Great food and great service at this location! Food is always amazing! Never had any issues!

What you see is what you get from Jersey Mike's Subs because some days the service and food is good then there are days the service and food are mediocre. I don't seek out Jersey Mike's but it's on occasions where someone is with me that wants to try this location. The store is clean, the noise level is decent and the employees overall are mostly happy to be there. The last time I was there, Mikalia made my sandwich and she was very professional, outgoing and made some great suggestions for me. The sandwich was neat, tasteful and what you'd expect from Jersey Mike's. I go in two weeks later and another employee was having a bad day and took it out on my sandwich. I told him to never mind the sandwich and I left. Overall, the inconsistency and some employees attitudes are a turn off for me. It's a maybe for me whether or not to recommend this location because what you see is what you get. read more

They generally rip me off for my bacon on my club sandwich when I use the app or phone in an order, it happened so often I started paying $1.75 for "extra" bacon, just to get SOME bacon on my sandwiches. Usually just get the normal amount even when paying for extra. It worked for a few weeks, but tonight they burned me again, zero bacon on my club sandwich, when I paid for extra. Now they either are too stupid, or ripping me off somehow and pocketing my bacon money? Tonight I even tipped them $3 because I ordered three sandwiches. Tipping is worthless, does not make them pay attention to your order any more at all. I'd fire the entire crew if I was the owner, and advertise that they were all fired in Waxhaw facebook groups, might get some customers to come back. I'll still eat at Jersey Mikes in Pineville, they are great and have never burned me even once. Waxhaw Jersey Mikes will be losing out on about $100 a week from my family from now on. read more

Quality chain sandwich shop. The Cheesesteak (and chicken version) is solid, freshly grilled meat, veggies, with melted cheese. Slightly over priced, but better than having to make it yourself. I am not a fan of Mike's Way and the cold sandwiches, you can make them easily better at home. Good staff and location near Waxhaw, that's a notch above fast food. read more

I like their sandwiches... but not their prices. Don't blame them though, real-estate in the area is ridiculous . I do wish they had a size between the regular and giant. The regular is not enough but the giant is too much. Need to work on that 92 health score, turns me off a bit. read more

This store has been consistent with their sandwiches. We enjoy being able to choose from different types of breads. Additionals, like pickles or tomatoes, are spaced nicely rather than in a clump. Online ordering is trustworthy and convenient. Jersey Mike's is my go to for a sandwich. read more

Employee cutting meat was not wearing Mask. Another guy had no mask. female employee had mask around her chin ( doesn't work that way) and the guy at register kept pulling his down to talk to customers. The only guy wearing it right was the one on the right in picture. I walked out, won't be Back. And slicer was filthy as was countertop. Not safe! read more

Fresh, customizable and staff were excellent. We ordered here today for a quick bite. The company I'm with is extremely picky of what they eat and that the order be precise due to allergies and preferences. We tried the online app and it gave us all the specials but we couldn't find a simple "build your own" section. But that's on the app and has nothing to do with this location. We called in our order and the staff were courteous and understood each custom sandwich with no issue. There was a 15 minute wait at about 11:45 am which was surprisingly quick for lunchtime. Trying the subs for the first time, they were done just right. Our sandwiches were fresh, bread was soft and each ingredient was proportionate to the next. Very pleased. read more

I was chastised today for not telling the first person that I wanted wheat instead of white bread. He actually sighed heavily, rolled his eyes, and almost threw the bread down. Then he glared at me and asked if there was anything else I needed to tell him before he started AGAIN. Really. What I wanted to tell him would not have been appropriate, so I just said no and apologized for his inconvenience. I got a gruff response and another glare. All of this because I didn't tell him I wanted wheat! The sandwiches are decent but they are not worth the drama. I always try to support local businesses, but I will NOT be going back to Jersey Mike's. Ok f you go, you better know the rules. read more

Avoid this place if you're from NJ and know how a real hoagie/sub is made. Terrible phone app - can't customize the sandwich enough. Called an order in for 4 sandwiches - $35 without tip (way too expensive for what you get). The sandwiches are maybe 5 inches long. The rolls were horrible and tasted slightly stale. They got the order wrong by using wheat on the wrong sandwich - of course it couldn't be corrected since it was takeout and didn't feel like driving back. Barely any toppings on the sandwich... and they didn't have olives (really?). Do yourself a favor and go over to Harris Teeter and get a hoagie or buy the meat / rolls and make your own. Pretty sad when a supermarket has better subs than a place that's supposed to specialize in them. Sorry for the harsh review but I really don't see how this place stays in business. Wow. The manager of this store decided since kids were using water cups to steal soda nobody can have water. Seriously? And the way you're turned down when asking for water is insanely deflating almost scolding. Very surprised the manager is asking his/her employees to be the messenger of this policy. First time at this particular location, and considering that you stand there telling them what all you want on your order, watching them during the process, my order was correct! Service was very slow and inaccurate. The couple in front of us paid and sat down to eat their food when one of the workers came and ask them for another dollar because he gave them too much change. After we ordered and paid while waiting for our subs they then told us we didn't pay and had to show our bank account to prove that we just paid for our subs. They had to make my sub multiple times due to not cooking the chicken properly. Very unorganized staff. Update: decided to give it another try- shame on me. Great subs both hot and cold. Plus they make salads now as well. Always go for a combo and xtra cappicola. Glad they are closer to home.

Long wait, expensive. Got chicken parmigiana and it had fat in it. For $15 for a fatty long wait sandwich. No thanks.

Every Jersey Mike's that I have been in has been efficient. I find their employees to be very nice & haven't ever had any issues. They have a weekly special every Tuesday so it gets busier on that day. They have hot & cold sandwiches. They have a good chicken salad sandwich. read more
