Seared. Charred. Grilled. Toasted. Do something to add character and flavor, please. This place understands. Within a few minutes my 1/6 pound beef hot dog was delivered. Charred dog, grilled bun, diced onions, tangy sauerkraut, and yellow mustard just as I asked. Mmmmm! Pro tip: both the hot dog and burger buns are brioche, and are then buttered before finishing on the grill. For me, it was too rich.
