We ordered a sub, (which we all know this is a sub shop) and the items came slapped on 2 pieces of bread. Total rip off.

I really love Jimmy John's, especially this location. The store is always tip top clean, the staff super helpful and friendly, and the sanwiches, chips and sides are ALWAYS quick, fresh and DELICIOUS!!! Love their sandwiches, love the concept, but it's way overpriced and unsanitary. I just ordered a 6 inch number nine Italian sandwich. First of all, they start making a sandwich on the board with no paper underneath it. It stays on The board and slides on down for the condiments on it and it's still being made on this board with direct contact with the surface. Yuck. I asked them to please put some paper underneath the sandwich as it is sliding down the board. And of course, I'm weird for asking something like that. Silly me for wanting my sandwich to stay clean. They did put it on some paper, but at the end when they were done. One of the kids brought a bucket up from either the ground or the shelf below and placed it onto this same counter surface while my sandwich was being made without anything underneath it. I am doubting whether I will even eat this thing now. I think had we had a manager there, they would've been more interested in being sanitary. Other than that, and the sandwich being overpriced, the store is clean, the employees are reasonably pleasant, and I was able to get in and out of there quickly. Oh, by the way, if there are any good lookin' 20 something chicks in there, you won't get ANY acknowledgement from the young guys working there. Every single sandwhich I get, I always fi d myself saying "this is my favorite." This place always does an excellent job. The ingrediants are nice and cold, fresh and delicious. Like many other places, at times mistakes are made. I have had two here. The first one was they made the wrong sandwhich, which I'm glad they did because I wound up loving the one they gave me more than the one I chose. Second, I ordered a #10, got an 11. I can't eat ham becuase of some physical challenges. The manager was excellent. I called next day and explained, he made me the sandwhich I wanted. No charge and was super nice. Since then, I've eaten there pretty much every day lol Great sandwhiches and staff. Thanks to my wife Michelle for picking up my food from here since I'm disabled. I gave a one star rating because I couldn't rate this location any lower. I just spent $23 dollars for three small sandwiches and a combo drink and chips - but wait it gets better! After paying for my food I made my own drink and waited. I had to ask for a bag to carry my three sandwiches - guess I'm not a juggler able to carry a drink, three sandwiches and chips. Then you didn't even give me one lousy napkin for three sandwiches after I practically begged for a stupid bag.... Oh wait I didn't get the chips that I paid for instead, I was accosted in front of other customers and challenged by one of the employees when I went to get my chips - what did I think I was doing - they then proceeded to read off my order to the entire store, 3 sandwiches one by one in detail - yep read each one telling me I didn't order chips after each sandwich - then the large drink and oh wait what was that next in the ticket what was that $2.80 charge for.... Well don't worry you got to keep the chips I paid for because I left them on the counter so you could see - and I give you my Word I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AS LONG AS I LIVE - you can enjoy the chips I paid for - I will go to Jersey Mike's from now on!!!! The Italian sub was subpar. The bread was ice cold and the meat was tasteless. I should have gone across the street to subway.

First and last time jimmy will ever get any of my money. Worst sub I've ever had. And way overpriced. Couldn't tell which was tougher to chew, the roast beef or the bread. Both were nearly ice cold, and tasted bland to boot. Subway is much much better. read more

So of course jimmy johns is a fast food chain that everyone loves! Well this place just deterred me from ever coming back again! I'm a server myself so ok I get it no one wants you to come in 30 minutes before the store closes but when you live in rock hill everything closes early! So being that they were open late and I was so craving a sub and didn't feel like making one myself this was one of the only places open and for the price the food should be good right?! WRONG! Sandwiches were made with frustration and rushing than with love! He just slapped all the old stuff that they were about to throw out on our food. Bread was hard , bacon didn't looked cooked and for $16 I'm trying to figure out why was there only one piece of bacon on my lulu sandwich??
