I went here thinking be like any other McDonald's pretty good usually but then in the food, I started eating stuff that tasted like it was made in 2010 if you told me it was I'd believe you 100% without a doubt SO STALE ,there were plastic in the chicken nuggets. I went to a different one and found out that there's plastic in all of the chicken nuggets, but food is disgusting. I don't usually stop at McDonald's to eat their "food" and this time I was asked to specifically stop here and get some food for a friend. I went through the drive thru and there was a long line as usually because I see it from the highway whenever I pass. The line moved slowly and I could hear customers in front of me having to repeat their orders and getting frustrated. When it was my time to order at the menu board, I wasn't greeted with a custom McDonald's greeting but a "yes, can I take your order". Quite honestly I wasn't expecting first class service when I heard this and when I placed my order, the employee was somewhat unprofessional and flippant. I did have to repeat my order several times and before leaving the menu board, I asked them to repeat my order and this seemed to annoy them. It's a good thing I did ask because they got the order wrong. When I got to the drive thru window, the cashier was going through the motions with no greeting and only waiting for my credit card. Once, I got my order, I checked to make sure everything was there and they forgot the fries. Honestly, how do you forget the fries??? Needless to say that this was my first and last trip to this McDonald's or any other if I can help it. When I explain the incident to my friend, they seemed shocked until they read the reviews. I don't come to this one often I was down the street at the hospital and wanted to order my family a meal because it was to late to make one and I was very disturbed by the language that was used while I was placing my order because it was a large order the person receiving the order commented by saying this better not be a "BullShit " order and continued to laugh every time we added more things on the order. At the end she ended our order with a threat stating " I can see what your driving". Any McDonald's I go to, I use the mobile app, I earn rewards and points and redeem them. I had the cashier scan my app and noticed in the receipt, the coupon never went through and I was charged full price for the item. 1. The strawberry milkshake I ordered... they told me there is now no strawberries. 2. I asked the manager in the second window. For a refund or to correct the price, she told me there is no time for that and walked away from me! Before I could answer! There was ZERO cars behind me..... then the girl who gave me my milkshake just giggled. 3. I get a different flavor milkshake that I didn't want and paid full price when I app gave me a promotional discount. I'm not mad about the discount. She would not make any sweet tea and also tried to get ranch and she refused to give us any and we offered to pay for it she said no. I asked her name for the review and her comment was take it to HR because she did not care at all. She was very immature and rude. Also thought we almost lost our baby tonight and was just wanting something to eat after the long night. this most definitely did not help the night get any better. will not visit this location again unless she is fired. Rather than using multiple bags, they threw everything into one giant bag where the food was literally falling out of the wrappers. It almost caused the bag to rip.
