaction was indicative of larger issues, and a poorly managed restaurant generally. After sitting at the order window for 5 minutes with nothing being said, I pulled up where they refused to take my order at the window. After getting in the back of the long line for the second time, the employee was very rude to me while ordering at the window. Once at the window to pay and pick up my food the employee stated "I will help you with when you get off the phone" and slammed the window. The only positive thing about the experience is that this is the first time at the location that my order has not been wrong. If you like to go home and find a Chicken Nugget Kids Meal...without the chicken nuggets. If you like watching employees behind the counter checking their emails on their iPhones and then eating fries while you are waiting for your order. I live right near this McDonalds. I've never been to a slower, more unorganized drive thru than here. There's always a long wait, usually 10-15 mins before they ever ask your order in drive thru. Also they've told me "sometimes we can't get our mics to switch to the outside lines speaker" So you're just not gonna take my order. If the thing doesn't work label it. I am currently sitting in this drive they since 6:40pm (it's not 6:57) and I still haven't gotten to pay They don't know how to run a drive thru properly. This is ridiculous! Went for a simple cup of black coffee for my dad on a Saturday morning and sat in the drive through and were never acknowledged. So we left and went to Starbucks. Sunday morning he wanted another cup of coffee after the gym. We tried McDonald's again only this time he went inside. He was not acknowledged standing at the counter while the staff was waiting on people who were obviously their family seated in the restaurant. I drive a autocycle (Polaris Slingshot) but was not allowed to use the drive thru at this location on my last visit. I know a motorcycle is not allowed in the drive thru at McDonalds but don't understand the logic behind not allowing an autocycle. I tried to tell the girl at the window that an autocycle is not a motorcycle. You sit down in a seat, steer it with a steering wheel and use peddles for the gas and brakes like a car. From the drivers seat you would think you were in a small convertible sports car but I got no where with her and she repeated that I would have to come in to order. This is the only McDonalds, or any drive through for that matter, where I have not been allowed to use the drive thru. Has anyone else had this happen and does anyone know why this McDonalds won't allow autocycles? I had been through this drive thru several times before with no problem but once I was told by the casher that she had to check to see if she could take my order. After checking with someone she then did take my order. I don't know why this last time I was told no way. The first time I ended up driving off because I got to the window to pay and after a couple minutes I went to the front window to look back and see someone at the first window.
